    Cheese curds

I am literally in the middle of my meal, and after having the fried cheese curds, I was compelled to make a review . I'm floored. Ridiculously good. Exceptional service. Wonderful food. Super friendly people. This place must be on your list to visit. Just chefs kiss

Im in Green Bay for work and saw this place and that they had something called pesto fries. So I decided to give it try. Im a vegetarian and they had the portobello bruschetta sandwich and a side of pesto fries. The fries could have been a little bit more done and had the pesto and parmesan spread out more. But other than that they were good. The portobello sandwich was very good the right amount of sauce and cheese. I took off the top of the bun to eat it but it was still good. Would definitely come here again and actually eat it looked like a cool place inside and I bet they have soon good drinks.

We enjoyed our food and the view was fantastic. I'm sure it is a fun place in the summer since they have a huge patio and outdoor bar! Our waitress was very attentive. We got there at a great time since not many people there.

Gabriel and his staff are always so kind and the food is delicious! Monthly lunches on the calendar and we'll keep coming back.

Terrible food. How is this place open? We were served partially unpeeled carrots that were starting to rot. They didn't even offer to replace them. We were told they come that way? Their fried perch is gross, the worst I've ever had. Pizza is edible, bit not very good.

I grabbed brunch at The OC this morning with a few friends. It is a restaurant that has seen a couple lives it sounds like. It is a large space with a pretty view and a lot of outdoor seating. The service was very good, but a little overwhelming with the amount of check ins. I got the stuffed portobello breakfast and it was good but pretty sloppy and tricky to eat. We shared the cheese curds which were very good. The rest of our group had pretty traditional breakfasts and I think everyone enjoyed what they got.

Was looking for something fairly straightforward today and checked out The OC. I had no problem at all finding a table at the bar on a Sunday night. Admittedly the service was very slow it felt like I waited 10 minutes before someone came over to me. But I was in the opposite of a rush so it was fine. The bar tender was also waiting on me and the bar was fairly busy so it was understandable. The highlight of my meal was definitely the cheese curds. I had to try them at least once while in Wisconsin and they were better than I was expecting and not too heavy. My main course was the blackened chicken pasta and it was fine, the combo of the chicken and the pesto sauce was a bit too salty for my preference. But the pasta was the standout. It's a chill spot to hang out. Their pizzas look good when they passed by.

Cool place with a great patio! Our food was good but the service wasn't great. We waited a long time to get food and our server was not very knowledgeable. Lots of people sitting outside on a beautiful night but we seemed to be forgotten about. Definitely has potential to be better

Love the decorations and a nice outside bar area. Ended up eating supper inside and then going outside for a drink to listen to music. Server was fantastic inside. Bartender outside should have had some help since it was very busy.

Fortunately we were rewarded with a pleasant experience that was light on the wallet (for 2020s standards) and made us fans. Don't be fooled by the exterior/interior as it may give a cabin-like feeling when you're around. The staff are diligent in making the tables clear while getting orders ready. They only had two people working who both were doing the cooking, phone orders, in-person orders, and cleaning/bussing. Talk about a do-it-all crew. Now for the eats. I ordered a bowl of booyah and some cheese curds while pops had a plain burger. My first time having booyah, it reminds me of brunswick stew; tons of chicken, potatoes, vegetables, beans, in a thick tomato broth. Tons of flavor and quite filling, there's a reason why they sell quarts of this for tailgating and the cold stay-at-home days. I would dip my cheese curds in here which were also tasty. Right fried texture with a good cheese pull, dip it in the booyah for some of that salty consistency. Talk about a food-cheat code! My pops burger was cooked a perfect medium-rare and for only $6, was quite a bargain. This will be on the rotation whenever I'm in Green Bay for the Booyah and to try other items like their poutine and fried cod dinners. Booyahkasha!

They have ample bar seating and table seating. Decent amount of parking. The elevator right when you enter takes you down to the bathroom, I didn't use them so I'm not sure on cleanliness. The actual restaurant itself was very clean. Service: They have a method set up where you have multiple people assisting you throughout the entire experience. Someone to bring waters, someone to take your order and bring the check, people to bring out food. Everyone was friendly and we had our water glasses refilled once. Food: The food was okay. I'm really torn on the experience because some reviews said the food was over seasoned but ours was a weird mix. Appetizers- The cheese curds were so tiny (they were smaller than my thumb nail) that all you tasted was batter and salt. The lobster bisque was really over seasoned and it needed acid (fresh lemon wedge on the side would have been nice). It was super rich which is expected but it needed something to break it up. I think they tried doing that with the creme fraiche on top but it didn't work. Entrees- I had the lobster cobb salad and my partner had the lobster rolls. The lobster rolls were super tiny so they were still hungry when they left and there wasn't much flavor or filling. The french fries were decent, probably the best part of the meal. The lobster cobb salad was so bland. Whatever dressing they had on the lettuce tasted of just avocado, which doesn't have a lot of flavor. The lobster itself was sweet in flavor but the cooking of it felt off, it was stringy? I ended up leaving most of the salad on my plate. I'm thinking we just ordered the wrong items off of the menu based off of other reviews. But it's quite a long drive for us to come here so I can't see us going out of our way to come back.
