The staff are super attentive and really pay attention to your body. He needed a lot of work on his legs and feet and after the massage he said he felt like he was a new man! Yesterday was my first visit. I arrived after a stressful day and Nan kindly welcomed me in. She began working on my back, quickly noticing extreme tightness in the upper right. I felt confident in her precise touch, and her more gentle adjustments as requested around my neck and lower back. On the rest of my back, I enjoyed her firmer touch. It felt like she was pressing and massaging and stretching years of tension out of me. I wanted to love my massage but unfortunately, I didn't. Not sure if it was a communication barrier but when I ask for hard pressure, the massage should still be relaxing, right?! Not in this case. The pressure was so hard, I was struggling to breathe or keep my composure. I was hoping to have the owner do my massage but since I called last minute, I had someone else whose name started with an M. I always ask for medium to hard pressure but this massage was extremely uncomfortably hard. I even asked the masseuse twice or three times to go a little more gentle but it wasn't happening.
