I had come a few times last year too and for some reason the quality of the food it seems is very different. I once again ordered the Roast Pork Ramen and others at my table ordered tempura shrimp, egg rolls, and fried chicken. The portion of the pork seemed smaller than last time and the egg wasn't as runny. The broth was alright but the flavor was pretty light until I was halfway done, coming through more potent in the bottom half of the bowl. The noodles too didn't seem as dense as last year but the kikurage mushroom was a nice texture. The staff is friendly and the location is well taken care of in terms of cleanliness and organization. However, if I do come back I will probably stick with some of the fried selections or dumplings next time. The prices and portions are fair for the food given and the atmosphere is very relaxed.
