They are great! I'll try to make this long story short. I bought a new car in March and hit a deer almost immediately after getting my car. I took it to a repair shop (not Classic Collision) to get repaired. They repaired it, and a few weeks later another driver backed into me in the same spot and then this time I took it to Classic Collision to get repaired because I had a bad experience with the other shop. While Classic Collision began repairs on my car, they discovered the prior repair shop had used glue in places where glue should not be used from the previous damage from the deer. It turned into a lot of trouble having to work with my insurance from my old claim, and the new insurance company from the driver who backed into me. Lori went out of her way to ensure my car gets fixed correctly when speaking to my insurance company. I picked it up last Thursday and they did a beautiful job. I really trusted them in this process, unlike the first shop who used glue. They were willing to fix my car correctly from the prior damage as well as the new damage. I am so grateful for Classic Collision. I will only ever be using their repair shop going forward.

He was completely dishonest from the first time we met him til the day we picked up our vehicle which was almost a month. He was never honest with us when we asked for updates on status of vehicle and lied about even having parts to the vehicle. We always had to call to get any update from him and even then the updates were false. Even after taking it up with the owner his promise for honesty was short lived as he went to dishonesty about status of vehicle and when we would get it back. Not to mention he didn't even include the damaged tire in the claim and if we didnt bring it up we still would of had a damaged tire on our vehicle. Alan made this experience by far the worst one we've ever had and cost us so much money out of pocket due to having to leep rental car longer every time he'd extend the cars length of being ready.

Well, my car has been at the BMW shop for a few days now due to what amounts to absolute…read moreincompetence or a deliberate act of destruction of my vehicle. Anyone who has ever worked in an auto repair shop should know to never use RED loctite on a bolt that you NEVER intend to remove. What's worse is that these people used RED loktite on single-use aluminum bolts. BMW informed me that entire transmission has to be dropped in order to drill out and re-tap the bolt holes. This isn't cheap and the lawsuit will be filed the moment the car exits the shop. Stay tunned. I will be posting photos of the loctite and the damage provided to me by BMW.

The work and related recommendations were excellent. The most extensive work was the replacement of a Chrysler 68RFE automatic transmission in a 2009 Dodge HD diesel pickup. The rebuilt transmission they recommended and installed worked perfectly for another year before we traded the truck in. When I went in to schedule maintenance and a minor repair on our 2016 Subaru Outback in late 2025, the place had a different feel. The guy they had up front writing service orders and scheduling was new and failed to understand what I was requesting. Even though I went by ahead of time and carefully explained what I needed done, this employee had to have it all explained again on the scheduled day, and I eventually had to insist on talking to Brad about it. Brad must be short-handed in the shop because it was clear to me that he no longer expected to be directly involved with customers. This shop is a fairly high-priced operation. I don't mind that, but have since taken our business elsewhere.

That my AC was bad amd needed to be replaced and that I had possible alignment issues among other things. Well I told them that when I dropped it off. Along with the fact that the vehicle had been in a major collision. Normally when a mechanic has taken my vehicle they actually listen to me when I tell them what's wrong with the vehicle. These guys just chose not to and to charge me for what I already knew. So to add to an already expensive fix. I just spent 250$ to confirm my vehicle had issues and absolutely no fix was done. I mentioned that to the guy on my way out this morning and his response was you should of told me the vehicle was salvaged tittle. Ummm. Excuse me! I told you on the very first conversation I got the truck on a trade and it was previously in a major wreck. HELLO!!!! Maybe listen to your customers when they explain to you what's wrong with their vehicles. Further more the lady in the front was far from pleasant and the customer service I received was non existent. I had to call to even find out what their diagnoses was. I gave them 4 days and just decided to go get my truck before they racked up any more unnecessary cost. On the way out the guy mentioned his machine for checking the AC just cost him 9grand. I said great. Glad I could help pay that for ya. And I left pretty dissatisfied! I still have no AC. The brakes and rotors I asked to be put on are still in the truck and it cost me 250$ plus 4 days in a rental vehicle. This is not the way you get repeat business nor good reviews. I've driven from Alaska to Panama over the last few years. Met many mechanics along the way. Normally only pay that kinda of money if work was actually preformed. I'm sure they spent no real time on my vehicle and charged me full shop rates for simple diagnostics. Seams to me the only thing they really cared about was the paycheck. I have a large extended family here in the hill country and I'm sure none of them will be using this shop after I let them know my experience.

They picked it up and left a car in case we needed one; and brought back our truck in 2 to 3 hours. Leslie, who picked up and delivered our truck, was super nice and helpful. Told the man this (don't know his name), but he shrugged and said "Musta been a different tech...". So much for consistency with your inspections. And to the legalist who Failed me, I hope you live to the letter of the law in every little aspect of your daily life. Make sure you don't breeze by a stop sign in the country, etc etc! Your interpretation of what was "wrong" with my vehicle was 100% BS, but you wouldn't hear it. So much for having empathy and kindness for others. Go elsewhere for your inspections. I can't speak to the other services they offer, but their vehicle prices seem high IMO.
