I came in for an oil change for my dad's car and explained multiple times that it wasn't my vehicle, which is why I didn't know the answers to some of their questions. Instead of acting professionally, employees made comments like "tell your daddy I'm the new mechanic now" and said I'd "make a great wife." They also repeatedly commented on my appearance and stared at me while servicing the car. Another employee even joked that "looks like she's not having it," and I responded that yes, I wanted to leave. The fact they could clearly tell I was uncomfortable and kept going anyway was incredibly inappropriate. Since they had already started the oil change, I felt stuck there until it was finished. Women should be able to get their cars serviced without being made uncomfortable by employees.

Instead, they graciously insisted that they could fix my tire immediately. 10-15 minutes and $40 later, my tire is fixed and my day can continue as planned. Victor provided me great customer service when conttacting with him on Yelp, responding quick and answering all my questions. The great customer service remained onsistent during my visit at the shop as well. These guys are fast! While there were a few customers there at the same time as myself, their vehicles were serviced very quickly so I didn't have to wait long. Service was completed on my vehicle within 20 mins. Customer service is important to me and these guys didn't fall short.Overall, a positive experience!
