They said, "No problem, your door will be delivered in 6-8 weeks. We made our down payment. Late Nov. 2024 the company sent someone out to verify the opening for the French Door as well as the color. 2nd payment is made to order the door. They told us to expect our door in Jan. 2025. Mid Jan 2025, we had not heard from them so we called them to see when our door would be installed. They stated there had been a delay and that they would call us in 2wks. Now we are in Feb. and we still have nor heard from Patio Enclosures. We called again. Now they Claim there has been a change of Staff & the Supervisor will be calling us. It is now March 2025, 5 months since we contracted with them & NO ONE has followed up with us about our door. We called again & explained our frustration with their lack of Customer Care/Service. We asked for the Supervisor's name & ph#. They told us his name was Robert & he would call us. He finally called us end of March, we expressed our frustration & need to know when we would get our French Door that we were supposed to have installed 3 months ago! He stated he was New & would check on this for us. We asked for his Supervisor's name & ph#. He Provided her Name as Holly Miller & said she is also New. Middle of April we call & we are told they have our door. We request Jerry to come install our door. Mid April Jerry & Maverick, great installers by the way, came with the door. The are not able to install the door as it is 4 inches too Big for the opening. How could it be 4 inches too Big when Sales person measured & another 2 people came by to confirm the measurements prior to ordering door. Jerry & Maverick confirmed that the correct measurements were sent to the door makers in Texas. Meanwhile the person at the Patio Enclosure office is calling us asking for the 3rd payment as they "delivered" the door. Yes, they brought the wrong door and wr WILL NOT MAKE Any other payments until our door is installed to our satisfaction. We wrote a letter to Robert & Holly Miller his Supervisor requesting a discount for All they have put us through & their lack of good Customer Care. She contacted us to follow up on our letter. She stated she could not give us any discount. We stated how much we had already paid & that we still did not have our door 6 months later. They Robert & Holly were horrible to deal with. We made many called & left messages & demanded our door. Robert came in August & the French door & Doggie door were poorly installed & left that way for weeks. We made many calls & paid higher utilities due to a very poorly installed door. We finally received a call now from Maverick stating that Robert had been fired & thatvthey were going to send a door installer to set the door correctly. Our door was finally completed end of August 2025. Now they demanded their money. We called Holly Miller & again requesting the 30% discount we had talked about due to their lack of Customer Care/Service and the almost 10 months it took for them to install our door correctly. She said she could give us $1000 Visa for our troubles. She was arrogant. We said we do not need a Visa Card, we want our discount. Holly wanted us to pay the Balance & then they would send us the Visa card. We called Patio Enclosures & got their mailing address in TEXAS. We sent them the Balance minus the $1,000 along with a letter. They got the Letter & Cashiers Check which they received & cashed. Now we are in the Middle of Oct & they continue to harass us stating we owe them money. We do not owe them a cent! They never sent us the $1,000 Visa so as far as we are concerned, our debt with them is paid off. I would NEVER Again do business with them ilor recommend them. Thank you.

We had a sunroom addition constructed to the back of our home in the Spring of 2006. We enjoyed it…read morefor a number of years. Then we started having some issues with the sliding doors on both sides of the room. We didn't know if it was due to faulty construction or some settling of the room. During the winter, only one door would open then in summer it was a little easier to open. We had an incident this past August when we removed a huge Mulberry tree and surrounding deck and we're replacing it with a concrete patio. The tree company was grinding the stump nearby and a piece of metal flew off and struck the double-paned patio door and shattered the outside layer of glass. I started contacting Patio Enclosures in early September, 2022 to see about getting the double paned glass repaired or replaced. I finally went online and set up an appointment that apparently was for a consultation for a new sunroom. The salesman said I needed to contact repairs and he left as quickly as he possibly could! A repair guy did come out and measure and I asked him to order the glass. I offered to pay a deposit but he said to just wait. But then....crickets. Then the phone calls began. I have made at least a dozen calls over the past six + months. No one ever returns the calls! I'm thinking that the glass is on order and I'm waiting to get in the repair schedule. I finally came to the realization that they just flat out don't want to do this job! If that's the case, just tell me that!! Don't string me along for months on end while I'm either waiting for the glass to come in or waiting to get on the schedule. Then, a few months after the sliding door broke, a different tree company was doing work and broke a small window in the sunroom! I needed to obtain a quote to fix that so while I was calling following up on the patio door glass I also needed a quote for the small 9x13" window. I needed to pay that contractor (minus the repair cost) and I wasn't getting any answers on the phone so I decided to go to their office in Addison. So one day in January I showed up at their office. The receptionist said everyone was in a meeting. I said I'll wait. Someone made a food delivery for lunch and about 20 minutes later a lady came out to talk to me. Finally, I received a written quote for the small window. But that's all I ever got. Never a return call letting me know that the glass for either job came in or that I could be scheduled for the actual repair. I guess all those months of me thinking that only Patio Enclosures could help me, sank in to the reality that they don't want to help me. They'll be all attentive to you when you purchase the sunroom but after that - you are on your own. I would say to anyone considering using Patio Enclosures to run, not walk in the opposite direction!!

What's been frustrating is what happened afterward: no follow-up, no rescheduling, and no communication at all, despite the fact that the issue is ongoing and causing continued damage. When a company installs a major project like a roof, post-installation support matters just as much as the installation itself. Delays happen, but leaving a customer without any update, alternative appointment, or path forward while damage continues is not acceptable. I would much prefer to resolve this directly with Linear Roofing, but at this point I'm still waiting for basic communication.
