Sushi boat is a cute spot for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is a bit smaller so it's very intimate meal, but it is a nice space and they also have a small patio for warmer days. They have a nice drink selection of beer and wine. The service was pretty good. No complaints about service or wait times. Plenty of dishes to share with a group as well as options if you do not eat meat. I was able to get some grilled salmon and a side salad. Both were very tasty and good portion sizing! The shrimp shumai is also a favorite. My food was very flavorful and tasted good. I would love to come back and try their big sushi boat one day!

Now I understand why this place gets such great reviews. Came for a weekend lunch and it was super packed but somehow we got seated immediately for two people. The menu is really expansive. My friend is vegetarian so we got all the veggie friendly options. The agedashi tofu is so good, vegetable tempura is a classic, seaweed salad is generous with the portion, and the vegetable roll with avocado, cucumber, and asparagus was a solid pick. The simple avocado roll is another classic, simple roll. Get the sweet potato roll! It blew us away, it was so filling and tasty, did not expect that. We also got the tofu teriyaki stir fry which was really flavorful and comes with rice. The space is on the smaller side and can feel a little cramped but they make the most of it. Waitress was friendly. Highly recommend and I'd come back to get the fish dishes next time.

Back at Sushi boat for the umpteenth time...sooo good. Started with fried oysters, edamame and soft shell crab. Loved the oysters, edamame was tender and cooked perfectly but soft shell crab a big disappointment...and I've never been disappointed with soft shell crab...ever. This was deconstructed legs, heavily breaded and over-fried with much too much sauces on top. Will never order this app again. Then ordered the sushi boat deluxe sashimi with fatty salmon (soo good) red snapper, red tuna, white tuna and yellowtail (best ever ) delicious. Ended the mail with two Unagi and the rolls that were just so overstock their delicious - highly recommend.

Loved my sweet potato roll and avocado roll. The miso was one of my favorite ever! I will be back!

Sushi Boat is always a solid choice in St. Charles. The sushi is fresh, the portions are generous, and I love that they had Uni!

This little cafe is cute. Our waitstaff was kind, helpful, and attentive. We ordered crab Rangoon, several sushi rolls, and each one was fantastic. Our dessert of mango mochi and green tea cake was the perfect ending. We live close so we will definitely come back. C

I came for book club and it was so nice. Originally it wasn't full but filed up quickly. We came around 6:30 PM and the store kept getting busier and busier. They have so many options even entrees with 24K gold flakes

I'm always on the hunt for a great, fresh sushi place, especially now that I'm landlocked. I will admit I'm pretty picky, and I will not eat raw in a landlocked state (because YUCK, frozen or canned?!). The reviews here were good, so I decided to take a chance. The restaurant is the proverbial hole in the wall place. There's not a ton of flashy decor, and the interior is pretty small. Parking is decent though, so that's a plus! I was able to take a good peek at the menu, and I'm happy to say it has a ton of offerings. I decided to try two rolls, the pink lady and snow white, and they were amazing! Imitation crab, of course, but the flavors were excellent. The sauces were very flavorful, and the soy paper just worked so well on both of them. The waitress was not terribly attentive during my food, but I didn't really need much, so no big deal. I'm definitely coming back here. The rolls have been on my mind since I visited, and I really want to try more of the menu.

How often do you go to the same restaurant 3 times in 2 weeks with 3 different group of people? I typically don't unless it is Sushi Boat. This has got to be my top 3 favorite restaurant in the greater St. Louis area and definitely the go-to sushi restaurant. After moving back from the East Coast, it took me about 10 failed tries to find a sushi restaurant that I truly liked and I am so thankful that I found this restaurant. The staff are friendly, menu is extensive (I've yet to order anything from the non-sushi section though, their sushi is that good), and the quality of the food is amazing. Our go to order is the Titanic which comes with variety of sashimi, nigiri, and your selection of rolls (it's a lot of food, but look up a sushi bake recipe if you end up with leftovers). My recommendations for rolls are Manhattan roll if you like spice and Flamingo Dancing roll if you like to impress your date (spoiler: it's on fire). Besides the delicious and creative sushi rolls, their sashimi cuts and generous and the fish is always fresh. My one feedback after their new location in Chesterfield opened is that their food comes out a little slower than it used to, but it just means that you should get to the restaurant earlier and come back another time if you need a place for a quick dinner.

    The Love Boat!

Whoa! This place is SO good! We've been looking for a good sushi place in St. Charles. Our fave sushi place in the area is Sado but the location and price tag only allows us to go there on very special occasions, so we wanted a place that was closer, more wallet friendly, and still high quality fish. Sushi Boat was recommended, and it was exactly what we were looking for! We ordered the Love Boat, and the two of us were ready to die because we finished the entire thing. We didn't want to stop eating it because it was that good. The fish is such great quality and the rolls are stuffed! The snapper, salmon, tuna, and yellowtail were SO good with the yellowtail becoming our new favorite. The two rolls we got were the Kamakazi and Girl on Fire. Delish! We will never go to Sushi AI again.

The attention to the customers was instant and consistent. Clean and everyone was pleasant. We ordered the Bento box combination with chicken, beef, chicken, shrimp and scallops. It was cooked just right. We also tried the strawberry sake! Try it! Will be back.

Sushi Boat is one of the top places to visit for Sushi in the St. Louis Area! The flavors are immaculate, and I have never had a roll that wasn't fresh. The Crab Rangoon and Thai Iced Tea are a must try! The service is fairly quick and the workers are always friendly. It is a smaller location, so I can imagine during busy hours, there will be a wait. It can also be a little crowded due to seating arrangements. It is a little pricey, but I think the quality of the food is well worth the price.

The 38$ pork chop I ordered was excellent and a lot of food! They handled a group of 12 very well. And from experience I know not a lot of places can pull it off but this place did with grace. I was looking to "book" a private dining room in a restaurant that I thought might be good. I called Prasino's, but couldn't speak with anyone because their Customer Service is geared to choosing numbers on my phone keypad. Okay, I followed the rules-- left my name and contact information and sat back to wait for a call. It has now been over 48 hours and there has been no call; no message. I've now booked with another local restaurant. A place that has humans who will speak with a person when he or she calls. I suppose they must have all the business they need? Mu business would have only provided between 5 and $10,000 but hey-- I guess that's not worth returning a call. In any case, I don't recommend Prasino's. I suppose they just don't care.

Everything I have had has been excellent. We throughly enjoyed the Szechuan Wontons- I like them fried better then steamed but both ways are good. Pot stickers were fairly standard but high quality. The veggie fried rice has lots of veggies that are perfectly cooked not over done. My the Shaking Beef is beef tenderloin dish comes with a lime wine sauce is very unique and refreshing. The hot chili catfish I highly recommend. I don't know what I expected but it's tender and spicy and savory, I will probably order it every time I go, it's that good! The service is on point. This location is at the Streets of Saint Charles complex and on a busy weekend night finding a parking spot on the surface lots can be challenging. Try the free parking garage. Our service was quite good by our server, Cody. The staff seemed to be working efficiently as a team to keep up with clearing plates off the table, filling water, etc. I really like that they had some cocktail specials and I tried the jade margarita that was surprisingly well done. Our table started with the cauliflower dish and it was a great mix of spice with some onion and bell peppers. Everyone seemed to like it. I ordered the Ma Po tofu and enjoyed it.
