It really turned my wife's 2 California rolls and my specialty curry heat = Spicy Salmon roll into the worst sushi we have ever had. The sushi roller needs to realize you should never use warm rice for sushi. We let it sit for a couple minutes to get the rice to be a cooler temp. Then once they were palatable, we ate them. The fish was fresh, but not spicy at all. The roe was such a small portion on the end pieces of the roll. Roe should be spread across all the pieces when it says it's part of the roll. Food to Value ratio: ok. If the rice and citrus heat were as they should have been it would have been a better Value. We paid 40$ with tip for 1 specialty roll and 2 California rolls.
