It was a floor model, as ordering would have taken several weeks/months. We hired an electrician to install our fixtures (Elaine's couldn't offer install on our high ceiling fans). Blake offered a reorder but that would have cost us more $ for the electrician to come out multiple times. I suggested our electrician could solder the piece back on or I could but I'd need to buy would need to buy a solder kit. I emailed and asked Blake if Elaine's would offer us a STORE CREDIT of $100-200 for our trouble and to mitigate some of our extra expense due to the chandelier arriving damaged. Blake responded that I could have 10% off a future purchase. I do not recommend Elaine's. The chandelier arrived damaged. We had to incur the costs of having it fixed. When I offered a very reasonable customer service solution, it was denied. The items can be found at other establishments, some for less expensive. This was a disappointing experience, especially based on how many fixtures we purchased.

**Should be ZERO STARS** Dropped off mower for warranty work…read moreon 8.30.24. 9.20.24 Picking up mower for warranty work. This place is H O R R I B L E! I do not even know how they stay in business. Read all the other reviews! My husband called Greenworks about our walk behind mower. It was under warranty and was told to drop it off at Northern Tools and said we did not have to pay for anything. When we arrived NT said we had to pay $60 even though it was under warranty. We even printed out the paper from Greenworks stating it was under warranty. It is refundable after they make sure it really is under warranty. (Eye rolling) Both times we were there-other customers were there and were pissed off. One man asked "how do y'all stay in business?" The other guy was pissed because NT could not find his tool he left for repair. He was really mad. The lady (forgot her name) is snippy. (Both times we were there) I hope we never have to go the Northern Tools again. Their customer service is horrible, their service is horrible. No sense bringing anything here for repair or buying anything here.

I called the store directly and asked if they were the authorized service facility for Dewalt and…read morewas told yes. I have a Dewalt power washer that was not pumping anything. First issue - Northern Tool are NOT the authorized service facility for Dewalt any more! I took the power washer in to their Conroe location and explained the problem. A few days later I was called by their service department and told that the problem was the pressure unloader and that this was something not covered by the warranty but which they could fix for a fee. I approved the fee and was later called to say the washer was ready. Second Issue - The unloader, per the AUTHORIZED service organization, was never the problem it was the pump itself. On taking the washer back to work, a week or so later I set the washer up only to find that it still did not output anything, no pumping. I called Dewalt who advised me that their authorized service center in my area was Empire so I took the unit there. Empire found that the pump was the problem and under the terms of the warranty, replaced the pump and fixed the problem. Summary - Northern Tool 1. lied when they claimed to be the authorized service facility for Dewalt. 2. Lied when they said it was the unloader 3. lied when they said it was not covered by the warranty and charged for a repair that was not necessary and which did not fix the problem. Northern Tool - Conroe acted like a shady used car dealer and not a trusted provider of quality products and services. I will still use them to buy low end tools and supplies but their service department will never see my business again.
