One and Done. Just moved in the area, this place looked good on Yelp, and the restaurant staff were polite, kind and on time. However, the food was terrible. I've had lots of Thai food, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. It wasn't hot to start, but the flavors were really bad. I am a fan of Thai food and this place did it well! I got the Thai noodle and BBQ pork. I don't always get pork but my friend recommended it. They have great prices and a pretty good sized menu also. There was so much that looked good it was hard to decide on just a few things! Btw.. Checking in got me a free Thai tea. It was my favorite part, DELICIOUS! The atmosphere inside was nice, only 1 other person inside so it was a quiet, peaceful meal. You can also just order in from the app if you want to take it home with you. The staff was super friendly and coming here was an overall enjoyable experience. The only issue was that parking was a bit hard to find. I hate to give this place 2 stars. We love Thai food and there are not a lot of Thai restaurants in this valley. We ordered Panang curry and all you can taste was the coconut and hardly any curry. We have ordered the Glass noodle soup with shrimp and only got 1 shrimp. Tonight we ordered pad see ew and pad Thai which were the only dishes that have been consistently good. I went with the safe option (pad Thai) expecting some gentrified meal that would be palatable for someone new to the business. It. Was. Amazing. I don't know how I haven't heard of this place before. The owners were super sweet and they even made one of my takeout orders (it was for my mom) incredibly complex like I asked rather than saying "yeah sorry we don't do that" when I asked for pretty much everything incredibly altered. We arrived for a late lunch/early dinner around 3:30; take your pick. On entering we found them totally empty; no other patrons, greeters or servers in sight. Choosing a table in this small space, we waited for maybe a couple more minutes before a young man brought us our menus without a word of greeting, then left. Restaurant Etiquette 101. On his return he was much more polite when asking for our drink requests. My son and I ordered Thai Tea, mine being free with my Yelp check-in. My wife only wanted water. When ready to order, my wife and I went with the dinner specials. I requested the Sweet and Sour Chicken which came with a spring roll, rice and choice of soup or salad. I went with the vegetable soup. My wife had the Mixed Vegetables with chicken, choosing the salad over soup. The salad came with a peanut dressing which she enjoyed. Our son went with Chicken Pad See Ew, his favorite Thai dish. He shared a portion of it with me and my wife. My wife thought it was better than most Pad See Ew she's tried elsewhere while I thought it was okay, but a little too salty. And while my wife and son greatly enjoyed the food, I thought it was decent but have had better tasting Thai elsewhere. We all agreed that the Thai Tea was a bit too sweet though. I used to frequently order from Ing Doi but it always seemed to be a hit or miss. I ordered from there today and was so so disappointed I had to leave a review. Firstly, the food was cold when it was delivered. The Tom Yum soup lacked flavor and spice (even tho I requested medium). It was like lukewarm lemon water. The wontons had less then a dime size amount of cream cheese. The pad see ew barely had veggies and the 2 pieces of pork they included tasted funny. Lastly the chili beef was overly salted and the meat was extremely fatty. Completely and totally disappointed. I will never order from here again. read more

I've been taking out food, here and there, from this restaurant for a while. The food is decent, food portion was fairly small, but the price is kinda up there. But, I still decided to give my business. As time went, I noticed a pattern of business. The food portion gets smaller and smaller as time went, when the food portion was already small. I ordered multiple chicken entrees to go, and when I opened the dishes at home, each dish had like 12 tiny, tiny chicken pieces in each dish. It almost felt like a total rip off. I have eaten food from Ing Doi and past meals were OK. I picked up 2 dishes the other evening and was sorely disappointed. The Pad Thai noodles were very gummy and not fresh. There were no onions in the dish or a slice of lime for flavor. The bean sprouts were barely noticeable and the ground peanuts were burnt. I also ordered Pad See Ew and it was disappointing as well. I found 2 pieces of broccoli in the dish and carrot slices as thin as paper and tasteless. The worst part was that I requested the noodles with pork and I received pieces of beef in it. The Orange Chicken was awesome! Nothing like the throw away kids dish I was expecting. Lightly breaded, crispy but not overpoweringly orangey. Very tasty! Wish I could rave about the rest of the meal. The drunken noodles were good but the Massaman curry was a little bland and the grilled veggies included an uncommon ingredient that's also one of my least favorite, mushrooms. I have just recently moved to Santa Clarita and was happy to discover this restaurant that is less than a mile from my home. Placed an order on Super Bowl Sunday & the food was delicious! I placed a 2nd order this weekend as I have a friend coming to visit. I ordered different meals from the first visit. While the rest of the food was delicious, I was very disappointed with the size of the fish cake. They were small, almost like fish balls & not a cake. Very professional and kind During the pandemic I ordered delivery and I said no peanuts on the dishes that I ordered. Because of what I said they we so kind to call me and ask more details about the no peanut request to see if I was allergic and if any of the other ingredients were ok. The chicken satay does not compare to JASMINE THAI , it was less flavorful and slightly dry. The mango sticky rice was good but the mango was the wrong kind, and it was very very stringy. It was just a regular mango as opposed to a Thai mango which is sweet and not stringy at all. The fried rice is a joke, its a white rice with a little bit of brown color and with un flavored white chicken and you can hardly see the scrambled egg in it. I have eaten here before but was one of the first times having thai. Now as more of a veteran, I came back and realized how goo the food is. I had pineapple curry. Tonight was the first time we have eaten here. We ordered food and had it delivered. We got the wontons, yellow curry, pineapple fried rice and roast duck curry. The wontons arrived with nothing in them! The pineapple fried rice is suppose to come with shrimp, and chicken. It had two pieces of chicken and one shrimp. The yellow curry was good but the roasted duck curry had hardly any duck in it maybe 5 pieces. It was mostly pineapple and peppers. The place is going downhill. I've been going here since they open and give them many chances to redeem themselves. I am done. They are not customer service savvy. The lady in the front desk talked to my sister like she was scolding her! She needs to work on her customer service. The guy that we used to talk was very courteous. This lady is the opposite.
