Specifically, I'd like to give a shout out to the following individuals in the ICU area, 2nd floor: Logan Hannah Emily Silvia Addison All of these folks were very concerned about my daughter, and all of them gave her precisely the type of care that she needed. I highly recommend this unit to anyone in a critical situation. Thanks to all those who helped us!

Apparently most doctors will give someone a prescription for these when they have been diagnosed with a concussion but not the doctors at this hospital in the emergency room in the middle of the night. Though they were a lot better than they used to be at this hospital in terms of giving me the help I needed in a timely and caring and professional manner, the fact that they failed to provide me with this one thing and that I had to call another doctor the next day about my nausea to have them figure it out over the phone tells me this organization is still one that could have been better. I continue to rate the major hospital networks in this area in this order, UT Southwestern, Baylor, Texas Health Resources, Presbyterian, Medical City. When I have a choice I like UT Southwestern best and Baylor about the same. The former for most everything and the latter for heart and orthopedic problems. I have my reasons based on a lot of extended family history over the decades in this area.

Waiting room was ample in size and had more then sufficient seating. One television played a television show at an appropriate volume with subtitles. There was a water cooler and cups provided. Her staff was professional and kind hearted; each taking time to have a conversation. Hearing them chit chat with other patients, in the hall, while I waited provided a sense of comfort in time that can be riddled with anxiety. There was a small delay in seeing the doctor, however, I appropriate a doctor that gives her time to her patients. I may be the patient in the need of extra care some day. Dr. Kreider was very genuine in her concern for my health. She was very thorough and I appreciate her approach to asking me questions. She offered a feeling of comfort I have not found in many doctors. Directions where given clearly and there was genuine conversation about my health concerns. Though most people don't look forward to going back to the doctor, I am looking forward to go to here when I do need help.

For these things I go to a stand-alone clinic like Care Now. She's too hard to get in to see for something that requires immediate attention, but she's great if you have a chronic condition or as I said a life issue. She is fanatical about being on time. She sees you on time and expects you to be on time. This is most rare in a physician. As I said, she's all business and does NOT have a warm-fuzzy bedside manner, but I'd rather have someone like that who knows her stuff and isn't afraid to follow-through on things, and get to the bottom of an issue. Their office is next door to the hospital and convenient for tests, etc. It's part of a very large group practice with offices all over north Texas. I've used her for about 10 years and have no complaints. I recommend her if you're looking for a serious physician.

She treats her patients like her own family. She saved my life. Forever grateful to her. The clinic used to be under USMD, now it's under THR, so I'm hoping the services and communication with the hospital gets better. The nurses are pretty good, front desk staff are learning new systems so they were bit slow and confused during my last visit. Hope it gets better with time.

Every time I walk in I am greeted by the staff at the front desk. I love how they decorate the lobby according to what holiday is coming up. Puts a little smile on my face to see those personal touches. I am not kept waiting for longer than maybe 20 minutes most of the time I visit. The lobby and patient rooms are always clean and tidy. The restrooms inside the office is well decorated to make it not feel like a 'gloomy doctor office' (if that makes sense). Anytime I ask her a question or concern I have she always has the right answer to it and makes me feel at peace. She has recommended other doctors or services if I am in need of something she does not cover. She is great and friendly but I just wish our visits were a little longer to talk to her more. My visits and talks with her always feel like they are too short. If you are thinking of setting an appointment the number will direct you to the general hospital network and from there they filter to the people as needed.
