Really good pies!! I wish I would've known their coconut cream pie was a best seller would've been there way earlier

I came in for the lunch special King Ranch. It was the worst version I'd ever had. It was a hot mess slipped over cheap HeB brand tortilla chips. There was almost no chicken in the orange slop and the food was cold. Paid around $17 for two meals. My mom felt insulted and I apologized, and told her I wouldn't be taking her there anymore. The pies and cookies are good and that is the only reason I'll go back...and possibly the pot pie. I've had that before and it's always good. Not sure what happened with the King Ranch special, but maybe it was just because it was the last portions? read more

So far, we have discovered that the apple pie is AMAZING. THE CHOCOLATE pie is wonderful as well. My personal favorite pie is a coconut cream pie. This is where we have a problem and We've given it two whole Pie shots. There is a strong dominance of almond that is in this pie. It overpowers the coconut flavor. It's a true bummer because the crust and overall make up of the pie says it's a winner. Hope this is fixable. read more

Decided to drive to Kyle day just to try a piece of pie. My boyfriend had the buttermilk pie and I had the blackberry pie. Both were delicious.
