First time here on a Sunday night. Service was fast and helpful. The food was very tasty, all the vegetables were fresh and the deep fry tofu was tasty also. Good portion of tofu in their entrees. It's been so long since I had Thai Chili 2 go that I was worried all my memories of how delicious it was wouldn't be able to measure up- but I was thankfully incorrect. Have been there twice so far and will be back. First visit was the soup without the coconut made with chicken. Great portion, lots of lime, great flavor. Second visit was the Thai basil sauce with beef. Lots of pieces of basil, which I love. Beef was ok, not as tender as the chicken. Many people coming in while I was there for the noodle dishes, which I can't eat yet (low carb diet) so will stick to the soups and the sauces. read more

absolutely horrendous ! watched this restaurant in particular go from no customers to somewhat busy and is progressively getting worse. Came in and ordered a thai chowmein with no vegetables (as i usually do) while completing the order the cashier is screaming at me while im asking my friend what they would like to eat, horrible service. after receiving the food, i was served almost 3 oz of noodles, less than half a bowl for $11. while asking about it the big troll looking cashier began to pace around messing with things , like touching the rice with no gloves, as if I weren't talking to her then we were told because we didn't get vegetables it was gonna be less in a bowl and that has never happened in all the thai chili's in the state i've been to. Just horrible, and the manager or trainer up front with a bun and glasses is yelling at the cooks, no respect, just horrible. Do better. read more

I ordered over $70 worth of food via Doordash. All the items were LESS than 1/2 full. I did not get what I paid for. On top of that they refused to issue me a refund and suggested I contact Doordash even when they were the ones who packed the food. Disappointed and PO is an understatement. We ordered the spring rolls-probably the beat we have ever had, and the pad Thai with fried tofu! It was amazingly delicious. I don't normally like pad Thai but this was over the top delicious. Came in for an online order pickup on a busy Saturday night. Seemed a little understaffed but I'm still leaving 5 stars because the employee working the counter and expediting orders was perfect and the food was bomb. They offered me a free drink, apologized a million times even though it was not their fault, and kept their cool even when other guests were getting upset. Food was great. Can't go wrong with some drunken noodles, right? They usually have really quick service. Fast and friendly service, with easy pick up. It's located in a strip mall near the Best Buy, in between Panera bread and cold stone. I was happy with my pad see ewe. Tender chicken and fresh veggies with perfectly cooked noodles. I got medium spicy, and I think they nailed it. Just enough zip but not so much that my mouth was burning off. The food at all the locations is always great. My food today was great after a few bites. I stopped for a quick lunch on middle of work day. The problem is he ambiance. The radio station was so loud and staticky and seemed to be at a nightclub level. It was on a local radio system that was full of an abundance loud commercials. I requested very politely to lower and the woman lowered slightly. It was so bad that I left with my food and decided to finish in my car. I would suggest a volume limit, much lower then Today's setting, and have it on Pandora or Spotify. The loud staticky local commercials are horrible. And lunch time is full of them. I'm a big fan of Thai food so I was really hesitant to try this place out. I ordered Drunken Noodles with chicken in Thai Hot and it wasn't that bad. The portion was really small for $11 though. I seen American people working so I didn't think it'll be that spicy. It was definitely THAI HOT lol. I also ordered the Tom Yum Gai soup and I was so disappointed. The soup itself needs a little bit of sugar to balance the sourness out. It came with white rice so that was a plus. Would I come back? Most likely NO. When this place first opened years ago it was phenomenal. It was really good Thai food at a very affordable price. Now the prices have jumped way up. I paid $17 and change for one order of beef Panang, the beef was absolutely horrible. So rubbery and couldn't even eat it. Went to the dogs. The curry was still excellent but they need to drop the prices and get better quality beef. Again it was not edible. Honestly this place is the McDonalds of Thai Food! I've eaten at 15+ other Thai restaurants across the Valley and this place is just sad! Expensive as an Authentic Thai restaurant with the taste and flavors of a High School Kid cooking in the back! And yes a high school kid is cooking in the back ‍! I can't believe I have been sleeping on this place since they opened near me a couple years ago. I liked this place when it opened, but I had a very frustrating experience there tonight that will most likely result in me never returning. My significant other and I went there for the first time since the pandemic hit. We were told by what appeared to be the only employee working (whom I had never seen before) that we could only place an order by the website or by calling despite the fact that we were already there. I decided to call the number, but then nobody answered. We finally gave up and decided the food at this place wasn't important enough to waste anymore time. This place is a block from work so very convenient to run pick up lunch. I am gluten free and almost everything on their menu is GF. My favorite is the Pad Thai, you can't go wrong with chicken, sometimes I splurge and get the shrimp (it's $3 extra). I typically have this for two meals as the portion is quite large. I like to add carrots and extra peanuts to my order and I also order it Easy Medium, which is in between mild and medium. It's the perfect amount of spice for me. There have been a couple of occasions where I waited quite a bit for my order, but I now order online and it's been ready for me when I get there so that's really nice. This place makes a awesome yellow curry , the staff are always friendly and polite , I tried their vegetarian Fried rice ......so good !! When people pick up orders the youngsters on the front desk always say thank you , I often stop by here on the way back home to pick up a curry . Ordered on phone app 3/20/2021 scheduled pick up time 3:15pm. I receive a text order is ready go to and I arrive at Thai Chili at 3:15 and wait 45 min never getting any food. After waiting 45 min I asked for a refund, the girl behind the counter does something with the register lets me know they have refunded me and she is sorry it took so long. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! I ordered a Togo order with three double chickens. As soon as we got home to check the order, which we have ordered numerous times before, I noticed the items did not have double chicken. I proceeded to call and speak to someone over the phone, not only did the phone ring for 16 MINUTES, but the girl had zero costumer service skills and was extremely rude! I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager, when she told me she could not give me their information.... I can't know your managers name?! I've worked in the service industry for many years and would never speak to someone, the way she did. I then asked for her name, so I could relay her conversation, which she told me that is none of my information. By the way her name is on my receipt and her name is Diane F. I live 30 minutes away and her only solution was to drive back right now if I wanted my order to get fixed/my money back. When I proceeded to tell her I was not driving 30 minutes for her mistake she proceeded to tell me she would do nothing and give me no contact information for a manger, nor a resolution. BEST PART OF IT. She proceeded to hang up on me, but didn't hang up the phone and continued to CUSS at me. This costumer service is absolutely unacceptable. I would love a manager to reach out to me so we can speak how to teach your employees to better resolve issues. read more

I just wanted to say when I went in on the night of March 7th 2021, my food came out delicious !! Whoever the cook was took the time to make sure my food was properly cooked. Although I came in thinking the food would be done already, my 15-20 minute wait was worth it. The person at the register was also kind enough to bring it outside at the table that I was waiting at.
