Most of the staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient though they are at times understaffed! Parking is always easy as they have a big open outdoor lot shared with other stores in the plaza. I would especially like to recommend Alea for making my experiences wonderful. Not only was she patient and understood my needs, she also made amazing laminates of the somewhat creased items I needed. She is also an aspiring RN! She will definitely make a good nurse because of her patience, efficiency and ability to multitask. Also had great experiences with Brian, Claudia and the manager Arianna. For the quality of work they do, the prices they charge are definitely well worth it. Because of the various services provided, friendly staff, will definitely keep coming back for more of our business needs. Keep up the great work Office Depot Windcrest!

She had the nerve to say the employee that helped us with shipping our products before didn't do his job right (but he did). I really didn't like the aura with her there, but the caucasian man helped us and was nice and accommodating. Please do better with you selection of employees and she hid her name on the name tag so I didn't get to get it. Besides that they had a decent choice when it comes to shipping and the value.

Then she checked me out and when the transaction was done she didn't say anything and just turned around and started texting on her phone. Didn't say thank you or anything. She didn't put my items in a bag or get my receipt off the cash register. I had to carry my items and reach around to grab my own receipt off the register. So she refused to help me when I needed very little done. Probably would have taken less ten minutes. But the manager, Tiffany, was not interested in helping me at all. Very bad customer service. She just wanted to close and leave.

The young female working the counter was obviously new and left to fend for herself as Omar stayed away from the counter, didn't step in to assist or acknowledge any of the customers waiting. Not only was the female not properly trained, she was actively being setup to fail by Omar. Unreal. To her credit she kept her composure but was definitely drowning. Additionally, Omar was very passive and giving her I'll advice on which computers to use for specific functions. A simple 2min transaction turned into 15+ mins because Omar....there are no bad employees, only bad managers/leaders.

I was referred to Seurer Electronics by an Epson dealer in Houston after being unable to find an…read moreepson repairman in San Antonio. Tony, the owner/repairman, was very accessible, checked out my printer while I waited, and explained how he would repair it. He repaired it in a short time. When I picked it up , he explained what he repaired and what limitations the printer had due to age, without getting into more expensive repairs. He said the printer head was likely to go out and that replacing it wouldn't be a good investment. A few weeks later, the printer head did go out. I called Tony to describe what the printer was doing and he confirmed that it was the printer head. I asked what new printer would be a good replacement and Tony very graciously gave me some expert advice.
