    Vegetable Thai Fried Rice

Made a trip to Thai Jasmine in O Fallon, MO. What a great restaurant for anyone interested in Thai Food. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get a table without issue. Our server quickly took our drink order. Thai Jasmine offers a very diverse menus of Thai, Asian fusion as well as a sushi bar. Thai Jasmine has a very nice decor as well as very clean We were recommended to try their signature Pad Thai as well and their version of fried rice. All dishes were seasoned perfectly with plenty of spice ( You chose your spice level when ordering). Thai Jasmine was a great meal and so was the service. We'll be back for sure.

The fresh spring rolls were great. We had the chicken pad Thai medium hot, the spider roll, Boston roll and Philly roll. Everything was fresh and great. Our server was very nice and attentive.

Not fancy but gets the job done where it counts.

I promised to return and kept the promise, this time trying some of Thai Jasmine's maki and nigiri for takeout. The maki--a California roll--had perfectly fresh nori, cucumber and avocado nicely balancing the crab. Nigiri consisted of tuna, salmon and sea bass with each piece fresh tasting--not fishy. I ordered a side of chicken satay. The four meaty pieces were a bit chewy but still satisfying with a dip in either peanut or ginger sauce.

Super combination of traditional Thai food and sushi. The sushi chef is a cut above anyone else out in this area. Very skills. Fresh, flavorful...and artistic. Wait staff was freindly and willing to discuss the menu at length. I have been coming here for years. Make sure you get the 911 pork fried rice too. Wonderful experience.

Off Highway K I found some of the best Thai (yes, I have eaten on the loop & South Grand). For me, really good Asian food is full of flavor, al dente vegetables and not over cooked meat. The $8 lunch special of spicy noodles with chicken was started by a simple mushroom, noodle & rice soup with more complex sensation than the simple bowl should have allowed. I ordered the 1/2 spring roll special & was the one disappointment of the food. The $2.50 roll was wimpy and served with over powering peanut sauce for such a delicate taste. The real shock was the main dish (ordered 4 out of 5 on heat). Everything (including the cute cut carrots- pic) was cooked perfectly. The mix of heat & flavor was about perfect. The only compliant was running out of water & the owners Dad not knowing English to understand my thirst. The place is just phenomenal & a great find like the other yelpers stated. I admit I found the Dad great.

This has been a long time favorite of mine and my families and I always take friends here because I think it's some of the best Thai food in the area. Aside from the great food the owners are the nicest people and you can tell how much they care about the business they run. I would eat here everyday if I could.

Ordered the Pad Spicy Garlic with pork. Over half the portion of meat was fat. Won't be going back.

Make sure to call ahead to book and let them know your protein choice--chicken, beef, shrimp, or all of the above. The best part? The fire show is done at the end to avoid any alcohol mixing in your food! They also serve delicious halal ramen (miso chicken ramen was superb!) and all the fixings you love. A must-try for a flavorful and halal-friendly night out! We were there for my son's birthday and I can't say enough good things about them. The hostess and the servers were very friendly and the hibachi chef was super entertaining. I remember when hibachi restaurants first came to St. Louis. They were a big deal and they really put on a show, but in recent years it seems like they have become lackluster. These chef really go out of their way to entertain you during the entire cooking process. We really had a lot of fun; our chef was very personable and made my son's birthday special. If you let them know ahead of time that you have a birthday, they will come out and sing and beat a drum and give the birthday person a free dessert. Other hibachi restaurants charge you for the service but they do not. That's a huge plus. I brought my own candles and gave them to the hostess before our dinner and they had them lit on the piece of cheesecake when they brought it out. The chef cooked everything to perfection and their noodles and rice were also very good. The sushi was great too!

Substandard ingredients like fake krab and low quality fish just really turned us off. Rolls that should be chilled were room temp; so much so I was hesitant to eat it. Hubs roughed it out tho. He said the tuna had a funky, fishy taste and lacked that smooth, melt in your mouth texture that excellent sushi has. The rolls were so poorly prepared they just fell apart when we tried to pick them up. Sweet potatoes were raw. They did have GF tamari tho which I appreciated. The only bright spot was our server Kenny. She was super knowledgeable about food allergies and was friendly & upbeat. The grumpy barracuda working the front desk though, not so much. I picked the ramen spot based on reviews and the photos of the ramen. Ichiro Ramen stood out from the rest. This spot is about 40 mins outside of St. Louis and it was well worth the drive. It's located in a strip mall next door to a grocery store. The restaurant itself is small, yet does have plenty of seating to dine in. We were greeted and immediately sat down. We were asked if we wanted a table or booth. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen, my friend ordered the seafood ramen extra extra spicy and mg other friend ordered the chicken fried rice since she's not a big fan of Ramen. The waitress brings out our food one at a time and the food looks and smells amazing. I taste my broth and it is chef's kiss all I did was add some hot chili oil for extra flavor and kick. My friend's seafood ramen looked so good snd you can tell hers was super spicy because how rich and deep the color red her broth was and she added a lot of hot chili oil to hers since she loves spice. My friend's chicken fried rice didn't look aesthetically appetizing, but she's said it was tasty. Ichiro is definitely up there as one of the best ramen spots I've been to, it's pretty close next to my favorite ramen spot is Sacramento, Ca Soku Ramen and they speaks volumes.
