It's time for a review update! I came here once and left a review but after coming here like another 15 times I realized just how good this place is. I've tried so many different things off their menu like the Drunken Noodles(many times when I was drunk and or hungover.. I'm sure it's good sober too lol), Pad Thai, Red Curry, Ga Pow, Pepper Steak. They have great lunch/dinner specials for under $8 and the Thai iced tea is sooo dank! They have a coupon for checking in which gets you a free Thai tea, but they never make me click the use now so I always click save it for later and keep using it.. but shhhh let's not tell anybody else. Unless the owner decides to read this hahaha. Or maybe they just like me so much that they don't mind giving me a free tea. Either way, this place is great. Give them a try, perfect for takeout. read more

Yesterday I ordered delivery from Ing Doi. I ordered the Crispy Spicy Whole Fish with white steamed rice. The fish was burnt and over cooked beyond recognition. It was dry and they had the nerve to add a container of sauce that I guess was the spice. I couldn't find any meat on the fish. We also ordered the Crispy Pork with Chinese Broccoli and it was also over cooked and very hard to chew. The broccoli was wilted and overcooked. It was not good at all. I had ordered from them before and it was okay, but this time a total waste of money. I will never order again. I called today to complain and the loud mouth lady that answered the phone left me on hold. read more

Excellent food and customer service! Been coming here for years. My favorites are and a must try: Basil chicken wings, spicy seafood and crispy pork with Chinese broccoli. Music is very mellow and not loud which is conducive to socializing and friendly conversation. read more

Ordered pri king chicken and container was not even full for 10.95 and spring rolls that was stuffed with lettuce and 1 shrimp in each roll for $8. My 1st time there and i would not recommend this place. Taste was good on the pri king. But not worth $20 dinner. read more

Like I usually do I called in an order and had my Son pick up. When he arrived home we noticed that a mistake was made with the order. So I called. The young lady on the phone was helpful, said they'd make what we originally should have gotten, and offered to have it delivered!! We're not far so I said I didn't have a problem picking up. Arrived to pick up, food was ready and in addition to the food they gave me a Thai Iced Tea for my trouble. This is how you keep people coming back. Mistakes happen and they made it right! I just came back from this restaurant tonight on New Year's Eve. i took my friend there because I remembered that the food tasted so fresh the one time before that I had gone. She was elated! She thought everything was so good! She said "now we don't have to go all the way to Pasadena for good Thai food! The wonton soup had plenty of cilantro and even a bit of spinach! Delicious! The chicken in red coconut curry...Yummy! The beef fried rice was fresh with slivers of onion, tomato, and egg. I had hot green tea. Even the tea bag was gourmet stye with visible tea leaves in the bag. We topped it all off with a heavenly dessert of mango with sweet sticky rice mmmm ! The atmosphere was nice the water glass and silverware was squeaky clean! The only bad thing is that not enough people seem to know about it, because it is relatively new. Everyone was next door in La Cocina, (Plum Canyon location) I still don't get what the big deal is with that place. It's just another Mexican Restaurant. This was on okay Thai restaurant, but nothing to be raving about. It's decent, and that's all that matters. My party ordered Thai Icead Tea, Thai Iced Coffee, Seafood Pad See Ew, Bbq Pork, Mee Krob, Thai Basil Chicken Wings, Tom Kha. My favorite was the mee krob, an appetizer. It wasn't too sweet. Some Thai restaurants go overboard with this, so I like that Ing Doi didn't go all out sweet. The nutty after taste (I'm not sure what gave it that taste) is a good element. I would preferred to get a bit more sauce though. I didn't like their Thai Basil Chicken Wings. The chicken was supposed to have an Asian flavor, but I didn't get it in mine. It tasted really like a plain salted chicken. Unless you eat the Thai basil with it. Their BBQ pork tasted Asian food for sure, as I notice the Chinese five spice flavor in there. The soysauce included went well with the Chinese broccoli that's also included in this entree. Tom Kha was a disappointment as I am a huge soup person, and Tom Kha is one of my staple eats. What makes a Tom Kha flavor so special are the kaffir leaves, the garangal, the lemon grass, and a good coconut milk. Theirs DID NOT include the kaffir leaves nor the garangal. They may have "removed" it prior to serving, but the flavors of these ingredients didn't stand out either. The coconut milk used wasn't too tasty too. I wish they also have the option to go mild-medium-spicy for this dish. Among all things we ordered, I enjoyed the Seafood Pad See Ew the most. But a pad see ew is too basic and staple for a Thai food, that failing on this is close to impossible. They didn't use imitation crabs. Awesome! If I would come back to this place, it's because of this. The drinks were delicious though!!! And the place was clean. The parking lot seems pretty big too. Lastly, do check in at this place through Yelp. They (as of my last visit) give a free Thai Iced Tea when you do. read more

Did the lunch special, good value, good food. Shopping center type restaurant with decent parking and not too crowded during the weekday. Pad Thai and soup (no rice but u can add). Will be part of my weekly spots to get some Thai for lunch. The shopping center is pretty cool in that you can find Indian, Mexican and Thai all in the same complex. I have driven passed this location many time but I had never had the opportunity to stop in. I love thai food so last night I stopped in. The place is super clean +++, the staff very friendly +++, and the food was fresh and tasty +++. I had the pineapple curry with white rice and my lady had a steamed tofu chow mein. The first time I visited this place in 2018 it was the best and I started to write a 5 star review but then I visited a second time. The second time I visited we sat down, ordered our food, and a little while later our mortified waitress came out to the table and reported that she was the only person in the restaurant besides us. She had no idea where the 2 cooks had gone or when they would be back. She gave us the option of waiting or a full refund. Man I felt sorry for her. She was explaining her plight to someone who walked in as we were leaving. So I averaged out the 2 experiences to give them a 3 out of 5. I ate lunch here the other day and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is clean and not crowded. There are no loud noises and the decor is peaceful. They have both table and booth seating. The tom yum soup is one of my favorite. I had it with vegetables instead of choosing a meat. I also love the Thai iced tea. I hear it's the best in the Santa Clarita Valley. Just moved to Plum Canyon neighborhood, so this is just down the street. Mt first attempt at Thai restaurants is always chicken Pad Thai, #3 spicy, because it is the safest item on the menu. Here's the result: Tasty, solid, 1,000+ calorie meal. Leaves a little red stain on chop sticks from oil, but is no where near being greasy. That is the sweet spot for pan fried noodles. The chicken was pounded thin and was very tender. Spicy number 3 was like spicy #2 at most places, although they did give me an extra pack of Sambal Olek chili paste (ordered take-out). Had the expected ingredients like bean sprouts, shredded carrot and chopped peanut, but no cilantro. I would have given them 5 stars if it the sauce tasted like fish sauce, tamarind and palm sugar, but it did not. The sauce tasted like tomato paste, corn syrup and soy sauce. Basically Americanized Thai food. Still good, but Americanized. read more

I LOVE Ing Doi Thai! I came here today and ordered the Pad See Ew and Tom Kha soup for take out. It was super delicious and satisfying! The portions are so big I will have leftovers for a yummy lunch tomorrow! The staff was very friendly and efficient; I only waited 5 minutes for my food and they even offered me a free Thai iced tea while I waited! Ordered delivery at 6:50pm. Was told 40-50 minutes. Food still hadn't arrived for an hour and a half, and when I called they didn't answer. Horrible service is enough for me not to order again. THEN, I got my pad thai and realized that it was covered in egg. I should have gone with my gut and asked for no egg, even though it wasn't listed as an ingredient, but I thought surely if every other ingredient was listed that egg would also be. Not the case. So if you are allergic to egg, consider this your warning. Lesson learned-- we will continue ordering from our usual Thai place and avoid this one altogether. read more

I ordered chow mein from this restaurant delivery. What I received was top Ramen noodles with vegetables and very little chicken. When I say top Ramen noodles I mean the dry ones you get in the grocery store and boiling water that are wavy and curly they come in a brick yeah that's what they sold me calling it chow mein. My daughters order of calamari was so soggy and disgusting we threw it out. Crab Rangoon was gross as well with a paste like filling not creamy at all. It's pretty good! It's a restaurant close to my house and it's quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful! The food was great but I had two issues; 1. I ordered food along with my family and they all got their food, and apparently they didn't hear me when I ordered so I had to reorder my food and eat by myself when I got it much later. 2. I got a Thai iced tea with boba and the boba was poorly cooked, it was still hard in the middle and the outer part was too soft and dissolving into my tea. Other than these two issues it was great!
