I am surprised everytime by how delicious their food is, but disappointed that it still takes forever. I'd say one order lasts two lunches for me but plan to wait about 25 min for your order. I ordered from here on Postmates twice today. I had the pad thai, hot and the chicken dumplings. The portions are generous and the food was delicious. Extremely slow service. Went on a Tuesday night with four people before us at the counter and about 3 other parties sitting around also waiting on their order. From other reviews, looks like this is their reputation. One customer wanted to eat in the store, but they bag your order to go & when the patron innocently asked about eating in store, worker angrily responded that they only bag the order to go. They also got an order wrong from door dash customer and so he had to wait even longer for the food. Just overall not a place I would recommend. Owner needs to do a refresher course on customer service and time management/efficiency. Horrible customer service! Waited and waited patiently for my order however two individuals that came after me both got their food within 15 minutes of them ordering. Then I could see half of my order on the counter for ten minutes then finally the last entree was ready. Instead of wrapping it all up, one of the workers opened the rice lid left it open and went to help another coworker for five minutes then the manager came out and asked why is she still here then he got to the rice. The dumplings were soggy since they were sitting there for a good amount of time. Soup was bland and i had ordered drunken noodles medium and it was definitely hot. Felt I'll after eating from there. Not impressed, the workers did not know the entrees and were sticking forks into the bowls to figure out what each one was. I would always order from here and today I decided to give a Grubhub a try and after hours of waiting and no sign of my order I re ordered it trough uber eats, and with uber eats you're able to add extra ingredients. I finally received my order at 7 pm two hours later just to find out I got the old order from 5 Pm - mushy and cold. No cilantro no potatoes and I call the restaurant to see why and they keep ignoring my phone calls. I will never order from them again. Why would you send me my old order? When I paid extra 7$ to get the old stuff? That's disgusting. I spent money twice today because I really wanted to order that from Thai chili only. This is how you treat us? I have had the pleasure of coming to this place a handful of times and have always been super satisfied with not only the flavor of the food but how convenient it is. However today I stopped in for a take out order and when I got home I was NOT at all happy with my order. When I called (pretty upset) the manager of the store Alfonzo went above and beyond to not only fix and replace my order he also called (on his own) to have delivered by a service so I wouldn't have to leave my house again. Lots of discrepancies between online menu, main website, and speaking to an employee about finding GF items. This is extremely important for someone who has celiac. What sucks more is that the "contact" link on the website does not let you contact them and the "feedback" link does not let you submit. This was my feedback that was unable to send: "There are discrepancies on your website Allergy Chart and images on the main page. The main page says Dumplings are GF, the cart says they contain wheat. The menu appears to have limited GF options, but on the phone the employee read from her version of the menu that has the "GF" symbol. However, her GF symbols don't match up with the allergy chart (for example- Drunken noodles are GF on allergy chart, but her menu said not GF). This is upsetting because I have celiac and I take time to research restaurants. We have placed many orders of Drunken Noodles that were marked with a GF on the box. I know this applies to a small percentage of customers, but it's important to those with allergies who depend on reliable information both online and when you call someone. I am disappointed to say the least, as I really enjoyed ordering form here on many occasions. Once I find a restaurant that has unreliable answers, or differences between what someone says vs. menu vs. website, I cannot continue ordering at that restaurant because it is a risk for getting sick. Before starting to eat here a few months ago, I checked first to make sure the curry was vegetarian. I was assured it was and some of the various proteins would make it nonvegetarian. Per a recent visit, a very nice and knowledgeable employee told us that the curry contained fish sauce. Your other employees really need some proper training as far as the included ingredients in the various dishes. Hopefully no one with a fish allergy will be given the wrong information. Their website ordering stinks. I have done it 3 times now and they've messed up my order the first two times and it took longer than I was told it would. Except to day, it's going to take 45 minutes to get my order. They also have no way to contact them with any problems. I called and the manager said I could cancel my order online. There is no way to do that. There is also no feedback link or contact link on their website. Food is okay, not really Thai authentic, but it's good for a quick bite. Staff seems friendly and fun to be around but the only problem is there are cooks in the back without masks on while cooking.
