Went back to see Nan a couple weeks later to work out some lingering tension; so glad I did! She's incredibly attentive and really listens to your needs. I never have to ask her to adjust the pressure because she's already checking in and staying in tune the whole time. Thank you again, Nan -- truly appreciate your care and consistency!

Best massage I've ever had. It was my first time at Thai Healing Massage and got the deep tissue. I asked specifically for upper back shoulder focus and she worked extensively on those areas plus a lot of areas that i didn't even know were sore until she massaged them! She was very knowledgeable on what muscles affected my upper back pain and i felt 100x better after. I slept so good after (like she said i would lol). I'll definitely be returning monthly.

Very welcoming as soon as you enter.

I've been going to Nan for over 2 years now and will keep coming back. Very professional and friendly. Strong hands and great technique. I always feel better after a session. So happy she has her own place now! Thai Healing Massage is very welcoming, calming, and clean!

Nan went out of her way to help me with finding the right therapist after my go to from another location moved away.

I loved that you can choose your own essential oils -- I picked the Asian menthol oil for body pain and it felt amazing. The massage was so relaxing I actually fell asleep. Wendy was fantastic and really knew what she was doing. A couple small downsides: parking is limited, it's right next to 7-11, and the rooms aren't fully closed so you can hear some noise. But overall I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back.

I really wanted to like this place. They were very nice and accommodating over the phone. In person…read morethe lady spoke very fast, I had asked her what the lomi lomi was like and she said it was light touch. She said deep tissue is better and then pointed to the hot stones and said something about it. We personally thought she was saying it's included as we were doing a couple massage. I was later mistaken. The massages itself wasn't bad, but it wasn't that great either. I received a massaged from Tony and though the pressure was firm as I liked it, there was no rhythm, method or synchrony as to what he was doing. It almost felt like he was just doing whatever. Yeah it felt nice and relaxing up to the point where he massaged my head it's now 4 days later and my head is still tender from what I want to call scrapes as they weren't scratches. He was nice, kind, and he did help loosen me up besides the rough head massage. My husband on the other hand asked me if they massaged my stomach and I'm like no.. so we both concurred that it was just probably done by non licensed or professionals. Now all of this would have been still fine if they didn't charge us for the hot stones which was $10/10mins and if they had used it for 10 mins, no complaints, but it didn't feel like it was. I wanted to pay via credit card and the lady asked if I could pay Venmo, as she'll show me what the cost is (thinking that it's cheaper somehow), to which it ended up being the same + tax. Call it odd but I don't remember the last time I paid tax for a massage ($22.44).

I don't know why I relax and even drift off to sleep with this type of power point massage, but I do. They also offer massages for other areas of your body, like the head and shoulders, mostly as add-on service. Clothes are kept on. They speak English here but I also hear a lot of soft spoken Japanese here. Pleasant music playing overhead even though it might be on a loop. Don't be afraid to say if it's too firm, but if you can tolerate it, this therapy can work better. Best parking is at Ala Moana Shopping Center, Mauka Ewa, 3rd floor at the end. Pink bird/tern level. There is a walking connector to their building and it's also their floor level. Quick.

The therapists obviously know what they're doing and have training. Pricier than other foot massage locations, but the extra expense is definitely worth it! The one downside, is they are generally booked up, so getting in at the last minute hasn't been an option for the half-dozen times I've tried to get in on the same day. You really need to set something up a few days in advance. Finding Oasis Spa is a little difficult but what you been here it's easy. Basically go to Ala Moana mall, and park outside of where Chanel is. There's an office building mauka of the mall and that's where you go up to their location. I'm a huge fan of foot massage, and this is as close to the reflexology I experienced in China, as anywhere that I've tried here in Hawaii, and it is definitely worth the expense!

Massage in Honolulu, Hawaii…read more.. The name of the place is a bit misleading. Zudao Foot Massage Center also provides body massages! My friend, Irene, gave me a gift card for my birthday a few months ago. I decided to get one for her, too... so that we could go together! I paid cash to avoid credit card fees. When we redeemed our gift cards, tax was included! We tipped with cash after we were done. We both walked in, after parking in the front. There's a small, free parking lot. It's located across from the Convention Center. The same woman at the front desk was polite, efficient, and friendly! We used the restroom first, and got seated next to each other in the dimly lit communal room. The combo deal (body and foot massage) started with a warm water foot soak while our upper bodies were massaged. Later, we laid face down on the padded table, then turned over and got a scalp massage. My therapist was very strong. I felt like my back was bruised... haha! When my legs were hurting, I was able to move my leg away from the pressure. It wasn't easy to move away from the back massage. I guess I could have yelled out, but I thought that my back was probably tight and needed loosening up? Well... it was an educational experience. It's not really a relaxing type of massage, but I think I did nod off a little... here and there...

However, on my recent visit I had to change the masseuse 3 times due to poor skill level and finally gave up after the 3rd person was terrible as well. The owner didn't seem to care that the staff including the primary instructor turnover was so high, and as a result no remaining employees were sufficiently skilled. When asking the owner for good masseuse recommendations over the years, her answer is always "everyone here is good". The truth is only 1 or 2 workers are worth visiting at any given time Additionally, the owner's husband is usually grumpy and rude, so there was little reason to continue giving this place more chances. He often points at customers when checking out and says "hey you need to add tip!" despite customers not even having completed checkout. Yes, he even says it to me after 10 years, knowing I typically tip 35% or more.
