Took a late night trip into this BK location to try the Spongebob movie meal. I'm not sure why my local BKs didn't yet have it on the menu. This location was great at taking instructions to swap my krabby patty for a meatless one. I love that Burger King always has different menu themes going on throughout the year. The berry pie is creamy and tastes like shortcake! It would be nice if they made it permanent. Loved the pineapple float! Can't go wrong with that juicy pineapple flavor. The krabby patty was great though it wasn't any different than a regular whopper except for the turmeric colored bun. I loved the Christmas light costume that one of the workers wore! Not a fanatic of fast food but stopped by Burger King and tried their whopper junior and onion rings. I was warmly greeted at the counter and served promptly. Whoppers were hot ( must have been freshly made ) and onion rings were good. Restaurant was clean with plenty of tables. Menu had a good variety of items and the specials were very reasonably priced. Here's the deal...a piece of me has never been the same since McD's dropped the snack wrap! BK was advertising the crispy snack wraps and it really intrigued me. I was coming home late at night and was craving! Seen the sign advertising crispy wraps and it triggered to pull in! I ordered the fire wraps and TBH they weren't that hot which is fine but they were crispy! Wasn't the same as MCD's but good enough. Fast forward a few weeks later...go back got the same order and the wraps were anything and everything but crispy! Very disappointing but I still ate it PLACE WAS CLEAN! People working there were nice! As soon as someone else got up someone was out there cleaning up their table. It was also past the time the dining room was closed so maybe that would be the case. I shouldn't be eating this stuff in the first place if the wraps were consistently crispy it would be a problem. Since it's inconsistent, I won't be back. read more

I don't eat fast food much (trying to watch my waistline and my wallet!), but we went here on a whim late on a weekday night. We decided to go inside instead of using the drive through, and I'm so glad we did! We were really surprised by how clean and crisp everything was inside, from the decorations to the seating to the bathroom. The service was also excellent! The gentleman with the grey hair manning the front register was seriously going above and beyond to help us. I had a better experience dining here than at some local joints that cost twice as much. If they had WiFi, I'd definitely be coming here to do some work over a meal. We will be back! read more

My daughter wanted an Impossible Whopper so we went to our local Burger King which was newly renovated. As far as fast food places go this Burger King exceeded expectations! It was clean, service was fast and the manager saved us some money by converting our order to a two combo for $10 promo which I was not aware of. My daughter and I both got the Impossible Whopper and it tasted just like a regular Whopper! If you are craving for fast food definitely give this Burger King a try. read more

Used to love this location, the 50s theme really set it apart from the other BKs. However as with all the locations on li the place went down hill in food quality and cleanliness. They renovated it and got a new team so me n my family decided to check it out. When we walked in the manager gave my son a balloon and a nice young man took our order without any problems which is something BK hasn't done in a long time. We enjoyed our food wich was the best it's ever been and when we finished the manager handed out mints. I could not believe how this place completely flipped my opinion in one visit. This is officially our new BK and I highly recommend it. read more

On Friday night, my two boys are up at midnight watching tv. My teenager says: Dad, I'm hungry and I don't want anything in the house. My 10 year old says, I want a toy too! Well, I'm the only one out of the three of us with money so.. there is only one place I know open after midnight, BURGER KING on 347 in Stony Brook! Burger King in stony brook, NY is hands down the best BK on Long Island. I don't know what they do differently but they're awesome! Always you get fresh burgers, crispy fries, and to top it off if you are a Stony Brook Hospital employee you get 20% off if you show your ID! On my lunch break I get 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a Dr Pepper for less than $3. Who can beat that!? McDonalds definitely can't, that's for sure. read more

This is my local Burger King which we frequent for Drive-Thru. We mostly get Whopper Jrs & fries, though sometimes we get a special burger. The service is usually fast and courteous. The food is typical Burger King fare. About a year ago we had some problems with not getting what we ordered on more than one occasion. But they've cleared up those issues and we've had no more problems with them. This remains our go-to fast food establishment. read more

This is by far the best Burger King I've ever been to. The manager is warm, friendly and funny. The wait staff are polite and well mannered. The burgers are top notch (for a Burger King mind you). But best of all, the theme and layout of the restaurant is a vintage Hollywood style that makes me reminisce for days past as I enjoy my 2 for 5 Big King deal. A solid, reliable Burger King. I grew up around the corner from here, and have fond memories of walking/biking/driving here with my friends. I've always enjoyed the Whoppers, and more recently the Oreo milkshakes. The interior is a throwback to the rock icons of old, with Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe taking center stage. The staff is polite, albeit a bit rushed in their speech. Overall, I'm a fan of this establishment, and recommend that people stop here when they're hungry and want a quick and affordable bite! read more

This BK is a strong 3 star because the time they take getting your food depends on how the stars aligned for that day, meaning who the hell knows what you're going to get. The place has a cute retro look and its usually pretty clean. The food, especially the fries, are always fresh. read more

The absolute WORST Burger King on Long Island. Constantly giving inaccurate orders and appears to assume you will be miles away before you discover you've been duped. It is hard for me to remember the days before this location went from your average, dumpy BK layout. However, when it did make its transformation, it was the talk of the town (and I'm not sure what that says about Three Village when that is big news). The drive-in culture that our grandparents enjoyed was recreated, to a degree, with this fresh, original makeover. But as time has passed, the interior has shown its age. Graffiti and carvings in the bathroom, the drink machine out of order, and the seating on its last legs. Manu years after its reopening, this Burger King is, once again, in desperate need for a facelift. As it stands now, the quality of the food is what you'd expect from a BK. Nothing over the top in presentation, but they seem to care at least a bit about their jobs. They've made mistakes, sure, but the managers have always made right by the customer. The staff is generally very friendly and you'll see a lot of the same faces over the years; unlike a lot of fast food places, there isn't a ton of turnover so there is some experience here. However, the bottom line is that this location needs to up its game. There are numerous places to get burgers around here, and for the price, better than BK serves up. An updated interior and a renewed emphasis on food presentation would go a long way to take a run-of-the-mill fast food joint and turn it into an experience like it was only a decade or two ago. read more

For the past few orders, they've literally had their way with me as if I was a brothel visiting. Constantly forgetting items or getting the order wrong. Worst part: I've seen them double check the contents AND STILL get it wrong. It's unbelievable. Also, there has to be a better method than to make the ice cream first before the actual meal order is even bring prepared, especially via Drive-Thru. So ok, not a problem, I mean I was mad but I called them notifying them about their mistake and I let them know that we would be coming back to them. Usually, customer service is a given anywhere and you would assume that they would compensate you for their wrongdoing. But nope, not in burger king! We went all the way back and wasted another 10 miles of gas just to get a miserable bag of 20 piece chicken nuggets with no apology or anything. ZERO COMPENSATION. Work on your customer service, that's all I have to say. Safe to say, I will not be coming back over here. The management is terrible and this Burger King deserves to go out of business. They are not open inside at 12 am, so a group of us went to the drive through. Two of us had debit cards so we needed to do separate orders, which other drive throughs happily do without question. The nasty woman who is manager was so rude to us and said we can either "figure it out on the receipt or drive around again." So after the first order we drove around again so my friend, who also only had a debit card, could also get something. We ask for chicken fries and the woman again used a rude tone to say "we don't have those, it's over" when there's a huge sign in the menu advertising them. She doesn't say it nicely, like "oh I'm really sorry but that promotion is no longer offered." She was instead nasty. For no reason. So we next ask for a shake. And of course, the shake machine is being cleaned. The staff was unnecessarily rude and clearly they do not have any idea of what customer service is. Making us drive around again instead of just entering two separate transactions. And then on top of that being blatantly rude to customers. Needless to say we took our late night business to McDonalds where we were happily served without an issue. read more
