I placed a DoorDash order on 8/24/26,and called to request that vegetables be left off a couple of the dishes I ordered. Unfortunately, the girl who answered the phone was very rude, rushed me off the call, and hung up before I could confirm whether my request had been noted. I called back to clarify my order, but the person who answered (different girl)simply said, "We already got your order," and hung up on me again. This behavior was extremely rude and unacceptable. I was only trying to make sure my order was prepared correctly, and I should have been treated with courtesy and respect. This experience has made me hesitant to return to your restaurant or place another order. I hope you will address this matter with the employees involved and take steps to ensure that customers are treated more professionally in the future. read more

It's a very clean place inside and outside. On this occasion, we order some items to-go to share to eat at home. We called in advance about 9:15 pm and let them know we would be here about 9:35 pm ashleyisthebest they close at 10 pm. We got the cashew nut chicken which also had green/red peppers and white rice. Came here on a Tuesday night around 8, it wasn't too busy so we were seated right away. We ordered our usual which was padsee ew, padthai and pineapple fried rice. We also ordered pork skewers for the kids. It has all that you'd expect of Thai food in terms of taste but also has an extensive menu with items you may not see elsewhere, pretty good prices, and actually makes the food spicy. Like really spicy. I'm okay at handling spice and even the medium was too much for me. I feel like other places don't take spice so seriously so if you like spice this is your spot. My family has had Mix Bowl in the past and always enjoy their food. We decided to for a small road trip and have it for dinner. They are located in Pomona on Indian Hill Blvd. Parking should not be an issue, but depending in the time of day in my personal opinion. We get there and we had to wait for us to be seated. The staff member took us to our seat and gave us the menu. Since we knew what we wanted, we ordered: Thai Iced Tea, Pad Thai, Side of steam white rice, Combination Fried Rice and Beef Pad-See-Ewe. Pad Thai comes with: Small rice noodle stir fried with egg, choice of protein, bean sprouts, and green onions. Combination Fried Rice comes with: Fried rice with onion, tomato, egg, chicken, squid, and Shrimp. Pad-See-Ewe comes with: Flat rice noodle scrambled with egg, black soy sauce and Chinese broccoli (choice of beef, chicken or pork. While we were waiting for our order, I was looking at the ambiance on inside and I like that it has a lot of light, especially at night. It's a small restaurant that feels warm and cozy When our order was coming, I could smell and taste the freshness. More importantly, the dishes were hot as soon as they were prepared. Love and enjoyed the combination of flavors and the Thai Tea was just the right drink to top it off. Our overall experience was great and the service received was good. I don't know how this place has so many stars... my first time trying it I got my favorite dish, which is Tom Kha Gai and it was the worst I have ever tasted. It was so salty. I couldn't even eat it and there was barely a few pieces of shrimp in it or anything at all. Yes it was to go. But that shouldn't matter. And it should've been delicious. Like it's supposed to be. My favourite dish that we ordered was the sweet and sour fish. Very generous potion and the fish was hot and crispy. We also like the yellow chicken curry, the combination fried rice, and the wonton soup. In my opinion, this place is a lot better than the popular sa nam luong also located in pomona. We've been getting take out here since we were kids. Today ordered Larb, Pad Thai, Crispy Chicken, and Fried Tofu. Asked for more sauce with jalapeño and they are charging $1.00 per little sauce! Like what?!?! When I got home, realized there were no utensils included, the crispy chicken did not come with a dipping sauce and for four orders they only had one sauce with jalapeños included. There are so many other Thai places to choose from and will not be coming back here. read more

This place is a must when I'm in the area. The food is so good and tasty. The portion is big and the price is cheap compared to other Thai restaurants. My favorite food is the spicy catfish, Kanom Pak kard, and Kai Kua. The service is great and the waitress is nice. The restaurant is clean and the parking lot is big.
