Stopped here for an early dinner. The owner was very attentive and welcoming. Ordered spring rolls and shrimp appetizer. They were very good. For dinner, we had panang curry and the Thai basil stir fry. Dinner ingredients were fresh and prepared perfectly. Best Thai food in the area. A definite recommendation. read more

I went to the cart near Yale Hospital to grab lunch. Particularly I had a taste for teriyaki chicken. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, noodles, vegetables and a spring roll. Ordered on UberEats. Chicken dish that features pineapple along with veggies and cashew nuts arrived without pineapple. Pineapple was the entire reason for me choosing the dish. Sauce was overly salty. Chicken was very tough and didn't have a great flavor. Coconut soup had barely anything in it and was overly sweet. No lime slices on the side for either the soup or my meal and the side of rice portion with the meals was laughably tiny. Cannot recommend this place at all and I routinely eat from the no frills Thai cart in New Haven. Other Thai place on the Guilford Green is significantly better. I will not be back. Wow, what a pleasant surprise! The previous Thai restaurant at this location closed, and it is under new ownership. They have a smallish menu, but it's a wide variety. They have some great Tom Kha soup, I high recommend it! You get nice fresh food here and in a reasonable quantity. They have lunch specials too! Super nice owners and they have delivery too! DoorDashed it. Should have checked the recent reviews here first. Thai Tea was 100% spoiled. Tasted and smelled like rotten milk. Very sad. Ruined my appetite. Summer rolls and satay were OK. Spicy basil rice was too spicy to eat. I like some spice and eat Thai food a lot back home, never had something that spicy especially without asking what spice level. Very disappointing. read more

Delicious! we've been ordering there for a few months, food is consistently good fresh quality and tastes amazing. I've tried a couple of curries so far, all great. Guilford is plentiful when it comes to Thai restaurants, but this one is not to be passed up! The food was delicious and the serving was much more than I was expecting. It takes alot for me to complain about food but here I am. I ordered drunken noodle and I got a plate of mush. NOTHING in this dish was fresh, everything was old and I threw half of it out. Very happy that this new Thai place opened in this very convenient location. There are a few Thai places in Guilford but this is the best! The food is so fresh and flavorful; the menu isn't too large that it's a struggle to choose what to order, and the portions definitely allow for leftovers! The owners are so nice, and always come out to talk with you while you eat, if you like. I get takeout and eat here regularly now. Can't wait to try more of the dishes! read more

Pineapple fried rice was ok. They clearly used canned pineapple and canned veggies, also the spices were not mixed in well. My girlfriend got the vegetable pad thai which also had canned carrots and peas but the flavor was really good. Spring rolls were average, didn't taste super fresh. However, the portion sizes were A+, and the desserts are amazing. I will literally go to this place and only order dessert. Prices are great! read more
