Just had dinner here, this is one of my favorite Thai places. I've been going here for years and the food is always consistently good. My go to is the garlic and pepper tofu, it never disappoints. Even my meat-eating teenager loves it too. Other favorites are the tom kha kai, the panang curry, pad see ew, and the pad thai. The curry was amazing, would definitely recommend!! The pad Thai and pad see ew was delicious as well. The tom yum soup was very light, not much depth to it imo so I wouldn't get again. This place is wonderful. Walking in you're greeted with a welcoming, clean establishment with ample seating and lovely decor. It's peaceful and comfortable inside and the woman who was there was very welcoming, polite, and attentive. But the food.. the food was marvelous! A group of us met there and had their vegetable tom kha soup, fried tofu, and spring rolls. Everything was great but I especially loved the soup. Delicious, high quality food! I ordered takeout over the phone and 20 min later I was picking it up from a very friendly employee. I got the chicken satay and pad see ewe with beef. They were both delicious and clearly made with quality ingredients. My only (small) complaint was the size of the noodle dish. For $16 it was a small portion. My sister wanted to come here for her bday lunch since she liked this place. It's in a plaza so plenty of parking spaces. As soon as we walked in, there is many tables and chairs available for seating. It was a little warm in there so not sure if the AC wasn't working or need to be turn it on. The music playing was more mellow so it gets pretty quiet in there. I decided to order the Chicken satay lunch special since we got to save room for Porto's cake. The portions were very small and thought the dish was okay. It's not worth the price for it. The peanut sauce looked really watery. I have had better chicken satay with peanut sauce elsewhere. I wouldn't personally come here, but if my sister wants to come here again I would try a different dish instead. The staff was friendly and appears only 1 person was waiting the tables. Thank you to my waitress Lisa for the beautiful service, from checking in on me, to packing my food nicely for me, I felt so taken care of! As a solo diner, not every spot can accommodate you to make you feel 100% comfortable and at home. The atmosphere was quiet and calm when I got there around 7p and it picked up throughout my meal but it was s such a cozy and calm vibe, perfect if you don't like a loud restaurant for Friday night dinner. Food is very expensive, I ordered a lunch plate and it was about $16 after tax. There was hardly any food on the plate, I had ordered chicken, there was probably about six chunks of chicken, two tablespoons of rice and now they put the salad on the plate trying to make it look like there's a lot of food. I know many people will disagree with this, because everyone else who came into the restaurant received great service, but for some reason the woman who probably owned the place took a deep disliking to me. From the moment I walked in and she gestured at the tables, I'm guessing to tell me where to sit. There was one family there, then I came in and got a menu (no greeting, no hello). After I had been there for about ten minutes, another couple came in. They were greeted with a friendly hello, and asked which booth they wanted. She gave them menus and came right back and asked if they wanted something to drink (still not a word to me). Then she took their order, at which point I objected because I had been sitting there awhile. She said something like "Oh, you're ready to order?" The food was great, but the service was the worst I've ever had at any establishment. read more

I would typically go on weekends early lunch. The owner I'm assuming is the very sweet older lady. Most of the time I've seen her she is the only one taking orders and serving food. This restaurant is so eye catching the minute you walk in. It's decorated beautifully , very clean and the hostess/waitress is very welcoming. I've lived in the area for 8 years and only now discovering this gem. The food is perfection! Authentic, fresh, presentation is pleasing. Family owned Thai restaurant that serves up delicious and authentic Thai food. Owned by a husband and wife couple who are from Thailand. They really bring the best in the Thai culture and flavors! Service is superb, there are so many regulars here. Nisa knows everyone, it's like coming here to visit a family relative. It's run by a couple, so be patient. The food is amazing. Every dish is served piping hot and super filling. Also the Thai tea is a must! It's so good that you will want another after your first. The interior is so cool and gorgeous. So many relics and Thai decor. It's like you're in a Thai palace. It's truly a hidden gem in Pomona. Don't get me started on dessert. The coconut ice cream with fried bananas is so good. It's crispy sweet and creamy with a spoonful of ice cream. I'm not a huge fan of coconut, but this ice cream really got me. This place does not disappoint. My infant daughter and I went out for monthly date night and stumbled upon this lovely establishment via google maps. It was very cute restaurant with an adorable host welcoming us in. They did not have a child's seat so I used our stroller to act as one. But we still enjoyed our time there. I ordered us Chicken satay, shrimp tempura, cucumber salad (for me), and then chicken pad thai. Plus a thai tea. All were lovely and delicious dishes with adequate portioning. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and it was empty, which was a shame because the food is really good here. We ordered the chicken and beef satay, pad thai, pad see ew, tom yum soup, fried catfish, and shrimp fried rice. The flavor of the food is really good, a little more subtle, and less overwhelming with herbs. I particularly enjoyed the catfish, we got the garlic sauce on the side and it was really flavorful. The batter of the fry is really light and crisp. For dessert, we ordered the homemade coconut ice cream with fried banana. It was amazing, the ice cream wasn't overly sweet and the batter on the banana was really crispy. Just a nice sensory experience. Super good, we ordered more! The service here is also very good. We were the only ones here, but still, the server was very attentive and was always making sure we had what we need. She's actually from Thailand, which is cool. She's super nice and welcoming. The decor of the place is what you'd expect of a Thai restaurant. Booths with pointy accents on the top, Thai art and paintings, it's a nice clean place. There are other Thai places I've been to but this one is probably the best. I used to go to another place where they were padding the food with lettuce to make it look like you get a lot of food, this place doesn't do that because you actually get the food you paid for. FYI, they will be closed for the next 2 weeks and back on July 6th, 2022. Came back tonight to try some new dishes and discovered their garlic pepper tofu. The tofu was on top of a bed of mixed lettuce and cabbage and soaked up all the yummy sauce. It was delicious over rice. I am not a vegetarian but would definitely order this over and over again. We also got the thai cashew dish with pork. It was so different from what I expected, but I really liked it. All the ingredients were diced up an came in a slightly spicy sauce. Lastly we got the basil eggplant dish. It was mushy, but had good flavor. I'll be looking forward to their return from their 2 week break. read more

We enjoyed everything on the Assorted #1 appetizer (4.2/5) and the server was super friendly and nice! The pad see ew (3.3) was okay, lacked flavor and the thai tea (2.4) was watered down. That said, we would come come back again to try some of their other food options since they had a large variety of dishes. Was craving yellow curry so I decided to order here for pick up on a Saturday night. They said the order will take 25 mins. Came here 10 mins earlier, the restaurant only had 2 families dining and my food was already ready. Paid $15 for curry itself, it came with no rice...I thought this was an accident but the lady said the order does not come with rice and it would be extra. Given the amount to be $15 and the portion to be so small, I would assume there would be rice with it? Taking it home, I was still optimistic and thought that the quality should be good because of the ratings. I opened it up and the curry was very clumpy, like the coconut milk in the curry was settling and the chicken was very dry. I was very disappointed. Don't think I'll be coming here again. read more
