Great service. All our food was delicious. We got the yellow curry with tofu, pad Thai, pineapple fried rice, chicken satay. Cute little place in an unassuming strip mall.

Ate at Thai Kit for the first time today and it was delicious! The restaurant is modern and gives off a cozy vibe perfect for dinner. However, I feel like it lacks Thai culture in terms of decorations and ambiance. The establishment is pretty roomy with a good amount of tables and a nice bar area. Ambiance rate 7/10. My friends and I ordered... 1. Thai Bubble Tea: The tea was mediocre. It was very milky, bitter, and lacked natural tea flavor. Rate 6/10. 2. Thai Kit Signature: I liked this menu option because it allows one to try the different appetizers. The spring rolls and tod mon were okay, nothing special. The chicken satay was dry and lacked flavor. The crab rangoon and chicken dumplings, though, were delicious. My favorite part about this dish were the variety of flavorful sauces given. This dish could be ordered as a meal as well being it was very filling. Rate 7/10. 3. Drunken Noodles: This dish was very tasty and flavorful with the spices used. The spicyness and savoryness of the dish paired well together. It also included a generous amount of shrimp. Although the portion looks small, it was quite filling. Rate: 9/10 The staff were very friendly, and the service was relatively quick. Staff/service rate 9/10. Overall, this is a great spot to try Thai Food in Fairfield, Ct!

Food was delicious, the staff were really friendly, and the decorations were nice! This was my first time in Connecticut so I am glad I stopped here!

Passion fruit smoothie & Lychee smoothie

This is our go-to Thai restaurant in fairfield, CT. This is our 4th time visiting. This time, I finally remembered to take a Pic of our dishes. We love to order their papaya salad spicy! It's the BEST papaya salad from the many different Thai restaurants we visited. I would say Thai restaurants are our favorite cuisine to eat from. We typically also order the chicken larb, which we think is a match made in heaven, but tonight, we wanted to try their wings, which we never had. They were delicious. They had a spicy, sweet chili sauce on it. They were crispy and they give 5 per order. We also decided to order smoothies for the 1st time. We ordered the passion fruit and lychee smoothie (my goodness! D E L I C I O U S!) I would definitely be ordering a smoothie each time I go. I literally felt transported to an island. We each decided to order something different we never had. I ordered Lord na with chicken, and my man ordered beef tiew nua. Both dishes were delicious. The lord na was a combination of pad see ew (soup version with same ingredients) and sweet and sour soup broth flavor. We like things spicy, so we asked for extra spicy seasoning on the side. The decor inside is really nicely designed. The waitress was very attentive and showed great hospitality. We definitely will be back. As I mentioned, we love this restaurant and Thai cuisine. Thank you, Thai Kit!

Stopped here on a whim, and have returned 2 more times...that should give you a hint! My Friend and I really like this place and even impressed both my kids! Service with a smile! The food is fresh, hot when when applicable and best of all delicious! What else could you ask for...I'll be coming back, that's for sure! For those on a budget, prices are pretty decent too!

    Glass noodles for Sukiaki

Second time ordering take out here. I was so pleased to see duck salad on the menu and salivated just thinking about it! I also ordered an appetizer of vegggie pancakes, and Sukiaki with beef as a main course. Delivery was earlier than estimated-which is always appreciated. Veggie pancakes, which are actally squares, were fantastic! Crunchy exterior with a soft inside with a mild, creamy and pleasing taste. I could not stop popping these in my mouth! Yummy! Sukiaki broth, which came with glass noodles, was rich tasting, warming, and nourishing. The beef, veggies, and egg had a wonderful flavor and there was enough for 2 servings, especially with an appetizer. Duck salad hit the sweet spot for sure! All of the foods tasted fresh and well prepared. I will definitely be ordering the 3 items agian and would recommend.

Soooo good! Definitely worth the trip from Westchester! The drinks we're well made and unique from even your average Manhattan bar. We ordered calamari, chicken wings, I ordered Prik King Curry and sis had the Lemon Grass chicken. First off- so crispy and not greasy. Second the spice levels can be adjusted (up to level 5) I ordered a four and it was a pleasant punch-- this is coming from a guy that does wing challenges and eats habaneros.

Had a really good time for dinner! We made reservations so we were seated immediately - it got busy a little later in the night so glad we reserved a table. Service was good and everybody was pleasant. For apps, we got Tom yum soup, chicken satay, and pork steamed dumplings. For entrees, we got drunken noodles and hot basil chicken. Everything came out promptly and tasted delicious! Portion sizes were perfect to share. Highly recommend and hope to come back!

Love this small local restaurant, east street parking cosy…read more I came back here for mussels pancake and boat noodles again also tried new items on the menu. Boat noodles has excellent homemade broth and i believe not many thai place sell this dish. Strong aroma from the broth, chewy noodles if you can the the heat it's very addicting. I ended up ordering non spicy and have chilies on the side. The pork is little try. Meatball was good and bouncy. Love this very much overall. Crispy pork belly has very nice dipping sauce comes with it, i can tase the lime and little sweet and sour perfect to pair with the poke belly. Tapioca ball is ok something new to try, it's sweet dish kinda like Chinese mochi balls Pineapple fried rice smells very good the combination of spices, very aromatic Drunken noodles is yummy, the duck meat tend to be dry (beef one is better ) great deal when coming for lunch. Appetizers are small portions, which is great you get to taste little of everything. Fried wonton and fish cake is good, both are not Strong in seasoning but has a perfect dipping sauces. Mango sticky rice is excellent, sticky rice is not very sticky type, i guess it's cooked with pandan leaves, salty coconut sauce not too sweet , I'll get one order by myself next time. They'll only sell it when the mango is good so grab it when u can. Would definitely explore more food next time. Very nice boss lady!

I had the rice noodle soup, I asked them to hold the bean sprouts. This is a $17 soup. For me, it was far too little broth, it was served in a huge bowl, but the bowl was not full of broth. It was maybe half full, including the meat, the shrimp and the rice noodles the broth was very bland. The restaurant pouts being a traditional Thai restaurant however the soup was served no traditional accoutrements.. Fish sauce (salt + umami) * Chili flakes or chili oil (heat) * Sugar (yes -- balance) * Vinegar or pickled chili vinegar (acid) * Often lime wedges They're seem to be only one person working the dining area and when I could finally get their attention, I was able to get some lime wedges and chili sauce. I'm on the fence if I'll go back sometimes like to give these places a second try nothing was awful and nothing was bad but the quantity was minimal. It wasn't worth the $17. The broth was minimal. They could definitely offer more broth and it just to seem like a bother to get traditional accouterments. This these types of soups are finished at the table and not in the kitchen. That's the traditional way.

The waitress was so sweet and hospitable. Oh boy were we prepared to be wow'd! We noticed signs on the table showcasing they offer FRESH young coconuts. We could not resist! It was chilled and so refreshing and satisfied our thirst. The coconut water was unlike any other coconut water I've tasted not even boxed coconut water which I know is not true coconut water, but close enough. I had a feeling she would confirm they were sourced from Thailand. We decided to order papaya salad (Must have at every Thai restaurant) w/prawns, Spicy eggplant w/beef, Khao Soi w/beef, and HOMEMEAD COCONUT ICE CREAM! The papaya salad was the best we've had! It was so delicious the juice from it was drinkable. We dont usually include the papya salad with prawns but decided to give it a try based on the waitress suggestion. The Spicy eggplant with beef was so delicious and had a nice sauce and was accompanied with rice. The Khao Soi was unlike any dish we've had at any Thai restaurant. It had a sweet, sour, and umami flavor with hard noodles and cooked in this curry sauce. (Im salivating thinking about it). We shared our dishes and were very full. We noticed they had a dessert we wanted to try but we knew there was no room and planned to return. The waitress asked if we wanted to try the coconut ice cream and we shared it and OMG it was out of this world delicious. It was so light, fresh, the bites of coconut melted in your mouth. It is better than ANY store brought coconut ice cream. Im 100% sure they use the coconut meat and water to make their homemade coconut ice cream. This is our new favorite Thai restaurant!
