Feel like Texas is hiring anyone who walks in without even doing an evaluation of someone's public relations skills. Chef took 30 minutes to fry up five measly tenders on two separate occasions while they were not busy at. And still after taking all this time and not listening to front of house staff because he has AirPods in and can't hear what anyone is communicating to him the tenders came out undercooked and soggy. The floor was so greasy I almost slipped and fell twice. All the tables had garbage on them, none were clean for sitting and eating.

I always wondered about this fast food chain when driving by it while visiting family in the burbs. Checked it out the other day for lunch and was happy to see they offer the Beyond Burger on the menu. Got the meal deal with fries and a drink. Burger was pretty good with nice toppings, sauce with a kick, and a soft brioche bun. I brought some of the fried chicken home and the fam raved about it, so I went back to pick up chicken dinners for everyone the next day. All said it was crispy, juicy, and delicious. They keep this place clean and wipe down the tables as soon as people leave them. Really nice group of guys who work here too. As far as fast food type chains go this is one of the better ones. Just shared the Family chicken special with my wife for lunch. Have enough leftovers for dinner. This should easily feed 3-4 a very nice meal. The chicken was crisp, tasty and the meat was juicy. This is one of my local restaurants, so I have eaten here probably around 6-8 times since its opening. Honestly, the hardest thing to pass up is the price for their fried chicken. 9 dollars for 10 pieces of chicken is pretty good. Everything else is pretty expensive. They do serve halal food so they do open their doors to the muslim community which is really cool. It seems like they have tried to start serving "Beyond meat" burgers but i have not tried this yet so i cant give a fair assessment of it. The price is probably the best redeeming factor. The food on the other hand is mediocre to subpar. The fried chicken is at best mediocre. They had some growing pains with this one. At first their chicken was amazingly dry. It was spicy and salty, but was also overcooked. They were able to improve on the cooking over time and their chicken is pretty good if you're on a budget and need something quick on a drunk night.
