Went to this location last night (Sunday) and the place was packed/standing room only in the waiting area - they told us 20-30 minutes wait and I was highly skeptical but they came through at the 25 minute mark. Busy, busy, busy! Big location, maybe twice the size of of what I'm used to from TR. Place was very well staffed with attentive servers. Sat down and our waiter was right there to take drink orders and then apps/mains just a few minutes later when our drinks arrived. We did have one minor issue with a steak ordered medium well showing up more medium rare which was quickly rectified as our server checked in on us within a couple of minutes of our mains being served - took it back to the grill, and returned perfectly cooked in just a few minutes. Restaurant was clean, including the restrooms, and they handled the dinner rush like a bunch of pro's Food was spot on TR but the service was just incredible for such a busy restaurant! read more

Always a decent experience. They are probably one of the top steak chains at this price point in USA. I love Texas Road House. My favorite is its juicy meat. It is delicious. Texas Road House has other things just then steak they also have ribs, hotdogs, chicken strips, peanuts and other things that I don't know. They also have a big waiting room with a peanut basket you grab a bag and fill it up. They also celebrate birthdays. Some days they have free ice cream with toppings. The service is awesome your food comes in less than 30 minutes they also have appetizers so you don't get too hungry. The appetizers are a salad or bread with butter. I recommend you to try Texas Road House at least once in your life. When you go I hope you really enjoy it. After a long day/week, we decided to treat ourselves with someone elses cooking. After wsiting in our car for abit, we were finally let in & escorted to our table. There were quite a few people in there & not sure if they were properly distanced. Decided on the fried onion appetizer & a drink. Sooo impressed by the service and quality of the restaurant. This is the cleanest Texas Roadhouse we have been too. Very well run and organized, especially considering that is was packed! Waitress was extremely polite, never had an empty drink, and food came out within a very reasonable time. Prime rib was cooked perfect. Let me start by saying I've worked in the industry so I understand crazy. However having about 8-10 what seemed to be new employees running the door and seating customers is not the best way to train. We were told to step aside thinking a table was being cleared since we were the only couple in the corridor. As people came in and were seated in front of us my husband and I went to the front explained we had been waiting, gave our name and again we were asked to have a seat except this time "on deck" Needless to say we were overlooked again by this time, total of 25 mins later my husband was angry. Don't bother asking for the manager he's busy in the back. His nonchalant "oh we'll get you a table" just made my husband even more hangry. Less chaos at the door would help staff and customers. They are doing something right here. Our host, Diego, walked us to our table and asked how our stay in CO was - so friendly and welcoming! Our server, Val, was very attentive and our food came out super fast. There were SO many people working and they all looked like they enjoyed their jobs and working with one another. The staff was diverse, all ages and backgrounds - super encouraging to see. Also, there were multiple managers working to help with the rush. We had an absolutely horrible experience tonight. I went with my two boys to eat dinner thinking my husband wasn't going to make it in time. He called and said he would, so I ordered his food after I told the waitress he was on his way. His food came out and was out for about 5 mins before he called and told me the doors were locked and couldn't get in. The waitress went to go open them for him, but the manager refused to let him in. It wasn't like we were going to order more food, his food was sitting at the table for him. There were tables still ordering food. The place was still extremely busy. It was about 10 mins after they closed. They said it was a safety issue, but it wasn't. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years. This has never been a policy anywhere. They just wanted to close up and clean up so they could get home as soon as possible. My husband is a disabled veteran, prior Military Police for the Army. He is the farthest from a safety concern there is. Texas Roadhouse is supposed to support our veterans and active duty, but this one definitely does not. Horrible. We had to pack up our food and leave. read more

I went last night and had dinner at the bar. Both bartenders were friendly and gave great service. I ordered the Bone In Ribeye Medium Rare. It was grilled to perfection! I also ordered the sweet potato with marshmallows and glazed. The meal was delicious! Before having dinner here I almost went to Texas Longhorn in Centennial. So glad I chose this instead. I love how they display their meats in a glass case and that they're hand cut. You can't beat their quality of meats for the price you're paying. Well worth it! Can't go wrong here. It is simple food. It's pretty cheap food. Service is always on top of it. Beer is good, bread and peanuts... You have been to roadhouse, yeah? If not, you should check it out. Bread and cinnamon butter to start. Cold beers on tap and bottle with a huge bucket o peanuts. Menu is pretty big. I recommend one of their combos. I like the steaks the most but everything is pretty good including their chicken critters. Really good chicken fingers. Take out is always friendly, thorough and accurate with wait time. My dad and I came in after traveling Four hours over from Grand Junction for a annual hospital visit for myself. We checked into our hotel then came to eat dinner. We were both tired, but needed dinner and road house was the only familiar restaurant within walking distance from our hotel. Long story short, we were seated quickly and our waiter (Trey) came to greet us and bring us beverages. There was a very noisy section close to us and Trey could sense that we were irritated by the group of loud people next door. He offered to help my asking those that table to be quite and even went as far to have his manager come over and move us to a new table in Nates second. We were amazed how quickly this happened and how accommodating the manager, Trey and our new waiter Nate was. Huge thank you to this crew and these three TRH employees who made our experience so much more enjoyable after a long trip. Had the opportunity to dine at Texas Roadhouse this past weekend. We were greeted by a very professional hostess, who we followed to our table. Both my husband and I exhanged confused glances as we looked​ at what we jokingly named " the Thanksgiving kiddy table". The table although adorned with beautiful Colorado artwork was barely large enough to place the complimentary peanuts, an appetizer and our drinks. Throughout the meal we had to creatively move different items to the wall ledge, in order to effectively eat our meal without any food casualties. The server was great though, and we don't blame her for the design of table. She was attentive, and brought food that was delicious and hot. The process was as easy as they could make it and it took a total of 7 mins to get sat(that's my husband's fault because he forgot to turn the volume on his phone and missed their first text. I noticed the franchise owner was there and ready to help in any way possible(very refreshing to see an owner ready to help) I had there Kenny cocktail with a Patron kicker. Husband had a Sprite. Drinks were refilled and bread brought often. We had a combo app(those rattlesnake bites though!) We each had porthouses and loaded up potatoes plus a veggie each. This is one of our go to spots for dinner! We tend to choose this for birthdays. They have a great variety on the menu that is able to please almost anyone. I have four kids and they always find something new to try. The wait can be a bit long so I recommend calling ahead and getting on the wait list! It gets a bit crowded. The rolls and butter are delicious but try not to fill up on them! If you like fried pickles you have to try theirs! By far the best I have ever had. Love them with the blossom sauce. I had a friend who hates pickles try them and even she enjoyed them! As for the food I can't brag enough. Their prime rib , ny strip and kabob are my favorite steaks. The chicken critters with honey mustard are really good. The salads are HUGE and so delicious. My kids love the burgers. They have really good flavor. For the sides, my favorite is the loaded baked potato but the broccoli is really good too. The rice has very good flavor. I have never been a fan of chili but this one is pretty darn good! My very large family LOVES Texas Roadhouse. But we're weird and introverted and we like ordering it and taking it home. So we often make very large to go orders over the phone. They always do great in fulfilling our orders timely and correctly. Sometimes the people having to deal with taking the orders get a little exasperated with us (understandably) but I dealt with a man today named Josh who was outstanding. Josh was extraordinarily patient and polite and I was so pleased I came to make this review. We love Texas Roadhouse. To whom I am sure is an excellent management team there, give Josh a raise.
