Thai bistro is a gem tucked in shopping center.. small restaurant with charm and beautiful chandeliers .. came for lunch and ordered salad and sushi rolls. We were quickly greeted and took a seat just in time before a rush came in. The salad and creamy ginger dressing was the best! I was debating ordering a Thai dish or sushi as I typically go with Thai as the sushi can be hit or miss. However, based on the reviews, I went with the sushi but should have followed my gut on the Thai dishes! The sushi rolls were ok, a lot of rice, a little messy, and lacking flavor. I definitely feel it's a gem in MB but would recommend the Thai dishes over sushi rolls!

I'm We recently visited this Thai restaurant and overall had a really pleasant experience. I was impressed by how extensive the menu was it had a wide range of options, though most of it focused on fried rice, curry, and noodle dishes, which I personally wasn't in the mood for. Thankfully, my family was thrilled with their meals and had no complaints. While browsing, we found out the restaurant also has a sushi bar with a separate menu, which was a nice surprise. I ended up ordering a sushi roll and steamed dumplings. The sushi roll was thick, filling, and really satisfying. The dumplings, on the other hand, were a little slimy and the filling didn't seem to be seasoned very well they were just okay. While I was taking a bit of time to decide on my order, the staff kindly brought out free spring rolls, which were a great touch and genuinely delicious. I also appreciated the variety of dipping sauces they provided it added a lot of flavor and flexibility to the meal. The portion sizes were decent, though my dad and brother had to order an extra plate to share in order to feel full so keep that in mind if you have a big appetite. The space itself is quite small and tables never stayed empty for long. Because of the tight layout, it did get a little loud at times. There were also items being stored along the walls and inside both bathrooms, which made the space feel cluttered. That said, the service was top-notch. Everyone worked together seamlessly it didn't feel like any one server was assigned to a specific table. The team dynamic made everything run smoothly and efficiently. Overall, this is a great little spot with flavorful options, friendly service, and a cozy (if a bit cramped) atmosphere. A little more space and attention to detail on a few dishes would really elevate the experience.

The vibe inside was cool and the server was very nice and gave a good vibe too. The food was really good and actually a bigger amount than I expected to get. This was a great place and great servers too.

Enjoyed a hearty lunch at the Thai Bistro in Myrtle. The food was delicious-- will definitely return for the cuisine alone. Service was good; efficient on a slow, rainy afternoon. Nice atmosphere overall, tucked away in a newer shopping center. People were both dining-in as well as getting orders to go. I'm looking forward to trying other parts of their menu.

We decided to get some thai food and saw this spot was 4 mins away from the hotel. I have never had thai food but the wife loves it. I will say a few things right out the gate, the staff is amazing. Their kindness from the moment we walked in the door was at a 10- We were close to the door after being seated and they moved us because they felt the breeze would mess up our dining experience. The food was a 10- We got coconut soup & chicken wonton soup to start and it was delish! The wife wanted some crab ragoon and i got myself some dumplings, they were so full of flavor & cooked to perfection. We shared a pineapple fried rice with shrimp, there was so much that we could not finish and man it was so so good! The price was fair and budget friendly, the ambiance was nice. Small intimate setting with awesome decor.

1/26- What a tiny Gem! Such a lovely atmosphere, calming, sophisticated. Ordered the hot & soup Coconut soup, DELISH!! The cup was plentiful and could be a meal. When ordering my pad Thai, they paid special attention to my shellfish allergy and removed the "fish" sauce. Great tasting food, wonderful/prompt service. Wonderful dining experience.

Chicken Pad Thai with requested peanut sauce

I have been looking for a Chicken Pad Thai dish that was as good as a place I'd frequent in Belfast, Maine. This was perfect! Be sure to ask for a side of peanut sauce, really makes it delicious.

Then we were given four styrofoam small kid cups for water with a plastic carafe. The top of the carafe was white but stained pink from the water sediment buildup, obviously not cleaned in some time. As we tried to order the a language barrier became apparent. We tried to order just plain broth and the lady didn't understand. We ended up ordering appetizers and all three were disappointing. Potstickers were over priced at 13.95 , with the off putting mystery meat inside. 4 small egg rolls were probably the best of the worst served in half a Togo styrofoam container. Wings appetizer was made from poor quality chicken drums and wings , from deformed and broken bones ether wings were unappetizing. Over all this place amazed me for still being open with such poor quality food , the service isn't terrible but certainly can be improved upon. I would never go back or recommend this establishment. There were only two people tonight running the restaurant and they were very friendly and welcoming. I had come a few times last year too and for some reason the quality of the food it seems is very different. I once again ordered the Roast Pork Ramen and others at my table ordered tempura shrimp, egg rolls, and fried chicken. The portion of the pork seemed smaller than last time and the egg wasn't as runny. The broth was alright but the flavor was pretty light until I was halfway done, coming through more potent in the bottom half of the bowl. The noodles too didn't seem as dense as last year but the kikurage mushroom was a nice texture. The staff is friendly and the location is well taken care of in terms of cleanliness and organization. However, if I do come back I will probably stick with some of the fried selections or dumplings next time. The prices and portions are fair for the food given and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

Growing up in a town called Palisades Park, NJ...I have been to more Korean restaurants than I can…read morecount. It is a part of me, and by far my one of favorite things to eat. My mom now lives in Myrtle Beach. I come here to see her often and she always tells me how much she misses the Korean restaurants back home. So I found this place and decided to give it a whirl with very low expectations. The price for starters blew me away- $25 a person AYCE hotpot and bbq is almost unheard of! I really didn't believe it until I physically saw the bill. I also like how they have all the raw meats/fish and veggies set up in a buffet like style for you to bring back to the table to cook for yourself. Each person at the table gets their own soup aka hotpot that they can put whatever they want into it-I got the mushroom one and it was just simply outstanding. For the Vegans and Vegetarians- so many options here for you all as well! Everything was so fresh and even when I was full- I couldn't stop eating. We all definitely ate more than $25's worth. The service was also fantastic, the waitress constantly kept coming to check on us to make sure our table was good. Everything was seasoned properly and very fresh with a ton of dipping sauces that would make anyone who goes there happy. I will however say, they need to step up on the side dishes- the kimchi could have been a better quality along with their cold radish and spicy cucumber side, maybe possibly add some type of salad bar. The actual bbq pit on the tables could also be a little bit bigger, I found it to be small and it made it hard to cook all the meats and veggies at the same time. But other than that hats off the owner for making such a fantastic inexpensive Korean restaurant in Myrtle Beach. This place is a win for sure!
