Another technician installed new water pump/regulator and after we defrosted the fridge, when we press the water button the water comes from the ice maker instead, obviously either a water line or wire is hooked up incorrectly. We always go out of our way to support local business and avoid manufacturer, but it is sad when local business does not want to help!

He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Home Pro Appliance again for any appliance problem.

There was no accountability or effort to resolve the issue. Just a few months after they cleaned my ductwork, the same bad smell came back. I feel like I paid a premium price without getting premium results or any guarantee behind the work. If I had hired a larger, established company, I believe I would have at least received proper customer service and follow-up. Based on my experience, the service was overpriced, there was no meaningful after-sales support, and I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
