A reason for the amount refunded could neither be explained nor corrected in reasonable time. It's worth mentioning that the office manager and the office staff are unapologetic for their shortcomings that affect patients and can be quite cold and short as though you're little more than a bother to them. I really like Dr. Polder and the work she did was great. The negativity to report is that of the office manager and office staff/billing. Unfortunately, the negativity of the staff outweighed how great the doctor herself was, hence the single star review.
