I order the noodle soup that tastes like Tom yum. It was delicious. The spice level was just right at 2/5, a lovely kick. The noodle soup has a lot going on, and it was fantastic-- rice noodles, green bean, bean sprouts, sliced fish cake, and etc. The soup was flavorful and rich as expected in Thai cuisine. The resturant is cozy and nicely decorated with plenty of nice details all around. This is a family owned restaurant. The waiter and waitress are super! They are kind, respectful, and mindful. The waitress was very helpful because I was undecided between two choices for noodles soup. She helped me to decide and it all worked out! The parking is plentiful. It is easy to park and go inside the resturant. This business is in the outlet strip mall, along with the Italian ice cream shop and cross fit center. First off the service was excellent.. That checked up on us. Offered us water. Explained the menu and the more authentic items. Very surprised to find boat noodles in AZ with beef blood. Just needed a tad more broth.This has to be the most authentic thai restaurant I found in AZ so far. The pork with sticky rice was so good. Eat it with the sticky rice And sauce and veggies. We came here once before and this place was great, but this time they really skimped out on our meal. We ordered Yellow Curry and Panang Curry with chicken but we were disappointed to see that when we got home to eat our to-go meal, we had gotten more white rice and liquid curry than veggies and the chicken protein (which is the main part of the dish). Stumbled upon this place randomly looking for some Asian food near my friend's house. This place was close and had great reviews. The restaurant is small, but we were seated right away. We got the potstickers and veggie egg rolls for starters, which were both great. I got the Thai basil eggplant and pad kee mao, which were so good and I had plenty for leftovers the next day. I finally made it here, and it did not disappoint! 5 stars for the kao soi. I need to return with friends so I can try many more dishes, but today I came for my favorite dish, kao soi. The kao soi was amazing, as good or perhaps better than my regular thai place, with flavors layered and true. It has a good feel and good vibe. I will definitely return. I ordered pickup but was so excited to try the food I got there a little bit early. It's a small, beautifully decorated restaurant, with a friendly and welcoming vibe. I saw a few dishes come out of the kitchen while I waited and it was all presented beautifully. I wish I'd been dining there just to see how my curry would've looked plated up all nice like that. My order, friend veggie rolls and parang curry (with peanuts) was to die for. I'm a huge fan of Thai food and I have officially found my new favorite Thai restaurant. The ingredients were fresh. Veggies had a snap to them chicken was tender. The sauce that came with the veggie rolls wasn't some box sauce. It tasted like it was made today. Overall wonderful experience. The flavors are really good but I'm really disappointed in the portion of my hot basil entree. I upgraded to squid for $3 and only got 4 pieces of squid in the dish, the entree being mostly sauce/liquid. The rice that came with the dish was also very mushy and not well cooked. For the price I was hoping for a bit more of a hearty entree. That being said, the Thai papaya salad is delicious and actually spicy. It's hard to find authentic Thai food that actually has a kick. Given that the flavors were good I will consider giving this place another try and hope that my entree situation was a misrepresentation of the restaurant. read more

Well I did it again! By the time my husband picked up dinner last week. We were too hungry. I DID get some pictures though. First, I have to clarify a few things. I guess they call it an extraction but that can't be right because that sounds like it's for a tooth. Anyway it was not a delivery person from the restaurant. It was a delivery person from GrubHub. I could be wrong about that too anyway, the person was very nice, this restaurant does not have delivery service and that's OK. We kicked it up to medium this time. Secondly, Thai Food Corner is a small restaurant. Maybe they want it that way or maybe it's a start up. Or maybe they are just trying to not deal with a lot of crazy people. I know I am and I know people have to deal with me too. Pretty sure they walk away shaking their heads. Haha. Finally, I believe the driving service we use this time was Uber eats. And their driver was wonderful too. Didn't try to accept extra tip money and could've gotten away with it. When I get my good food, I am so happy I didn't have to fix it and I don't have to do the dishes that I will pay them twice what it's worth. No wonder my husband's worried about us going broke. Finally, please show some mercy! If you don't want to wait, don't go there. Don't make everybody pay for you not wanting to wait to get seated at a small restaurant. We are all OK with that. This place is very close to my work and I love eating here. It's a little pricey but it's not much more expensive than the other Thai food places in the Northeast Mesa. A lot of their menus are "authentic" and it's written in Thai but the staffs are friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. I've ordered Khao Mun Gai (Rice and Chicken dish) and a braised fish dish I can't remember the name of. The fish was a little hard to eat since it wasn't a fillet but it was very good. It's overall highly spiced and goes well with some white rice on the side if you will. You won't expect much from the outside of the building but once you get inside it feels like you're in another country. Love the interior and the tables, green and gold color scheme. This is my favorite Thai food place and I will debate anyone for it. read more
