This place rocks! Rudy had me booked asap with my auto warranty, my windshield was ordered for next day install. I arrived to my appointment and was aware of the wait since this was explained when I booked. My check-in went smoothly. They had complimentary coffee and I am not a big coffee drinker but those little pods were Good but one thing that stood out was the child friendly environment. They had a changing table in the restroom and a little play area which was very clean. I must say the customer service is top notch and Rudy is a phenomenal employee to have on your TEAM. He showed me my windshield explained everything in detail and was hustling in and out of the work area. I am very satisfied with the service and care I received. read more

If you value your vehicle, do NOT go to this location. I went in for a minor windshield repair and ended up with a crack that has now spread across my entire front and due to their "warranty" this company has given me the WORST time ever. I could have broken my windshield on my own. I wouldn't think that bringing my vehicle to a professional AutoGlass repair would result in such a horrible way. PLUS, when I initially called them to have them come out to do the mobile repair, they told me their earliest availability was in the 3rd week of October. This was on September 2-3 ... I didn't want it to spread, brought it to this "professional" AutoGlass repair shop ....... Only for it to spread. What a joke! Would NOT recommend. Go elsewhere. read more

I tried to use the online request for an appointment. IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. I finally was able to find a number to speak with a customer service representative. She was quite helpful in getting an appointment for me. When I arrived, There was no one at the front desk but I did see a door open in a small office. A gentleman was there on the phone. After he was done on the call I advise him of my name and schedule time for my car. He was not what I seem a people person. No smile or say how can I help you. He was quite grumpy. With the exception of the awful online experience and the front office the rest of the service was fine. It was done in a timely matter. Once it was done a young man came out to finish on the paperwork and advise me of not washing the car for 2 days and warranty information. He was quite friendly and very informative. read more

Great service, made an appointment was able to get in the next day. Dropped my car off, had text alerts when they were starting and when they were complete. My windshield replacement was an insurance claim, there was no extra paperwork, they collected my deductible and i was done. read more

Absolutely horrible company. The techs are rude, and when you call to complain, it falls on deaf ears. The tech didn't want to come out to install my windshield, because it was cloudy and I didn't have a cover for him to be under. He got rude with me and hung up, then called to say I wanted to reschedule, which was a lie. I called to complain, and the manager was completely aloof about the whole ordeal. He said that he would call me back in 30 minutes to get someone else out, and that was now over 3 hours ago, as of this writing. I called back and was transferred a couple of times, and was told by the secretary that "Mike" was going to call me back, "right now" to let me know when a tech would be out to change my windshield. That was now 30 minutes ago. This is a horrible company to deal with. I would strongly suggest going with someone who actually cares about their customers. read more

Would have appreciated better customer care. The repair technician removed some rear view mirror charms that my daughter had hanging. Instead of placing them inside the vehicle he put them on his work bench, and didn't remember them until we were already back at home 45 minutes away. He called to tell me and I asked him if they could be mailed since Safelite has my address on file. The answer was a resounding no, that I have to drive to the store to pick them up. I just spent $822+ dollars to have repairs done and they couldn't spare $6 in postage to correct their mistake. We had a 3 rock chips in our windshield. Two were repaired, but poorly. The third was made worse during the repair process. The technician informed us that he made the crack bigger and to call him if it got worse. The issue is that he used the improper tool near the edge of the windshield which caused the problem to worsen. I called Safelite and they said they'd send someone out to take another look at it. The individual came out and basically agreed that the repair was faulty, but the only way to fix it under warranty is to replace the windshield. I would not recommend these folks. Because of a poor repair, we are now looking at having to replace the windshield. OUCH. read more

I really appreciate the work and service I received from Safelite in Baytown, TX. On the way to town one morning I rock flew up and made a nasty chip in my windshield. They were able to fit me in when I dropped by and the repair was questionable due to the severity of it however, the technician was able to fill it in and now it almost totally unnoticeable. read more

The woman (young adult) at the font desk needs to learn better customer service skills. If I wasn't in such a bind to travel over 500 miles to get home in Oklahoma, I would have gone elsewhere. There were zero cars having their glass replaced. Workers sitting around doing nothing, yet couldnt get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I understand if they were busy. She was very rude and was bothered by us because she was "chatting" with a technician. I do not recommend giving this place your money. Too many other choices in his area. read more

After losing 2 days of work and being given the run around twice, a technician, John, finally came out and replaced the glass on my son in law's car. Run around #1 - I was told by Randall that there were 2 different windshields that might fit his car but when the technician, Josh, came out, he only had 1! He explained that they had to order the other one and it would be in stock by 4am the next day - which I found out it didn't! I had to take off another day of work! Finally around 4:30pm, the technician, John, came out and he did do a great job replacing the windshield, he was very courteous, clean and professional and I was given a discount for all my trouble, but still, this could have all been avoided if this shop were more organized. It was like the old saying, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. A total lack of communication. read more

Insurance company recommended Safelite to replace windshield of my Dodge Sprinter. Technician could not change windshield alone windshield was to big. Called for assistant to come help. While installing windshield they slid it across the hood & fender of vehicle. Did not clean the rubber sealant from the hood & fender of my van. Second Windshield They came to replaced the windshield in my Dodge Sprinter van. The first trip "we cannot change this window there is rust behind the glass.Who ever changed this last time should have told you about the rust." The first glass replacement was done by Safelite. Had the rust spot repaired "safelite" installed the new windshield & they decided I needed a new rear view mirror. The new mirror is smaller & made of plastic. The mirror was mounted to high on the windshield. When the sun visors is put up or down they hit the mirror & move it or cover part of the mirror. No response from safelite about these repair. Never again will safelite work on any of my vehicles. read more

Work was for 2014 Tacoma. Full windshield replacement. My husband's windshield was replaced that the trim around the windshield is terrible. Perhaps an aftermarket part but there is an extra channel above the glass so the trim doesn't sit flush with the glass as other vehs of the same yr/make/model. I tried to schedule a Saturday appointment to fix it right away but was told that would not be possible. It took weeks for him to schedule the time off to get the initial glass done and at this point is unable to schedule another week day that will be convenient for him. He was very sick that day and was very groggy from the medication so simply trusted that the technician knew what he was doing. read more
