They did a great job for me. Their personnel in El Centro are easy to deal with, so everything was excellent at dropoff. They got our shipment to Texas faster than expected. 1 star because I can't give zero -- Driver refused reasonable assistance, dumped freight and left. We had a delivery from T-Force Freight that should have been simple. Our garage door was open and we were standing by, ready to help guide the pallet straight into our loading dock, just a few feet away. We stood in the heat while the driver spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get out the pallet out of his truck. When he finally figured it out he dropped a 12-foot pallet loaded with materials directly in front of our garage door and refused to move it those last 5 feet into the dock. The pallet jack was already hooked onto the pallet, no setup required, nothing to attach. No incline, no steps, nothing, just pushing the pallet jack an extra couple feet. Instead, he told us he had other deliveries and wasn't required to push it the final couple of feet, climbed back into his truck, and sat there while we struggled to drag a pallet that size into our garage by hand. This wasn't a matter of policy or liability. The equipment was already in place. We were present, willing, and asking for three extra seconds of effort he had already started. This is about human decency. He chose not to finish the job. If you're expecting any kind of reasonable cooperation on placement, especially with oversized freight, be prepared to do it yourself, even when the driver has the jack already on the pallet and could have helped without lifting a finger more than he already had. read more

I cannot recommend this company LESS! We purchased a generator from a company that used TForce to ship it to us. We were given a tracking number to use on TForce's website. As the shipping date got closer we noticed that there was a warning saying that they only deliver to our area occasionally. I called their customer service line on a Wednesday (Call center is in India, not the U.S.) and was assured that delivery would be on that coming Friday. I called again on Thursday just to make sure and was, again, assured that Friday is the day they deliver to our area. By 3:00 Friday I became concerned because our shipment had not yet arrived. I called again and asked to speak to someone at the Fontana, CA warehouse. Phil, the manager, informed me that A.) the tracking number is meant for internal use (by them) and not meant for me to use as any sort of guide. B.) We did not have a delivery date scheduled yet even though customer service said we did C.) That customer service is in another country and that they don't have the ability to schedule appointments or to even see when appointments ARE scheduled. D.) That their company isn't really a U.S. company anymore, it is Canadian owned. I asked how we are supposed to be scheduled for delivery and Phil said that someone was supposed to call us. He then realized that they DID indeed have my correct phone number on file and that it was their fault. His solution? For me to wait another week for the shipment to be delivered. I told him I might have to try to pick it up from the warehouse myself but wasn't sure if it would be feasible. I asked who I would speak to if I wasn't able to pick it up myself and would need it to be delivered by them the following week. He told me to call their customer service number and ask to be transferred to the U.S. to speak to them. I tried calling for the next three days before the next delivery date to our area. Every time I got customer service in India and they put me on hold to transfer me, they then hung up on me. The delivery date came and went. It has now been two weeks. I still have not heard back from them. I am advising the company we bought the generator from to not use them anymore. Their slogan on their website is "Get Started with TForce Freight LTL." However.... if you do get STARTED with them, it will never end! Worst experience EVER! read more

We scheduled a freight pickup on Wednesday for same day pickup. It is now the following Monday, less than 1 hour before closing time, and they have yet to pick up our shipment. Every time I call them, which has been at least 3 times per day starting Thursday morning, they assure me it will be picked up that day. On Friday they actually showed up (after our closing time, which they were aware of from the beginning) with only 2 pallet spaces on the truck for our 5 pallet shipment (they were aware of how many pallets it was). Will they show up today? Probably not! read more

Very dishonest quoting process. They show you a great rate and direct you to create a bol. Then you get your bill and its 3-4 times higher than the rate you got. Don't bother trying to call and get it fixed. Customer service does not care that their site is misleading and are no help. I would avoid using them at all costs and will not be using them in the future. Example: the rate quote gave me APROX $380.00 and I chose the ship option and got a bill for $1198.97. read more

Horrible, horrible company, especially the Hagerstown branch. If you ever get stuck with this company or the Hagerstown branch or Hagerstown scheduler "Tina", just cancel everything immediately. I've now had 3 (and never ever anymore) experiences with this company in which I spent thousands of dollars of shipments just to be treated horribly and have one entire shipment completely damaged during handling. The Hagerstown office is terrible and makes this entire company look bad, especially the scheduler Tina who should is deserving of the Guinness world record of worst person at their job in history. First experience was best of 3 bad experiences, but made me waste an entire day when I received notification I had a shipment to be delivered and they have 10 hour windows where I have to standby so I had to cancel everything. As they day progressed I called their Hagerstown office where this comes through dozens of times, but never any answer. I called the companies main customer service number and they couldn't reach Hagerstown office either and the voice message system doesnt work and can't leave a message. Eventually I was able to speak to Hagerstown scheduler Tina who said the message I received on my shipment wasn't accurate as they never send a shipment to a residence without first speaking to the customer for that shipment to ensure availability. It was then rescheduled for another day and I had to lose another entire day to standby waiting on the shipment. The second experience was horrible. I received a notice of a scheduled day for delivery but since I was told before they will not schedule without talking to me I tried calling Hagerstown branch dozens of times over 3 days and customer service of main office couldn't reach them or confirm my delivery status either. Eventually I reached Tina the scheduler and she refused to answer why I was scheduled without speaking to me which she said was against the company policy previously. She also confirmed they lost one of my shipments (as I had two separate on order being delivered) and they didn't know if they would arrive together or if another delivery would be scheduled. On day of second delivery, I was shocked when I saw inside the truck. I had ordered a nice neat large pallet full for good conditioned items in undamaged boxes but received a disaster. All the contents on the pallet was so mishandled that it was literally sideways on the pallet and being held up by the truck side. It was so bad he couldn't move the pallet and had to remove all of the items individually one by one from the truck and hand to me, which was horrible for me as I had surgery 2 days earlier and was on heavy pain killers. As this got unloaded box by box I quickly saw the boxes were in horrible condition, every single one that was offloaded was damaged. I didn't know what was in the boxes at the time so didn't know if the merchandise was damaged at that point. I asked the driver what happened and he said he did't know as he was asked to deliver this and not sure what happened to it before. I informed him the condition of this items I was receiving was ridiculous and not acceptable and that I needed this instance noted (still haven't heard back from TForce but I have a dispute ongoing with company I made purchase from and who hired TForce). Every box was heavily damaged and several of the boxes had the entire top of box torn off! I took 26 pictures upon delivery to include pictures of items still on the truck being handed to me and the insanely bad condition these items were in. After inspection later it was found almost every item within the boxes was severely damaged (only expect was an item made of rubber). Thousands of dollars of retail value of merchandize was destroyed during handling and shipment. For the third shipment that was lost by TForce for a week or so, I received an email confirmation of delivery for 3/11/22. I tried calling several times to confirm, but they never answered the phones as usual (there excuse is that they only have two employees working on site, although that doesn't answer why their voicemail doesn't work). On 3/8/22, we were off to pickup our newest shipment ourselves as we will never use TForce again and I was 200 miles away when I checked my email and saw TFroce sent me an email a couple hours earlier saying my items were out for delivery that same day 3/8/22. I was shocked as no one spoke to me and I wasn't even in the same state. I couldn't reach Hagerstown office so I called main customer service. They said their records showed my shipment wouldn't be received until 3/11/22 but couldn't answer why I received an email stating it was being delivered same day. After transferred to Tina, she said it was already delivered an hour ago and they let my 16 year old son sign for it, which he had no legal authority to sign. read more

Horrible customer service. I've been dealing with them arbitrarily adding a charge to a paid in full COD for months. I've been told on 2 different occasions that the charge would be taken off the invoice. Now they are making up "different" more expensive charges in order to get me to pay the additional $75 they wrongfully added to my invoice to begin with and trying to say that I can pay a different fee of $200 for Hand Delivery vs. a Lift Gate service. This has been going on since October of 2024. Now they are sending threatening emails at 1 and 2am saying they will "escalate" matter and send it to collections. I have been in business for 25 years and have dealt with multiple freight companies and they by far are one of the absolute worst. The driver gave me the COD on the day of delivery, which I PAID IN FULL that day. It is absurd that they can just add additional charges of whatever they feel like after the fact and then threaten companies with collections if they dispute the charge. Any reputable freight company informs its customers of ALL charges prior to delivery. It's clear from other reviews and the F rating from the Better Business Bureau that not only is TForce Freight unprofessional but unethical as well. If I could rate zero stars I would. read more

These people are lazy and horrible. We contracted with Costco to buy a green house. Costco apparently drop shipped from Yardistry, Lmt. TForce was the shipper. Our contract with Costco said the shipper would deliver curbside - fine. Apparently, TForce's "driver" looked at a Google aerial photo of our rural property and decided he couldn't get here. We built a house and workshop on our rural property and cement trucks and semi's managed to get to our house. All Tforce had to do is drop our shipment at the intersection of a 2 county roads and we would have taken it from there. I spoke to the Decatur AL supervisor - Brandon. He said they would not deliver. We could either "meet them somewhere" or "pick up the green house at their warehouse" (180 mi roundtrip and in another state). I declined to do that, as I only have a pickup to move a 500 pound, bulky load. Brandon tried to put words in my mouth - "so you refuse the shipment"? I told him, "no, we decline to pick it up at your convenience". I paid for curbside delivery and that is what I want. We have asked Costco for a full refund. Since they are a reputable company, I'm sure that will work out. I strongly recommend against doing business with TForce; they do not honor their contract/bill of lading with the seller, they are lazy and insolent, and apparently, their drivers are unskilled and incompetent read more

My crates have finally found their way to the correct state. They are sitting in a truck for several days at the terminal. I was told yesterday that they would be delivered today. That did not happen. I called the Jacksonville FL Terminal and was told they have been sitting there for a couple days. Maybe they will leave tomorrow or Friday. It is less than a 2 hour drive from the terminal to their destination. There is no reason they have not been delivered yet. I paid for them to arrive by the 22nd. We are way past that. This company is a disappointment at every turn. Will never use UPS/TForce again. read more

took off work for scheduled delivery. They call at just about 5pm when they close to say I have to schedule an appointment. I scheduled the appointment for May 11th, stayed home and not even a phone call until almost 5pm when they closed. I complained to the caller about missing work. She said "you must of been talking to someone in the Philippines" as if people in the Philippines don't have any brains. To me this was a racist remark since my ancestors are from their. Voicing my opinion about missing about missing work for nothing and she said "we don't emotionally involved" and said she had do go" and hung up. BEWARE.....this company is absolute garbage. They were supposed to deliver on the 16th. It said in the tracking section that they had setup a delivery time with the receiver....not true. I'm the receiver, and they never reached out. I reached out and asked when they would be delivering the furniture. They said the next day between 8am and 6pm.....pretty darn long window, but I said ok. I call the next day mid afternoon after hearing nothing, and they said it wasn't being delivered and it would be the next day. I asked to speak to management, they put me on a long hold, and then disconnected. I called back, and they said the manager was in a meeting but would call me back. I'm still waiting for a call.......this is absolutely ludicrous. I would never have used them, but the company I bought the furniture did........they are pathetic. read more

I had by far the WORST experience using tforce freight. I have shipped with plenty of other companies and this one is terrible. I recieved a quote which i was pleased with so i decided to go ahead and confirm the shipment. Everything as far as pick up and delivery went well. The driver was very helpful and a nice person. A week later i receive a bill for 10x what the quote was! I was sure there was a mistake. I called customer service to get this resolved. The customer service department is clearly in a different country which does not speak or understand english. I talked to 9 different people! NINE!!!!! None of them did anything at all for me! It was a total waste of time. I have a business to run not to sit on the phone or play email tag. I finally was driving and saw a tforce freight transfer hub. I stopped in and spoke with a representative who was very empathetic and helpful. The problem was resolved in 3 days after speaking to her. This is 3 months later!!!! I will NEVER use this company again and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. read more
