This restaurant is located in a quiet plaza. Friends and I came for dinner on a weeknight. The menu offers everything Thai and Chinese. I ordered spicy flat noodle with beef (Thai). It was delicious. We dined (party of 5) on Monday May20th. This may well be the worst dinning experience I can remember . The service was bad from the start. After about twenty minutes we had to go and get our waiter to take our orders. two of our party ordered the soup. After another 15 minutes or so we had to ask where is the soup. Finally after another 10 to fifteen minute delay (we have been there about an hour now) our dinners came but so did the soup. We tried to explain to the waiter that its hard to eat an appetizer at the same time your dinner arrives. SO one of our party who was having the soup ask for his dinner to be taken and kept warm the other one having soup had not received his dinner. Some fifteen minutes or so later (by now we have finished our dinners) the waiter brings back the one dinner, at this point my guest refuses the dinner. This is where it really gets bad. The owner now comes over with the dinner and with out knowing or asking what was the problem starts yelling at my guest. Accusing him of doing this before which he had not. I have never witnessed a more unprofessional person in my dining experience. He then takes the dinner and SLAMS it into the garbage. Never once trying to hear our complaints. I am certain that inasmuch that we are dealing with the owner that this will fall upon deaf hears. But let me assure you that it will be put out on every social media that my party can reach. Loveee this place! I have been coming 20 minutes out of my way to Thai House ever since they were at their old location. They have one dish in particular, Bangkok Shrimp that is the reason I come here. I have never had a dish like this - it is so amazing I cannot even put it into words. I've never seen this dish anywhere else so I am forced to venture out into Roswell just to get my fix. I've only been here for lunch, so I cannot speak for their dinner portions. For lunch, you get a choice of soup along with a spring roll and a chicken wing. I opted for the hot and sour soup since it is my favorite and I was not disappointed at all. Their service is always very courteous and attentive and they remember me when I come here. The only thing is that the food here takes a while to come out - longer than any other Thai place I have been to. I ordered drunken noodles and shrimp spring rolls. The lady i spoke to told me that they call drunken noodles flat noodles or something like that. The food was very bland. The noodles were over cooked and stuck together. It literally tasted like nothing. Even the jalapeños weren't spicy. Just bland food. I couldn't get passed a couple bites. The food is so great! Their red curry is really unbeatable! I also love their summer rolls aka basil rolls- which I always get with peanut sauce. So delicious. However I won't give them a 5 star rating because almost every time I order they don't know what I am talking about because their online menu is out of date. My husband literally tried to order Pad Thai and they didn't know what he was talking about And if you call them summer rolls (like they're called everywhere else) they don't know what you're talking about. The food was not the worst I've ever eaten, but the curry was watery, the fried rice was super salty and there were hardly vegetables in anything - just onions. Not even cooked onions, they were mostly just RAW. My friend got some sort of sautéed ginger tofu dish that was supposed to be with onion, carrot, scallion and something else I think and it was mostly raw onions with a few julienned carrots. The same with the other dishes - so many raw onions. The food was not the worst part - the service was unbearably slow. 40 minutes for steamed potstickers, you guys. Maybe they were making the dough from scratch or something, because two tables next to us sat down after we ordered and they got their appetizers AND entrees long before we even got our appetizer. Though I doubt making the dough from scratch was the case, because they were obviously just store-bought frozen potstickers, bland as bland can be. Meanwhile, the whole time we were waiting, we were not checked on by a waiter once. We ended up being there for almost two hours just because everything took so long. As we were leaving, I saw another customer get up and come to the front to inquire about where their appetizer was - I guess excessive wait times and MIA waiters wasn't a problem only we were having. Oh, and a customer also pointed out a roach on the wall of a booth that a waiter had to kill. Overall, would not return. read more

I think Thai House has a terrific lunch menu. All entrees come with soup, egg roll, and chicken wing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and I always feel welcome. I have eaten there for dinner too and they have a very nice selection. Thai House moved to this location several years ago and it features a covered patio that is lovely. Got take out based on the reviews here. My go to for all Thai places is Pad See Ew. Hubby had Hunan chicken. Everything just tasted off. Mine didn't have the sweet tone or depth of Thai food. Noodles were all stuck together and beef had the consistency of boiled beef. Way way way too soft. And it had mushrooms. That was new and odd! Hubbies was fine but he also said his chicken was off. Like not really chicken chicken. And rubbery. But it was fast and had huge portions. Other than that I don't think we will be back. Other places are better but smaller portions. read more

First time trying out. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Ordered 2 veggie options per recommendation and they had a weird smell and when we ate them, they had a huge fish taste to them. They either added that to the sauce or it was cooked in a pan used for seafood. We are not seafood eaters so having fish taste to our vegetables was not expected and definitely not enjoyed. Usually we are given a box of rice per dish at other restaurants but we were given only one box for 2 dishes. Been coming to Thai House since it was in their old location on Alpharetta Highway. The food here is very good, no matter if you get Thai or Chinese. Running out of options for ethnic food in general around the Roswell area, and despite seeing this place a number of times, we never thought to pop in till now. So glad we did. We got a spicy Thai fried rice, green chicken curry, Bangkok shrimp and of course, Tom yum for 2. Everything was on point in terms of heat and flavor- exactly what we needed. Just tried this place today and I had to review. I had the lunch special Vegan Sesame with Sue-Jian. I am not a vegetarian, but I would happily get the Sue-Jian over any meat any day. It was crispy, flavorful and delicious. Their vegetable spring roll was fresh and the vegetables were crunchy and delicious. This restaurant was awesome! You get a bunch of food for a really decent price (I don't believe anything is over 14.50) and the food was really good as well as the service being awesome and quick. You get a lot of food, like a whole plate of your entree and then it comes with white rice, if you're only two people I'd definitely suggest deciding on one type of meat and maybe fried rice if you guys want that (this will also be a full plate!). This place was such a treat to find. They have many vegetarian and vegan options listed on both the lunch and dinner menus. They do several Thai staples, like Tom Yum soup, in vegan versions that you almost never see at other Thai restaurants. My friend and I shared Veggie Rolls (much larger than most places), Vegan Tom Yum soup, and a Basil Eggplant dish made with their mock fish called "Sue-Yi". It seemed to be made from tofu, and gave the dish a great texture and flavor.
