My sister and I both have a love for all things steak and naturally we found ourselves at Texas Roadhouse after a long day of work. We have never been disappointed by the service or food at this location, and even opted for pickup at times because it is so convenient and the prices are great for the huge serving sizes. The ambience is great if you're looking to catch up and yap because that is what everyone else is doing too :-) We both went for the New York Strip this time, but my personal favorite is tenderloin, and I paired mine with their delicious fries and mashed potatoes topped with bacon and cheese. The Texas Roadhouse rolls are amazing (as always) so we got those as well. Our server was extremely nice and attentive, and made our dining experience comfortable and enjoyable! Clearly... we were inspired by someone in here who herself, recently went to TXRH (she knows who she is!) and it doesn't disappoint... They were BUSYYYY but we luckily snagged a few seats at the bar (our usual). Grabbed a Blue Moon some warm and cozy bread, and debated all of 6 seconds before putting in our orders. T snagged the 12oz Fort Worth Ribeye, side of corn and baked potato; hold the cheese and bacon, but DEFINITELY yes to sour cream and butta. Ordered medium, and it came out medium. Man, that Herb Crusted Chicken folks... with a side salad, and LOADED baked potato. Who are we kidding... I want ALLLLL the extras! A lil fork full of chicken, smoosh some potatoes/cheese/bacon on the same fork full of chicken and BAM... the perfect bite! Chicken is tender, juicy and perfectly done for an extra lil snack past midnight (team night shift here, so...). Can't say we've ever had a bad meal, or weirdly cooked protein at TXRH! Made it back here for an afternoon meal the other day. Had the 16 oz sirloin and it was very good. I also had the seasoned rice and Caesar salad, both very tasty. The service was quite good. My companion ordered a couple of mixed drinks and the same problem came up as before. When the bill arrives, the drinks were $8.50 but $1 was added to the cost of those drinks and no acceptable reason was given for that charge. I called ahead for our party of eight to be added to the waitlist when they opened. Upon arrival we were seated within three minutes. The hostess and server were super friendly. We all received our food in a very timely manner while the restaurant was fairly busy. All of our orders are right, and everything tasted amazing. We had hands-down, one of the best servers for our night as well. He hustled and took care of us immediately upon request. One of the best restaurant prime ribs I've ever had. Loved the sauces it came with. My husband got the ribeye and it was also cooked perfectly. Service is always super fast and all the waiters we encountered were friendly and attentive. If I had to complain, I'd say it was a little cramped inside. We have been there a couple times in the last few weeks. The food is great but the service seems like it is lacking. Last couple times our drinks were empty. The time before tonight I had to go up to the bar to have a refill of water. Tonight we had a free appetizer and it was forgotten and then it came with our meal after we mentioned to waiter. Then I think the manager came over and said it would be comped but we had a coupon for a free Appetizer and it expires tomorrow. He said they would honor it next time. We will see. My wife and I decided to celebrate Father's Day on Saturday night. We went to a favorite place, the Texas Roadhouse in Papillion. It was about 7:30, and we used the online waiting list. We had maybe a 3 minute wait. We were seated very quickly. Holly was our server tonight. She was wonderful. I'd give her a 5 star review by herself!! Our food was wonderful and perfectly cooked. we went to the roadhouse for a nice evening dinner. we got our table with a short wate. the server was very nice. we ordered our food and th salade came out in a short time. with-in five minutes, out came our food. we didn't even have time to eat our salads. there was no room on the table,so she asked what we eanted to do with it. we told her to take it back. after that another person brought it out and said he would take it back but when he would bring it back, it would be cold. we still were not done with our salads. then the maniger came out and told us we needed to tell them ahead of time tohold our food the next time we come in. no other solution at all. i told her we would not be back and her answer was that their polocy was to get the food out within 10 minutes and that was her only answer. i told her that we would not be back. then she walked away. we paid our bill and left with no help. never again !!!!!! read more

Our family decided to come here on Halloween this year. Well I ordered my usual, Blue moon on tap (it always hits the spot). Unfortunately, my cup was chipped and I didn't realize it. When I took a drink it cut my lip, I told my waitress about it. The manager got involved and paid for my meal. I thought that was very nice, just wanted to let others know to check your glass, it could have a chip in it. Yeah, it's a chain. No, it's not upscale. But there are some things here that I enjoy. In particular, I like the prime rib. And the creamy horseradish sauce. And the loaded baked potato. And the mashed potatoes with gravy. So basically, I like having a lower-end prime rib dinner with all the fixings sometimes. And Texas Roadhouse always delivers on that. On my latest visit (picking up a to-go order) everything was top notch. The food was packed and ready to go right when they said it would be. Since all the pick-up spots were full, I walked in to get my order. The ladies were working hard to get everyone their order and they were verifying the orders were 100% correct. They were happy and cheerful and doing a great job taking care of their customers. We had the sirloin salads for dinner. Absolutely excellent food. This Texas Roadhouse has never let me down so far I had a good experience on this visit. We were checked up on multiple times by different people during our stay. The service is generally very very friendly. Food is consistent. Would recommend the prime rib and the bone in ribeye for entrees. My partner really likes the rattle snake bites. I didn't like them as much on this visit. The rib appetizer we got had fall off the bone tender meat. The fries though didn't seem as fresh. Service issues.... When taking the order she asked how we wanted things but didn't mention the up charges to things unless pressed. It's a personal pet peeve of mine because it lacks transparency. My other issue with the service was when asked if I needed anything else, she didn't make recommendations on things that go with what I get. For example, she didn't offer horse radish for my prime rib, so unless I knew it came with it, I might not have gotten it. The half dressed Caesar still had a lot of salad dressing on it, so I can't imagine how much it normally comes with (unless they missed my request, but the server re iterated it when it was served to me). I don't know why I've never reviewed Texas Road House before as it is one of my favorite steak houses. I used to only eat their filet but lately I haven't been craving beef, instead I like pork. I had the pork chops and added brown gravy with onion and mushroom. It was delicious! My daughter usually has the prime rib and it never seems to disappoint her. It is also one of my grandson's favorite places to eat. He loves the steak they have on the children's menu. This location is always busy yet the service is always quick and efficient. The server usually gets our drink orders in right away. I love their adult drink selections and love their huge beer servings. I'm sure there are hundreds of excellent reviews already for this place, but I had to leave my own input. I don't believe there is anyone out there who wouldn't love this place. read more

Every time I've gone in here with a group of people I've had excellent service and an excellent table with apical spacing in seating. The food is always been amazing. They've always bring out extra bread and sauces and anything that you would need. Besides the peanuts being on the floor that you can crash, and the loud noises from the cheering on birthdays and songs they play is clean straightened out-up, tables are wiped down clean and you do not see any dust in the air. So they must clean up very well prior to opening. When you first go and you see meat that you can order before you sit down. Food is always great. The blooming onion was a little greasy this time. Salad was good. Rolls were delicious. I ordered the pork chops and they were delicious and cooked perfectly the sauce served with it was amazing. We also had the ribeye and it was tender and cooked perfectly. Our waitress was very attentive and took care of everything we asked for. The only complaint we have is how loud they played this commercial like song over for Texas Roadhouse and over it was impossible to hear the conversation across the table without shouting. Terrible to-go service. I'm actually not sure how this place even has a to-go because after sitting on hold for a combined 22 minutes, I still never got anyone on the phone. I ordered online for 5 pm, arrived on time to only receive a text saying my order wasn't ready. 27 minutes later I was told it was finally ready.
