Whenever I crave me some red meat. This "chain" restaurant is probably the first one to appear in my mind. The shining beacon of cow pieces for human consumption. Cinnamon butter and the rolls? C'mon now... they're pretty good here. Ok so let's do the food. Onion Blossom: flavor was on point, only demerit is that we were spitting out hard outer skin part of the onion. It wasn't properly peeled. RibEye: medium rare which is my all time favorite whenever I come here. The kitchen staff definitely knew how to cook a medium rare steak. Caesar Salad: My hubby's salad was pretty good. Cant really go wrong with caesar salad. Sides: My mixed veg was lackluster and my rice was a bit on the greasy side. Place is pretty good. Its stood the test of time as I can remember it. Most of the restaurants and shops around it closed and opened back up, but this guy is still there. Service was top notch. This location was packed this evening and were told that we had to wait in the car until we were called. After about 1 1/2 later we finally called in. Much to our dismay they were allowing people to wait inside as long as they were drinking. Double standard. They were people packed at the bar and overflowing onto our table and we spoke to make manager and he kinda brushed us off and said they were paying customer. Safety hazard handicap people could not get thru. Guess he's more concerned about business bottom line and doesn't listen to customer issues . Very sad experience I had there tonight. My food was amazing, so my review is strictly on service and/ wait time. This is the 3rd time my family has been to this location and has had to wait 3x as long as long as our original wait time was originally supposed to be. There is a large difference between 25 minutes - 57 minutes and then today we're told 10 - 15 minutes and end up waiting 48 minutes. Unrealistic and completely frustrating. read more

I came for the "crack bread" friend came for the steak. We decided to come around 7 to pass the rush (this place is always packed). We didnt have to wait for a table and we're quickly greeted. Our server Steve was awesome and very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the Salmon with a house salad. Friend went with the large t bone. Ok, this place deserves one star for what happened, but I'll explain later why I gave 2 stars. We walked in and were seated right away, party of 6. We unrolled our silverware and 4 of the place settings had crusted food on them. We made the server aware and she brought more. Those also had food on them. Even she was embarrassed when the ones she handed also had food on them. I have a 2 year old, I'm use to having someone else's food shoved in my mouth, but it's not strangers food. And with the hepatitis scare a year ago downriver, I was not amused. Went to the bathroom and there was no soap in either of the dispensers. The sign above the soap saying "Employees must wash their hands" stared at me mockingly, as if to say "yes Steph, you ate fecal matter today". I'm giving this place 2 stars because the server was very good. She was very attentive and extremely aplogitic for what happened. I typically like this location, however if you see Haylee please run. She do not have the friendliest welcome at all. She makes you feel like your bothering her. She told me and my 3 friends we had to wait between the doors and let 4 other people take our spots. I prefer not to say what color the women were because I don't want to make it racial but it certainly seemed that way. This has been our favorite spot for a juicy steak and a hot baked potato almost since they opened this location. The adults come for the steaks and the kids come for the burgers. We have never had any complaints. The service has always been top notch, the food is always delicious, and occasionally you will get the most delightfully ginormous mushrooms atop a fabulously tender steak. I have actually never had a burger from here because I cannot resist a sirloin steak. Can you tell? However, I have no doubt that they would be fantastic. If you ask my son and my nephew, they'll tell you the bacon cheeseburger is elite. My daughter is a huge fan of the ribs and pulled pork sandwiches. The baby enjoys the chicken tenders most. Was visiting from Chicago here and was very unimpressed by the quality at this location compared to what I'm used to back home. Got sat, never got any rolls. Asked the waitress for rolls and she said they didn't have any, but I saw tables that were sat after us get rolls upon being seated one table even got refilled rolls right in front of me. Orders were placed and 5/8 were incorrect. Had to send one order back twice. So one person in my party did not get to eat at the restaurant. When we finally spoke to the manager we got rolls but were burnt. I've never had burnt rolls from Texas Roadhouse. Waitress would disappear and we would not see her for awhile when we needed things. read more

Haven't been here in a long while. First let me say this: Them dinner rolls is the straight DEVIL! I ate all 4 of them delicious crack rolls before my drink arrived smh! And honestly that's what i went there for them rolls and cinnamon butter! This place stays pack no matter when you go and service is pretty quick and fairly clean inside considering they give out peanuts and the shells get evert where. I ordered a drink i forget the full name of it i think its called Armadillo Punch then i ordered a combo appetizer with Potatoe skins, chicken bites and Snake bites i think they are called, its jalapeno cheese balls very good! Me and Beef dont get alone so no steak for me. Over all my food was good, drink could have been stronger but still good I'll definitely be going back! I came here for a family dinner with my parents and 2 sisters. We were immediately seated when we arrived and had a nice clean atmosphere. The sirloin I had was AMAZING and the rolls were very hot and fresh. Chef did an amazing job on my steak, he made it exactly how I asked. I always ask for added sautéed mushrooms and onions and normally they forget (I forget too until IM halfway done with my steak) but this time they didn't forget and it was beyond enjoyable. I met a friend here for dinner on a busy Saturday evening. They offer call ahead reservations which means they give you a 30-45 minute window as to when to show up. It works out pretty well especially when you see the large groups waiting for a table. A basket of fresh & hot rolls with cinnamon butter is delivered to every table. It's a nice start if you don't dig into the pail of peanuts that are also on the tables. I wasn't very hungry but some grilled chicken with cheese & mushrooms sounded tasty. So that's what I ordered with a side of mashed potatoes and green beans. The Portobello Mushroom Chicken is grilled and covered in jack cheese and mushrooms. It was ok with the chicken being a tad overcooked. My friend enjoyed her steak and shrimp plate as it was cleaned off by the end of our visit. I should know better that it's technically a steakhouse and I should order accordingly. Texas Roadhouse has always been on of those 'middle of the road' places for me so you wouldn't see me standing in line to dine here. read more

The bread and butter are crack!!! They are served warm as you are seated. Our server Alondra was great. The service made up for the food. As well as the manager, checking up on tables. We order the steak and shrimp combo, it was better than expected. Our steak was perfectly cooked the way we order. The side of loaded mash potatoes was good as well, can't say the same about the mac and cheese. We expected fresh homemade mac and cheese, instead it was box "Krafted" mac and cheese. I had a fairly tasty meal here after a stop to Another Look Books. The ribs were fall off the bone, the potato was your average baked. The caesar salad was way too overdressed but otherwise would have been just ok I think. My husband also had ribs with a loaded sweet poato (happy) and a cup of chili with cheddar cheese. The waitstaff was awful. My caesar came but no soup for hubby. We mentioned it and our waiter wandered off never to be seen again until our drinks had been empty ten minutes and our entrees were up. He brought our food hot to the table but even then no chili. We had to mention it again. Then he brought it cold. No apologies. He then took it back to reheat it, still no drink refills. Another server had to get us drinks. We complained to management and nada, so guess who is not going back? Shame because the food had possibilities. read more

I seem to be on a Texas Road House kick lately. Twice in the past month! I came here last night with the boyfriend and his family for his dad's birthday, and overall it was a really good experience. The place was packed to the gills, and considering we had a larger party, didn't have to wait that long. As I'm learning more about this chain, I'm starting to dig how friendly the staff is here. Even with the large crowds of people that seem to be here at any given time, we have yet to have had a bad experience, regardless of which location we're at. After scowering the menu, I went with what I had before. A 6 ounce steak, with Cesar salad and some mashed potatoes. Since we were seated at adjoining tables (because the party was large) one server took care of us throughout the evening. Things went smoothly, and we were impressed at the consistency of service. Our order was taken in a timely fashion, or food orders were done correctly, drinks were filled and everything went smoothly. As the evening ended, the server asked us how we wanted our bill. I like that because not every large party wants it on one bill and sometimes it can be a hassle for the staff and the patrons. They seemed to be super accommodating here and didn't "stress out" with the size of our party. The food was tasty as always, and I'm glad we came here, chain or not. Overall it was a really good experience considering the A) size of the party and B) how busy they are for a Saturday night. read more
