    Thai ice coffee and pho.

I come here for the thai style pho at the highest spice level. Every time I've come here I have been seated quickly and the staff checks frequently to see if I need anything.

This gem has been here for years, and we just never went--until now. We finally decided to give it a try, and OMG, the food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was packed with flavor. * Shrimp Fried Rice (spice level 4): 10/10 * Basil Dish (spice level 4): 10/10 * Egg Rolls: 10/10 Everything was so good, I can't believe I hadn't gone before. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable.

When I saw this strip mall location I did not expect it to have a serving robot, but it does. Gotta say it was a strange experience. There was a health violation red card taped to the door, but it was blank -- I have no idea what it was for. Then I ordered hot tea, and was told when I asked that sugar of any type was not an option for the tea " we dont have sugar". That was odd -- they can afford robots but not sugar packets. I ordered a noodle dish, and don't think I got quite what I ordered-- i wanted beef and there was clearly beef and chicken in the dish, I also wanted fried noodles and got wide noodles. Egg rolls were okay, maybe a little overcooked. This combination of weirdness keeps me from rating this place any more than average.

Went for lunch on a Friday about 11:30 AM and the place was not busy. Very nice ambience and decor and was greeted promptly and cheerfully. Menu looked quite extensive and prices were not unreasonable, but not inexpensive either. We ordered the Fresh Rolls (like Vietnamese spring rolls with rice paper wrapper) which came pretty fast, with vermicelli and julienned vegetables and chicken breast meat. Very nice and the rice paper was not thick and rubbery. Peanut sauce and sriracha sauce on hand made it even better. For entrees we ordered the #50 Phad Kee Maow (Pork) for me and my wife for the #48 Phad Ba Mee (Pork). I don't typically like wide flat noodles but that is what came with mine and it was pretty good. Both dishes were pretty saucy and if you like the sweeter sauces, you'd love these dishes. My wife did not like the sweetness as much, but she did enjoy the meal overall. For dessert we had one each of the only two offerings - mango or custard sticky rice. Both were excellent if a bit too sweet. Service continued to be excellent throughout, and the bill could actually paid at the table via handheld card reader ... like the rest of the whole world!! Definitely a good experience and we will be back for sure.

Great place to have lunch with friends and family. Silvia was so awesome in answering all my questions before ordering.

Great customer service! I LOVE authentic Thai food. Clean restaurant and restroom. The restaurant is located in a shopping center next to The Thirsty Texan. We ordered Pad Thai, Fried Chicken Wings with Sum Tum and a side of sticky rice. Spice level was 3 but I'll try 6 on the next visit since 3 wasn't unbearable spicy. The food was hot and fresh but the most memorable experience was the kitty robot that delivered the food to our table. I not only recommended this restaurant, I will be back!

The owner was very kind enough to give me Thai tea for free. Bless him and this establishment.

The noodles was absolutely delicious, despite the fact that it wasn't the square flat noodles I wanted. It was spicy and well seasoned. We will try more food from here next time.

I was in the area and craving Thai Food so started looking up different places on Yelp. There was actually another place I called first but didn't go through so this was my second option. The order was placed and I was told to give it 10 minutes for pick up. I figured by the time I drive there, it's probably a good amount of time. This place is like a 2 minute drive from the HeB in Vintage Park. I was really surprised how close I was and thought the food wouldn't be ready yet. When I walked in, I went to pay and voilà the food was ready for pick up. Talk about quick service! It was lightning fast! That was definitely all under 10 minutes so 5 stars for service. This is especially great because I was hungry and ready to eat. My drive home was longer. Lol I ordered the Pad Thai and added chicken. Flavor was standard. I usually like it with more of a tang so did add some lime juice to it. Limes didn't come with the To Go order. I do like that the peanuts were separated in the order. As far as ambiance, can't really comment on it since I was only there for pickup but the inside looked updated. I did see one of those Robo server cat charging on the side so I guess the place stays pretty trendy. Overall decent. I'd come back again if I was craving Thai food again in the area.

The server was sweet, but the food was horrible. Extremely high in sugar and per the chef, all food is pre-packaged and can not be changed or sugar omitted. I recommend you try a different spot

We had to order take out on a Friday night because it was 10 mins before closing (9pm on Fridays) and they processed the order incredibly fast. All tables were full when we picked up so I'm sure busy nights will be a bit of a wait to get in. We asked for "medium" spice but the receipt had been defaulted to "mild" thank god. It was still a decent amount of spice and any more I would have probably been sweating like crazy. So I would recommend starting off with mild and go from there unless you are a glutton for punishing spice. Their mild seems to be more like medium / hot at an Americanized Thai joint. Pad Kee Mow with chopped chicken was delicious. Fresh crunchy green beans and bell peppers, onions and tomatoes perfectly cooked with the perfect spicy basil sauce. Noodles all had sauce on them. Large serving size and great price. We also got papaya salad which was just right and nice spice. I wish I could come here often and try everything else on the menu.

There's a sign-in sheet. While we waited, we took a look at their two-aisle mini store, which is in the same room as the restaurant. We bought some interesting snacks and looked at the menus until we were messaged. Once we sat down, we shared fried tofu and chive cakes. They were amazing. The fried tofu was evenly crispy with a soft, piping-hot fluffy inside. (The sauce doesn't contain any fish sauce, since one of us was vegetarian.) The chive cakes were both crispy and mochi-like. I had the Thai iced tea and pompano fish. The staff scared us about the spice level, so we all started off with mild and a small variety of chili sauce, oil, and powder on the side. The ones who changed their minds to mild actually used them. So now we know that if you like medium spicy, go with the second-lowest level. I was fine with mild and ate my whole fish. Loved it. Our waitress was quick, but the kitchen... not so much. We all ended up eating at different times because we didn't want anyone's dishes to get too cold while waiting for the rest to come to the table. By the time my dish came, the first two main dishes were already finished (rice and noodle-based), and the third dish (curry) had already been at the table for a while. I also noticed another table that sat after us got all of their dishes (noodles and rice) before my dish came. The food timing needs some work. If you want a quick meal, I think their rice and noodles are the fastest. But the pompano fish was amazing. If you know how to debone a fish or eat one with bones, get this dish. There's free parking out front and in the grassy lot next to it.

We visited for lunch on a Tuesday and had no wait to be seated. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The spring rolls and dumplings were both very good and made a great start to the meal. The Pad Thai had nice flavor and was enjoyable. My husband ordered his dish at a spice level 4 (their highest spice level), but felt it wasn't quite as spicy as expected, so keep that in mind if you like a lot of heat. The portions were very generous, and we definitely had leftovers. The kids' chicken fried rice was a huge portion and was surprisingly good. We also enjoyed the mango sticky rice for dessert--it was a great way to end the meal. The only disappointment was the Thai tea, which tasted a little weak compared to what we've had at other Thai restaurants. Overall, the food was tasty, the service was good, and the portions were excellent. We'd be happy to return and try more items from the menu.

For appetizers, we got the crispy squid and the crispy wonton- crispy squid was good but if you had to choose between the two, get the crispy wonton! As for the entree, I ordered the Khao Soi with shrimp and my friend ordered the spicy red snapper. The curry broth with coconut milk was fragrant and with the toppings that came on the side (i.e. lime, onions/shallots, mustard greens, etc) enhanced the dish. The flat egg noodles were bouncy and the shrimp was solid. If you're stuck between choosing a curry dish and a noodle dish, get the best of both worlds and order the Khao Soi! They have that street food vibe as a well representation of their name, Rim Tanon, which means roadside. With dedicated parking that fills up quick during peak times, it may be difficult to locate parking as it is shared with a few other restaurants and the spaces are quite tight. We tried their appetizers including Salmon Rolls (flavorfully packed with cream cheese, salmon, and spinach in a crispy shell and loving that actually spicy mayo on the side), Thai Style Jerky (deep fried and sun dried marinated pork and beef served with sticky rice rolls and side spicy tamarind sauce, a bit too dry/chewy), Fried Tofu (perfect little triangles, so good by itself or with the side sweet and sour sauce with crushed peanuts), Chive Pancake (deep fried and chive packed triangles with a slight chew to it, great by itself or with it's spicy soy sauce companion). As for the mains, the Spicy Seafood Fried Rice is a good value as it was loaded with all sort of fruits of the sea (shrimp, squid, and mussel), with prominent lemongrass and kaffir lime aroma, but a bit wet or moist for a fried rice dish, the Crabmeat Omelet is served with a nice portion of lump crabmeat where you can taste the flavor of the seafood and add sriracha to liking, and the Beef Pad See Ew is made appetizing with wok charred flat rice noodles along with a savory blend of soy sauce, Chinese broccoli and egg. The portion size is alright and filling for a moderately hungry individual, though it would've been even better a tad bigger for those coming in hangry. I'll be back for more when I'm craving some modern Thai food and especially want to try their curry dishes. Service was quick and efficient, attentive to refills on drinks and friendly!

It could easily reach that level. Our waitress, Ann, was incredibly kind, soft spoken, and welcoming. My friend Sherita suggested this restaurant after we left a Yelp office hour, and I'm so glad she did because it introduced me to something I never knew I needed: the salmon mango fried rice. It was absolutely amazing. I originally planned to take some home for my son to try, but it was so delicious that I finished every bite in one sitting. Sherita had visited earlier in the week and tonight shared that she arrived; right before I walked in which was 30 minutes before closing time, Jackie told her to hurry up and order, even though she already knew exactly what she wanted and didn't even need a menu. Jackie response was unprofessional and didn't even wait till the table guest got to the table, which was less than seconds since we all arrive at the same time, and left the same place. During our visit, Jackie never brought us water. A couple who was seated after us received water before we did. It took over 10 minutes for us to get water. Ann took great care of us, but anytime we wanted a refill, we had to ask. At one point my glass was completely empty. I noticed Jackie refilling the water glasses for a table of six, so I managed to get his attention. He looked directly at me, scanned the room, then stomped away all fast without acknowledging my request. Instead, he told Ann that we wanted water, and she graciously brought it over. Even at the end of our meal, Jackie stood behind the register while my friends waited to pay, yet another employee ended up taking their payment. His overall energy felt very cold and unwelcoming. My friend even joked that it was probably for the best that he didn't refill my water because of the energy he was carrying. As someone who believes water absorbs energy, I honestly agreed. I'm grateful Ann was the one who served us with such kindness. The restaurant itself has such a peaceful, zen atmosphere. The greenery outside and the warm lighting inside create a cozy neighborhood spot that I truly want to love and revisit with my son. Thank you , Sherita for introducing me and Aaliyah to this hidden gem. I completely understand why you visited twice in one week. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu, and hopefully next time the hospitality matches the quality of the food.
