This was a very good Thai restaurant what seemed to be run by native Thai lady. First off they do not sell beer or wine, however are very welcoming to BYOB. The Green curry was excellent with your choice of protein. Loaded with squid and vegetables I requested. The just above medium I asked for was on point for my taste but know they adjust like authentic Thai should. Medium is like a good spicy hot wing level. The chicken summer rolls were good. Maybe not with $9 but tasty. The lack of a star is for ambiance. It is your typical family run local Asian restaurant with a mix of table styles and nothing fancy or coordinated. I love Thai food and get it quite often. This place was close to vacation resort with good reviews but I was very disappointed. I picked it up on time, yet it was just warn and very stuck together. I like my food spicy so they asked me 1-5, because I don't know this place and be safe, I chose 3 and it was so hot that my lips burned and my mouth didn't really enjoy. I'm the person that gets my wings hotter than most people like, so I can't imagine who could eat it at a 5. It also has a strange flavor that I couldn't identify. I also ordered chicken satay and the chicken was was bland and dry. These are both very common Thai dishes that I thought would be a safe bet at a new place. Hoping it was just a fluke.... but we went here for lunch and after waiting over 30minutes, received our crab ragoon appetizer, which was still frozen in the middle. There was 1 male waiter, he was very nice. The restaurant ambiance was crammed but cute. I really hope that today was just a bad day for them. I drove from North Myrtle in a down pour, to give this place a try. Located in a strip mall, the interior has limited seating (about 8 tables) and is simply decorated. What this place lacks in the details of the location and presentation, it surely compensates with the flavors. I've had Thai food presented so beautifully that I felt bad for eating it. This isn't one of those places.. I arrived for the lunch special and ordered the red curry with chicken. At $6.95 you get a soup, a spring roll and the dish. The soup I was presented was spicy and sweet, light and deliciously flavored. The spring roll was nothing special for me.. but a nice crunch added for the small wait till my curry arrived. I ordered my curry with a spice level of 3 out of 5. It was pretty hot and I have a good tolerance. I enjoyed every ounce of this dish. The eggplant was ripe. The bamboo was sweet. Wow! So good! This place is a must stop if you like Thai food. They do not have their dine in eating open yet, but you can order take out, or order there and then sit outside. We were outside, and it was perfect. The employees were very helpful, and even offered to make something my husband asked about that was not on the menu. Small, but pleasant restaurant with good service. We tried the hot basil fried rice, the pineapple fried rice, the pad Thai, and the pad kee mao (drunken noodles). All the dishes were tasty and fresh, with good portion sizes and custom spice levels. The beef in the fried rice was not very tender, but ok. The papaya salad that we ordered as an appetizer was excellent. We would go back the next time we're visiting Myrtle Beach. read more

My girlfriend and I ordered carry-out lunch meals here yesterday, Saturday, 9/12/2020. The food was amazing! We were greeted by friendly staff, and our food was ready on time. My girlfriend ordered the spicy basil fried rice with chicken, and I had the pad Thai with chicken. Both meals were absolutely delicious! Flavorful, perfectly spiced, and hot when we got home to eat. Ordered take out for a group so we tried about 6 different things. 1st drunken noodles, good flavor good noodles, not soggy overall a good dish. 2nd pad Thai. The staple for white people thai food. It was ok. A little bit sweet or ketchupy or something. Not my favorite but also not the worst I've had. 3rd spring rolls. Fried and fresh. Fresh rolls were great, nice peanut dipping sauce good flavor nice. Fried just like every other one you've ever had. 4th Thai fried rice. Chicken and shrimp was good. Not a ton of flavor but overall good. 5th red curry. Nice flavor. Lil watery for my liking and chicken was way overcooked but overall ok(I'm a curry snob so take that for what it's worth) So overall good but not out of this world. If I was close I wouldn't hesitate to pick it up but probably would t go out of my way to get it. read more

This was my favorite place to eat and we went weekly if not more. Then I was sick and needed soup due to my liquid diet. I ordered the wonton soup and chicken noodle. Both say no seafood. I asked on the phone if it came with seafood and they said no. I SAID I WAS VERY ALLERGIC TO ALL SEAFOOD. they assured me it would not have any and does not come with any. I get home sick as a dog ready for my 1st meal in days due to my surgery. I drink up some soup get half way and at the bottom of my chicken noodle soup ARE MASSIVE SHRIMP!!!!!! I AM ALLERGIC AND YES MY THROAT was iticing, I got a headaches, hives etc.... I took meds I had thank God. Very rude to disregard allergies especially when the items I got do not even come with seafood it is like they did it on purpose. read more

Since "discovering" this hole in the wall, I have eaten there a number of times. They offer takeout, and for a small fee will deliver. The spiciness comes in a range of 1 to 5.
