We were told that we were being referred to another company that specializes in that kind of work. Two days later no calls from anyone. My fiance is out of town and I knew I only had hours to fix it as she is due back tonight. I called for help in a panic and The Plumber was able to come out and help same day! Nate walked me through cutting off the water main until he arrived. Nate arrived very quickly and was done in a couple hours. He shocked me with how reasonable the price was, and let me tell you I was scared because I knew this wasn't just a leaky faucet or stuck toilet. Had a leak from my washer drain pipe. Chris came out and identified the problem. The leak was in…read morethe slab and he ran a bypass of the pipe and tied it into the main drain line of the house. This was done to protect the integrity of the foundation. This was not the original plan and Chris asked if I would like to get a second opinion. With the original plan changing he offered to waive his fees while I got a second opinion. The work was done in a timely fashion and resolved the problem.
