I was so disappointed in this place. We came here so we can get something different then the local like normal tourist trap places. So we called and ordered our food. Tom ka and Tom ka guy. We also then ordered chicken nuggets and fries for my toddler, pad Thai with beef and curry with chicken. Well the bill was 88 dollars. I brought the food home. I opened my bag and noticed my soup was missing the broth. Well it was ajar open after it was placed on its side with my other foods. Whoever packed it was not good in the service industry and put my entire order in 1 bag. So i had to pour my liquid out of my bag back into my soup. I was furious. The soup wasn't even great. Not that tasty kinda bland. A let down. I then tasted the tom ka. Ehhh nothing to write home about. The pad Thai with beef was so chewy ! It had cartilage and gristle. The curry was good. We called to complain. The lady said come in to get a new item. I wasn't driving back 20 min for a soup. Overall, so disappointing. I don't know who gave this place 5 stars. Maybe people who don't eat Thai food all the time or been to Thailand. But this was not authentic. Oh yeah chicken nuggets were soggy and so were the fries. read more

While not our original choice, we ended up here because it was conveniently located and open on a holiday evening. The dining are is on the small side and was completely packed. I called from the parking lot to place a to-go order and was told it would be a 15-29 minute wait. When I went inside at the appropriate time, my food was ready as promised. Thai bistro is a gem tucked in shopping center.. small restaurant with charm and beautiful chandeliers .. came for lunch and ordered salad and sushi rolls. We were quickly greeted and took a seat just in time before a rush came in. The salad and creamy ginger dressing was the best! I was debating ordering a Thai dish or sushi as I typically go with Thai as the sushi can be hit or miss. However, based on the reviews, I went with the sushi but should have followed my gut on the Thai dishes! The sushi rolls were ok, a lot of rice, a little messy, and lacking flavor. I'm We recently visited this Thai restaurant and overall had a really pleasant experience. I was impressed by how extensive the menu was it had a wide range of options, though most of it focused on fried rice, curry, and noodle dishes, which I personally wasn't in the mood for. Thankfully, my family was thrilled with their meals and had no complaints. While browsing, we found out the restaurant also has a sushi bar with a separate menu, which was a nice surprise. I ended up ordering a sushi roll and steamed dumplings. The sushi roll was thick, filling, and really satisfying. The dumplings, on the other hand, were a little slimy and the filling didn't seem to be seasoned very well they were just okay. While I was taking a bit of time to decide on my order, the staff kindly brought out free spring rolls, which were a great touch and genuinely delicious. I also appreciated the variety of dipping sauces they provided it added a lot of flavor and flexibility to the meal. The portion sizes were decent, though my dad and brother had to order an extra plate to share in order to feel full so keep that in mind if you have a big appetite. The space itself is quite small and tables never stayed empty for long. Because of the tight layout, it did get a little loud at times. There were also items being stored along the walls and inside both bathrooms, which made the space feel cluttered. That said, the service was top-notch. Everyone worked together seamlessly it didn't feel like any one server was assigned to a specific table. The team dynamic made everything run smoothly and efficiently. Overall, this is a great little spot with flavorful options, friendly service, and a cozy (if a bit cramped) atmosphere. No check ups on us or our food and we had to get up and ask the server to get everything we needed to eat. To top it all off, they're gonna come up and ask for a better tip. We were a party of 12 for lunch. We were greeted by a very friendly, not to mention, beautiful Thai waitress. I took the opportunity to speak my entire 11word vocabulary to her. I suggested to my group if Singha Beer is available to give it a try. Sure enough Singha was the first beer on the menu. Among the 12 of us we ordered a wide array of appetizers and entrees. Not a complaint in the crowd. One thing you should note. Your bill will come to you with 20% gratuity already included. We were placed in a corner booth near the kitchen. We were constantly being bumped into buy people getting takeout. The atmosphere was quite a surprise for being in a strip mall. Those my teenage son and I thought the aesthetic was very upscale. For dinner my son ordered sushi and I ordered the drunken noodles. Both were delicious. The problem was that my son's sushi came out 15 minutes prior to my dinner. So we both ended up eating our food separately. Which is not the point when you go out to dinner together I save part of my dinner to get the mango sticky rice. It was significantly higher price, then sticky rice, other places. It was not good. The food was great. Shrimp Pad Thai was delicious. You get a choice of meat or tofu in almost every dish. The Red Curry with crispy duck was outstanding, we have been ordering fried calamari almost everywhere we eat and have found it to be substandard everywhere. No one is using fresh squid, it's all been from frozen and more chewy than a rubber band. I'm just not going to order it anymore. Service was very good. Dishes came out quick and hot. They had the Thai beer we like, Singha. A nice match with duck and shrimp. The dining area is a little cramped, The only complaint is that the men's bathroom was full of cases of paper and cleaning products. They really shouldn't use a restroom for storage. We have been here several times and it's consistently good! The service is excellent and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I love the teapots they bring to the table when you order hot tea. My husband loves the basil beef or chicken. I have tried several different dishes. Some of my favorites are the glass noodles with vegetables, green curry with vegetables, and the steamed white fish.
