Find another Urgent Care! Took my daughter here with a high fever and croup symptoms. They did nothing to help her -- no treatment, no steroids, not even fever relief -- and sent us to the ER, where we were told it wasn't an emergency. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here and received 2 stitches. They charged me my copay for the visit and said to come back in a week to have the stitches removed. They said that I didn't need an appointment, just come in. When I came back the girl at the desk asked for my credit card. I told her I already paid at my first visit. She said it was just a formality. At this visit, they said they could only take one 1 stitch, I had to come back in a week for the other one. When I came back for the 3rd time the girl at the desk again asked for my credit card as a formality. A few days later I received three bills for several hundred dollars!!!! I sent messages and called billing. They all expressed concern but NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!! If I knew they were charging me for three visits, my primary care Dr. would have removed them for a small co-pay. They were not only deceptive but didn't care enough to call me back. I bet I will get a reply on this review about how sorry they are and for ME to call them. I've gone here for years and am very disappointed!!! read more

My name is vishi srinivasan and I unfortunately have to downgrade the rating from 5 to 2 points for a reason. I was tested positive in mid july 2022 and I was severely upset of me being testing positive. I had to take a week and a half of work. I was given stronger medicines to get cured which was awesome. But whenever I was calling the number there was literally a hold on the phone for 45 minutes to ask a question. I had to unfortunately come within 5 days to ask a question since I did not like their call center system. The medical provider yelled at me so angrily in public which severely bothered me after I was wearing a mask by asking me " Why are you here. "What's your problem". What the hell is going on". I felt completely unappreciated instead of having direct business line to contact patients for questions. " What type of service is this. Why can't you have quicker way to respond. I obviously went to med express urgent care where they took good care of me in detail and explained to me exactly what's going on. They also have a direct contact info to assist. That was awesome. This location needs to either come with better way of communicating with patients instead of being on hold for a long time by either having a direct line or a business text or they will be sued through social media immediately. Terrible quality of care. Was seen for a laceration in which the PA rushed through the cleaning and care. The wound definitely needed stitches and was even noted by the PA that it could use stitches but was going to do glue. The PA had a wrist brace on and appeared to be trying to talk out of stitches. It was communicated I was worried about infection with glue and the level of wound care due to getting cut in the yard with dirt all over my legs. I was rushed into the room. Glued up and sent on my way. I ended up with redness around the wound in 2 days. Asked for a script in which was denied and asked to pay another $250 to get a prescription. It is near impossible to get anyone to answer. The service will just hang up on you. Terrible Urgent care. Would suggest never going here. read more

Kelsey and holly were wonderful with such amazing energy and vibes. The wait was a little long but considering it was a walk in they had me in and out in about 45 minutes. They took a good look at me checked my vitals and made sure i didnt have anything else going on. Its a great place to go if you aren't feeling well. If you need immediate assistance GO TO ER! DO NOT GO HERE! While on vacation in St. Pete Beach, I tripped and fell down a ravine on a mini golf course (I know, right!?!?) My arm hurt so bad that I passed out when I tried to stand-up to head to the car. My husband took me to Fast Track Urgent Care where they made me wait until my in-laws showed up with my ID and then made me wait my turn after that. They x-rayed my ankle and arm. The P.A. reviewed the images as the nurse put me in a sling and totally me they didn't see ANYTHING. The nurse cranked the sling and I started to cry because of the pain. The P.A. asked me if "I was crying because of the pain or if I was just emotional?" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They told me to take tylenol and discharged me. Then they call me back as they finally had an expert review my file and they actually spot the break and they tell me to go to the E.R. Fast forward a couple hours at the E.R. and I broke off the end of my humerus bone (A SEVERE BREAK) and it was jammed in the crook of my elbow. Hence the excruciating pain when the nurse cranked the sling. I had to have surgery and several screws to repair it. Fast Track Urgent Care told me NOTHING was wrong. I am getting P.O.-ed at them again just writing this. Ugh. read more

We had to go in recently for an x-ray on my husband and the entire staff was great! I have used them in the past but my husband had not. Eventide I've been in everyone is very friendly and helpful and the providers are great! I would highly recommend! Fatigue, Headaches, Sinus Pain or Pressure, Nasal Congestion, Sore Throat, Coughing up Blood, Postnasal Drip, Cough, Painful Swallowing, Muscle Aches. These were my symptons. hey tested me for Covid and Flu A and B. All negative. Never looked at ears and nose. Throat was horrobly sore and claimed it wasnt red. I even questioned the redness "how could it not be red when I cannot swallow" I looked in the mirror when I get home and there were puss all over my glands. I couldnt stand the pain any longer so I call Teledoc and sending pictures of my thoart. Teledoc was taken back why they did not get prescibed antibiotics. I have acute tonsillitis!!! Prescibed me antibiotics!!! Drs note: Based on your exam, your symptoms are likely due to a viral infection at this time. Antibiotics are not indicated at this time. Supportive care as discussed: rest, fluids and gargle with warm salt water, hot steamy showers to break up congestion, Tylenol or ibuprofen (if no contraindications), over-the-counter throat lozenges. Recommend re-evaluation if worsening or if not improving as expected. Worst experience I ever had. I wont be returning. This was at the Seminole office. read more

Arrived at 6:30pm on a Saturday night for UTI symptoms . Was seen immediately when I walked in and offered to use the restroom to provide a urine sample. I was Treated/assessed and urine result completed in approx 20 min. My prescription was filled right there at the facility for $20. It was handed to me prior to leaving the building at 7:05pm. All staff were extremely professional. I am a nurse and I was pleasantly surprised how efficient and convenient this experience was. I will DEFINITELY be returning here for future needs. Just returned from clinic. SOOOOOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!! The only thing that made this experience good was the nurse practitioner by the name of Bethany Merrill. She was very nice and very professional 5 stars! But I went there for an earache and they removed wax build up in both ears. I do not have health insurance so my own doctor suggested I go to a clinic because it would be much cheaper. I was charged $130 for the office visit and another $100 for the wax removal. CRAZY! I have had problems with my ears for years so I am used to the procedure which is usually around 65 - 85$. But $230. They are nuts and are highway robbers! Ask first before you go about what they will charge unless you want a shock to your bank account. And the eardrops that were prescribed were $18. I can live with that. And how is your day? read more

Had an ear infection that came on out of nowhere, pain level was a 10, like a dagger sticking in my head. Place was empty, Had 2 different nurses, nurse 1 takes me to room, chat about problem real quick, leaves, then 2nd nurse comes in with tools to flush out ears, told me both ears were incredibly clogged with wax, flushed out, but only got a little bit of wax out, Informed me that i should get a product called debrox (ear drops) and use them for a few days, then come back and they could get all the other wax out. Warned that most will prescribe antibiotics, which won't work. Did mention that i should have came in earlier, as it was approaching closing time of 8pm. I replied, ''i didn't plan on this happening, the pain started at 6pm, and i had to go buy a mask from mattress store to even get in. Then Nurse Ratchet returns, looks at ears, tells me I'm all better, bc she can see ear drums now, doesn't mention that my head is full of wax that is still in there, (Pain is now at 11 out of 10 after flushing) says she'll write a script for antibiotics and all is good.take some Ibuprofen, So now the 2 nurses have contradicted each other, and i know that the first one was correct, since having an ear infection 40 years ago as a kid. went to front desk, paid the fee, they put in script at my cvs for tomorrow pick up, never told me of the debrox first nurse had mentioned, never mentioned off the shelf pain ear drops my sister found that stopped the excruciating pain. I asked if i should return for check up later, got dear in the headlights look from everyone, as in ''No, don't come back here" and got me out the door at 7:59, so mission accomplished! they could go home on time! that was their only goal, nothing about helping a patient in pain, nothing about giving correct information for an ear ache. No concern whether i was ok to drive with equilibrium messed up from ear ache, ONLY CONCERN WAS THEM and leaving on time, giving me the correct information would have taken no more time. One nurse was correct and did give correct information, but she was quickly disregarded by other nurse with her bad information, really sad actually. The 1 Constant I see when i read all of these bad reviews is...NICOLE F, The Business Manager, who apologizes, but then obviously can't manage anything, since poor service happens over and over again. Why does she still have a job? I'll be asking whomever owns this practice, when i call them during Sunday dinner tomorrow. read more

Medical assistant had one job and she failed. I came in to the clinic in time, did all the paperwork and was waiting for my appointment. 15 minutes later medical assistant called me and said that I'm now 4 minutes late, because I've been waiting for no reason . She said that there is nothing they can do, even tho it's their fault. So if you're looking for place to waist your time I highly recommend. read more

I went through this office to have my knee evaluated and they sent me to get an MRI, the results weren't fully conclusive because the swelling was too severe (per the radiologist), but they had a rough idea what was going on. My report says possible tears to my Medial Meniscus and my ACL. So it's been 3 weeks and my swelling has gone down, so I figure I can call them and have them reschedule me an MRI since the swelling has lessened and the previous results weren't fully conclusive. NOW they are telling me that the results before were FULLY conclusive and that I definitely have a tear in both my ACL and Meniscus. So with that said they said I have to come back in and get re-evaluated again just for them to schedule me an MRI. (They just want my money). My question is... how are they looking at the SAME MRI report as before and coming up with different results and how are they telling me that the radiologists opinion of being inconclusive is wrong? I totally understand that we have a process in place due to Covid however, the treatment I received while waiting was racist and horrible. Several young and old caucasian people came in with companions that were allowed to go back with the patients to their appointments. I accompanied my disabled child and the staff agressively forced me out of the waiting room. I explained her disability and that she needed help but they did not care. The receptionist jumped up from her chair like she was ready to physically fight me and the clinic coordinator was yelling in my face and threatening to call the cops if I did not leave my disabled child in their care. If you are a person of color DO NOT patron this organization (Seminole blvd location) because you will be yelled at and treated unfairly. read more

Extremely frustrating and time consuming experience. Both my husband and I, along with our two children, have been sick off and on for over a month now. We first visited this urgent care around 6pm to be evaluated for possible sinus infection and to be tested for covid to rule that out. Turns out they do not do covid testing past 5pm for whatever reason. We leave and come back the next day to be tested for covid and checked out....both test results come back negative and we are sent home with no answers what so ever and most importantly no medication to get over whatever it is that we have!! I understand that this is the norm for people coming in being sick for only a few days but like I said this has been going on for a very very long time. We asked if a prescription could be called in for a sinus infection and they said they would ask the dr and call us back...here we are 45 minutes later sitting back in the waiting room bc we never received a call back. People are sitting at the reception desk, both phones are flashing red as they are receiving calls and being completely ignored. It really seems like the only thing they are looking for is a positive covid test. I understand the severity of covid in some cases but if someone tests negative for covid (especially a couple living together under the same roof) then they should at least try to figure out what else is going on with the person. Don't just test for covid and say it's negative you're good!! No, I'm still sick and something else is going on. We need to start doing better than this, it's completely ridiculous. 3+ hours later not including the time spent yesterday trying to be seen we finally got a prescription for a sinus infection nothing like running around dealing with stuff like this when you feel horrible, would give zero stars if possible. read more
