I highly recommend Reformed Outdoor Structures. They designed and built an amazing Carport/Cabana…read more(Carbana) for our home in August 2020. I just sit back and stare at how good it looks!  Communication is timely and professional. Wyatt quickly sent over a rendering of exactly what we spoke about over the phone so we could visualize our project.  Craftsmanship is excellent and you can tell by the way Damian, Sterling, Jakob and Wyatt work that they know exactly how to execute to the plan. Even custom adds we asked for were done precisely how we described them.  What sets them apart from other companies we have used is that this is truly a family business. Your working with Wyatt, Damian, Sterling and Jakob. You see what they have done on previous projects and know that is who will be working on your project. Other companies we use have had issues with employees leaving the company and we were stuck with the B team. With Reformed you know exactly who you are getting which is top quality!

You are dealing with the family that is taking care of your project from A to Z. No subcontractors, no employees. The project is personal for them, as it is for you as the client. Their work is excellent. They are skilled, diligent, and go out of their way to make sure the project is exactly what you imagined it to be. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a sunroom addition constructed to the back of our home in the Spring of 2006. We enjoyed it…read morefor a number of years. Then we started having some issues with the sliding doors on both sides of the room. We didn't know if it was due to faulty construction or some settling of the room. During the winter, only one door would open then in summer it was a little easier to open. We had an incident this past August when we removed a huge Mulberry tree and surrounding deck and we're replacing it with a concrete patio. The tree company was grinding the stump nearby and a piece of metal flew off and struck the double-paned patio door and shattered the outside layer of glass. I started contacting Patio Enclosures in early September, 2022 to see about getting the double paned glass repaired or replaced. I finally went online and set up an appointment that apparently was for a consultation for a new sunroom. The salesman said I needed to contact repairs and he left as quickly as he possibly could! A repair guy did come out and measure and I asked him to order the glass. I offered to pay a deposit but he said to just wait. But then....crickets. Then the phone calls began. I have made at least a dozen calls over the past six + months. No one ever returns the calls! I'm thinking that the glass is on order and I'm waiting to get in the repair schedule. I finally came to the realization that they just flat out don't want to do this job! If that's the case, just tell me that!! Don't string me along for months on end while I'm either waiting for the glass to come in or waiting to get on the schedule. Then, a few months after the sliding door broke, a different tree company was doing work and broke a small window in the sunroom! I needed to obtain a quote to fix that so while I was calling following up on the patio door glass I also needed a quote for the small 9x13" window. I needed to pay that contractor (minus the repair cost) and I wasn't getting any answers on the phone so I decided to go to their office in Addison. So one day in January I showed up at their office. The receptionist said everyone was in a meeting. I said I'll wait. Someone made a food delivery for lunch and about 20 minutes later a lady came out to talk to me. Finally, I received a written quote for the small window. But that's all I ever got. Never a return call letting me know that the glass for either job came in or that I could be scheduled for the actual repair. I guess all those months of me thinking that only Patio Enclosures could help me, sank in to the reality that they don't want to help me. They'll be all attentive to you when you purchase the sunroom but after that - you are on your own. I would say to anyone considering using Patio Enclosures to run, not walk in the opposite direction!!

    1. My enclosure leaks every hard rain we receive and has a mildew smell until I air it out…read more Leaking in 3 places now. Around the columns and on one side where they added a header. Antonio the supervisor came out twice and tried to fix the shotty job the contractor did. Still not sufficient now about 14 days after they get last payment, no one is responding. Hello, Rebekah, Antonio call me so we catch up. 2. They enclosed the roof tails like the contract said and made the other wooden changes, but they used raw cedar and didn't stain any of it so everything looks like a Frankenstein mess. I asked why they didn't stain it and was told it was not in the contract. You better super specific with these guys. 3. The subcontractor (Bruce) dumped all his left over concrete in the back of my fence in the alley. I'm shocked my neighbor hasn't said anything yet. Are you kidding me? You take my old 4x8 Cedar header which I specifically asked to be set aside and leave your wet concrete trash? I won't even mention how many metal shavings I swept up off my driveway so my tires wouldn't puncture. Can't believe I was satisfied with the work, even without the stain, until that big rain. I was just so happy to have the patio enclosed and the mosquitoes on the outside. Now I just feel cheated and taken advantage of. Has it only been a few weeks?
