Totally went down hill.... Was my favorite Thai place in town until they served my family and I a load of slop today. (Will upload pictures) my dish had chicken loaded with fat... Chopped fat..loose fat... So much fat!!! The Tom Khah. We ordered was a light watery mess.... No flavor at all... Called and complained and offered to send pics.... The White waitress joked that the kitchen must be off.... No apologies or anything.... Will not be back... I was finally able to dine in here and I was blown away. I had the mango curry with 5 spice. The creaminess of the curry was unreal. I loved the combo of the sweet mango with the spices. I went to Thai Kitchen at irregular lunch hours 2pm. I the only client, and from the moment I ordered my food, to the moment it arrived, it was like 2 minutes. Perhaps in the kitchen they have a magic wand to make the food appear. Food was great, even though I order spicy level 4, it was not really spicy for my taste. I was not impressed. My spring roll was bland with only rice noodles and carrots. No other veggies! I love carrot, cucumber, mint or basil, lettuce, cabbage, and even avocado. To start off, let me say I am not the biggest thai food fan, but this place is great. I go there with may family when we can, and the service is always good. One thing that I have always oddly liked is their extremely good cabbage. Normally, I wouldn't eat cabbage by itself, but this is just some of the best cabbage you will ever see. Went here on recommendations from other colleagues but wasn't really blown away by the food as I expected to. Thai food is one of my favorite cuisines in the world so I tend to have pretty high expectations when eating out. Having said that, the food was good. I had the Thai Green curry and it was flavorful though the quantity wasn't a lot. My wife had the drunken noodles which was good too. We had asked for our dishes to be spicy(level 4) but that wasn't case. The spice level was definitely mild on both so that was a negative. The big negative for me was the fact that I was billed for the tip without being told about it beforehand. I was torn between a 4 and a 3 for this restaurant and that last bit definitely cost this restaurant a star. read more

My husband and I went to Thai Kitchen for dinner around 6:40 pm. It was a good time to go since it was still early for dinner and there wasn't that many customers. Service: We had a waiter/host who greeted us right when we entered the door. We were hoping to order our food after we ordered our drinks but the waitress made us order it all at the same time. It was definitely different. She took down our order and got our drinks fairly quick. She didn't ask me if I wanted a cup of water since I ordered a Thai Iced Tea but the waiter/host saw that I didn't have water so he gave me a glass of water. Food: Their dinner menu has a large selection of food. We had crab rangoons (it was a different name on the menu) for appetizers and our entrees were Pad Thai and the duck. The spice level were medium/mild for the entrees. Spice level was good to our tasting. The sauce for the crab rangoons was a sour/sweet sauce and we both thought it was different but enjoyed the new taste. I didn't try any peace of the duck but according to my husband he loves it! The rice portion was a lot larger than what I usually see served at a Thai restaurant. So he didn't have to ask for seconds. The Pad Thai was okay, it was not to my liking at all. I've had better Pad Thai, I do not plan on ordering Pad Thai from this place again. I have had the Thai Iced Tea before in early January of this year and it was delicious! When I had it today it was overly sweetened I had to add some water to dilute the sweetness. Environment: I love the way the restaurant is set up. Small yet comfy and I like the decorations all over the place. It would be nice if they had some music on because I can hear my neighbors conversations and I am sure they can hear us too. Was really excited to get takeaway from this place based on the reviews.. ordered the veg spring rolls and they were fantastic and super crisp, chicken satay was pretty heavy on the egg but still not terrible, green curry was pretty good. For me personally as the vegetarian I was excited for the pad see ew and fried rice.. however fried rice was just.. rice with oil, no peas carrots nothing.. and the pad see ew smelled extremely fishy and not edible. I called the restaurant to let them know in case anyone else like me had fish allergies.. The gentleman who answered the phone was very quick to say it had no fish and then later said it had fish sauce which "was vegetarian" (its not) he also demanded I text pics of the food to his phone(??). I would love to go back however their blatant disregard for people with allergies, and this gentlemans treatment of me as a customer was disappointing. Fantastic food, especially the Princess Delight and the Tom Yum soup. The service is average at best and usually slower than you'd like, but the food makes up for it. The portions are big and I always leave full. Go at lunch as everything costs more for dinner (but lunch has soup or salad included). This is a good spot for lunch. The soup or salad is nothing to write home about. I really don't know why it is part of the meal except you get something to eat sooner than later. Ok Thai food. Went here for lunch, and yes it was really crowded. This probably won't become my favorite, but it was good. The atmosphere was ok. Lots of Thai artifacts, probably last decorated in the early 80's. I had the basil chicken. I ordered 5 out of 5 spiciness. It wasn't very spicy and the sauce was redder than I expected. The redness didnt add a lot to the taste though. They did give me two scoops of rice, which is great because I always eat a lot of rice. The rice though was a little overlooked. Not bad. Not the best. I got takeout so that may make a difference. I tried the pad thai with shrimp. The biggest issue is that the shrimp had tails on still and there were also tails in the dish with no shrimp attached. It is gross trying to chew those and then realizing what they are and then having to fish them out of your mouth. Yuck. read more
