One of the things that keeps me coming back is the camaraderie that is so prevalent; you can tell that the stylists get along well with each other, as well as with their clients. After a few visits, it really begins to feel like family. Sometimes the chatter is about fun things, and other times it can be about more serious topics, but it is always inclusive and open to everybody who chooses to participate. My stylist is Rachel. Getting to know her was easy, for she is a warm and personable woman. Rachel is known for paying attention to details, especially when it comes to what her clients want. She really listens and hears what is asked of her and, as she gets to know you, makes solid recommendations based on her over 20 years' experience. After she had color corrected, she said "there's still a little red but it will fade out". She never stated that we would need another appointment to continue to fix it. She then put brown dye (I'm guessing that's what it was) over it. I asked for my natural hair color which was visible. The top part of my hair turned out basically blonde. The bottom part of my hair is red and a dark brown. It doesn't even go all the way to my roots. I spent $360 on a terrible hair job. I called and simply asked for a refund and they said the only thing they could do was dye over it one color and anything else to fix it I would have to pay for. Absolutely ridiculous! Unless you're getting something basic, do NOT go to this salon! I left crying and I've been crying for the past two days and can't even look at myself in the mirror.
