Every job they've done has led to another issue. There are plenty of better HVAC companies out there -- I'd strongly suggest staying away from this one. One day I noticed my water tank had a slow leak. I contacted Boucher Energy since the tank had a lifetime warranty. They were very rude over the phone commenting on how I did not have an annual service contract and had not purchased anything from them in years. They scheduled a technician to come out 2 weeks later and look at the leak. The day of the appointment it was snowing. There was only an inch of snow on the ground. Boucher called me to cancel my appointment due to the weather. Who doesn't work when there is only 1 inch of snow on the ground? At that point, the leak had gotten worse and I had to put several towels down daily to absorb the leaking water. I was told by Tina that the service manager would come out the following week to personally inspect the water tank. The day he was scheduled to arrive, he never showed up or called. The following day he calls me and says I can just send him pictures of the leak. What a joke. It's now 3 weeks since I first called them and the leak keeps getting worse. Now they tell me that all they needed are pictures of the leak. I send them the pictures and they order the replacement tank. When the tank comes in, they call me to schedule installation. A few days before they are scheduled to come out and replace the tank, the leak is so bad that I have to put 5 towels down every 3 hours to absorb the water. I email the service manager Monday morning to see if they can come out right away so the tank doesn't burst and flood my finished basement. Below is his email reply. Service call is billed at $165 if over 15 miles, so no excuse for extreme parts markup.
