We had a previous media company Come out and they were not at all reliable or helpful, they did some work and ended up causing more problems than being helpful to us. Lived in our home for a bit but we're not able to use the features that the home had. Finally stumbled across Texas Media Experts. They came out, took the time to look around and get an idea of what was going on. Sent me an estimate that same evening, very well priced for everything the did for us! They came back out less than a week later to do the work, Devon and Steve came together to get the job done. Very polite, respectful and kind. Got everything up and running. Few hours later we had some internet issues which had nothing to do with them, I reached out after hours and they came back out at no charge to help me get things back up and running due to our internet outage. This is absolutely the best media company. Let me explain how extraordinary their help was. I purchased 3 very large TVs from Costco but couldn't find a U-Haul or Penske anywhere. We drove and called everyone in town. TME stepped in and said we'll go to Costco to pick them up. They were stuck in the worst traffic and didn't complain at all. They mounted all 3 with precision and set up the TVs quickly. They were incredibly affordable, especially for the level of service. I just purchased a Vizio 65" inch 4k TV i wanted mounted above my fireplace in our small home. As this was my first time getting TV wall mounting services, I researched and read reviews of many local businesses and requested quotes. I heard back the same day and after sending in a few pictures, Texas Media Experts gave me a much better and fair quote than the other guys. Devon the owner is absolutely professional, courteous, and such an overall nice guy! He was so respectful of our home, wearing a mask during this pandemic, put booties(shoe coverings) on everytime he entered our home, cleaned, vacuumed the area he worked on, and wiped down our wall mounted tv like new! Since we are renting our home, I didn't want to have the wires behind the wall so Devon did a fantastic job concealing the power cable along the side with a concealer i bought from Amazon. He even went above and beyond by fixing an ugly dent on our wall he noticed...for free! I was a bit nervous at first because he came by himself but Devon is always well prepared! He has his own special jack/lift to elevate the tv for mounting. The wall mount package i had was missing a screw! Thank God Devon had a collection of screws in his bag from previous jobs that fit just right. I was so pleased with his above and beyond service, I insisted on giving him an extra gratuity! They were incredibly considerate and professional. Upon arrival they asked if we prefer they wear masks before coming inside. They also put booties over their shoes so as not to track anything inside. They got right to work and mounted our TV quickly and it was the perfect height and angle! I called Texas Media Experts after being let down by Best Buy and another local media company. I wanted a multi media room where my family could enjoy movies and entertain.
