Came back... and it's still so good! Literally made me so happy! Spicy basil chicken and garlic noodles with fired banana...soooooo good

Pad Thai

Thaitwist was the pick for some takeout since I was in the area. I made an order over the phone and was advised to come pick-up within 20 to 25 minutes. I came over a bit after the ETA and it was ready. American Express was accepted as a payment option. I went at around noon on a Saturday and it was a busy plaza. It is located near Costco. For the order, I got Pad Thai with fried tofu and beef satay. Peanut, cucumber, and sauces were included on the side. A lemon was provided in the container. Everything was delicious and had a well balanced flavor. The Pad Thai had a large portion which could easily be for two people. The beef satay had a peanut sauce that was creamy and went well with it.

This is the place to go if you are looking for affordable and authentic Thai food. They have a full Thai food menu, including all your classic dishes like pan fried noodles, noodle soups, curries, salads, and rice dishes, along with vegetarian and vegan options. My husband brought me here for a casual lunch. The lunch specials, available before 3pm on weekdays, include a side of 3 potstickers, which sounds like a great deal, so we had to get 2 lunch specials. I believe that Pad Thai is one of their most popular dishes. The Pad Thai was very flavorful and appetizing. It tasted sweet, tangy, savory, and nutty all at the same time. The thin rice noodles were cooked perfectly and mixed well with all the ingredients. As for the Pad See Ew, I loved the texture of the wide, flat rice noodles. Unlike the Pad Thai, this has a deeper and more savory flavor because of the soy sauce. Beef was the perfect protein to have in this dish. The Chinese broccoli also tasted great. It was nice to eat some pot stickers alongside the noodles. The pot stickers were super crispy and juicy. A sweet and sour sauce was served on the side, but I enjoyed the pot stickers more without the sauce. Solid spot for Thai food. The restaurant is pretty big and spacious, making it great for large groups and even small groups. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely check this place out for a quick meal. They do offer takeout and delivery as well.

Came by on a Wednesday evening and we were seated immediately for a party of 8. Service was attentive and friendly. Ambiance was casual and perfect for a hangout with friends. Beef Pad See Ew was flavorful without being overpowering and portion was generous. Noodles were fresh and cooked perfectly. Would come again to try other dishes! Parking was easy with a shared parking lot with other restaurants.

Took a visit here with my wife for lunch since we haven't had Thai food in a good while. I could always count on Thaitwist on having quality food and this time wasn't any different. Parking here is free and plentiful in a large outdoor lot. Something about this restaurant I like is that there's plenty of space but not too much space. It's perfect for anyone who wants takeout, a quick bite, or dining in. It's moderately clean and has very wood/tropical like decorations, pleasant vibes overall. Only disclaimer is that the prices of menus would change as you can see from the menu adjustments provided in the pictures. We ordered two lunch specials, both came with complimentary pot stickers which were overall tasty, but nothing over the top. 1. Pad Thai Chicken Signature dish, bean sprouts, noodles, peanuts, all great mix of a great pad thai dish. This was no different as the ingredients were super tasty. The sweet & salty flavoring is absolutely perfect, there's not much to say about this dish as it's just super tasty & flavorful. Highly recommend ordering this dish. 2. Pad See Ew Beef Changed the chicken to beef option as our pad thai was chicken. This was just as good as the pad thai. The hints of vegetables definitely makes the dish a bit more "healthy" in a way. Not too salty, and very much a nice compliment to the pad thai. Beef is not too tough and very tender. Overall, Thaitwist is very underrated, decent quality food paired with decent service, nice environment, not much you can go wrong with. Always on the list of restaurants to visit whenever in the area.

This is such a cute spot. The decor is really nice and the staff is so pleasant. Great service here. The food was also delicious. I ordered fried tofu and pad Thai with tofu. Everything was tasty and decently priced as well! I think this place has great Thai food with good value. It was quite enjoyable and I would come back for some good Thai food in Chino Hills especially after class.

My pb buddy and I decided to eat at thaitwist after morning drills. Thaitwist is a modern Thai restaurant at Chino Hills located next to Costco. It's spacious with outside seating and visible second floor. Decor is nice. We have their lunch specials. Pad Thai chicken and yellow curry. Yellow curry is what I have. It comes in a bento, salads, curry, rice, and dumplings for $12.99 Curry is sweet, salads, rice and dumplings are tasty. Portions in the bento is good. Excellent lunch deal. Service is friendly. I highly recommend Thaitwist as lunch spot for available tables & seatings.

Just came in for lunch, but they had great lunch specials. Lots of things on the menu to choose from I had the yellow curry came with rice, salad and dumplings all for $14. Service was fast and the ambience is very nice in here. Plants and orchids all around gives it a cool Thailand vibe!

Green curry with beef

I ordered takeout from here and overall had a solid experience--good flavors, but not quite memorable enough to reach a full five stars. The Pad Thai was definitely the standout. The tamarind was well-balanced--not overly sour--and the noodles arrived impressively separated rather than clumped together, even after sitting for about 30 minutes. Every bite still tasted fresh, and a squeeze of lime really brightened the dish. The green curry had a wonderfully rich coconut aroma and paired perfectly with rice, but the ratio leaned heavily toward vegetables with noticeably little meat. Flavor-wise it was enjoyable, just not as balanced as I prefer. Pick-up took a bit longer than expected, even for a takeout order, though the food was hot and packaged well. Overall, it's a reliably tasty option, but without a standout "wow" moment--so a solid 4 stars from me.

Stopped by on Saturday, 04/19/25 during lunch time. Ordered the following: - 1 satay beef = $14.95 - 1 pad thai (beef) = $14.95 - 1 pad see ew (chicken) = $14.95 - 1 pineapple shrimp fried rice = $16.95 SUBTOTAL = $61.30 TAX (7.75%) = $4.79 TIP = $10 TOTAL = $76.59 Food was fantastic and the overall interiors were spectacular! My parents overall enjoyed everything we ordered. We were a bit thrown off when we saw our stay beef as it wasn't in a stick - it was pretty dry and thus would recommend using the sauces they provided (i.e., peanut sauce, etc.)

4. Yellow Curry Chicken Lunch Special
Ian A.

Thaitwist (Chino Hills) sold affordable and fresh food. I purchased the Yellow Curry Chicken Lunch Special ($11.95) and Thai Iced Tea ($5.50). The food's portion is filling; however, the Yellow Curry Chicken Lunch Special tastes unremarkable. Chicken is bland and boiled; curry's potatoes are chewy and dry; and yellow curry is very milky. Thankfully, the yellow curry sauce is well-spiced. Strangely enough, the accompanying salad and pot stickers tasted better than the Yellow Chicken Curry. The salad had crisp, fresh lettuce with a thick, sweet salad dressing. The pot stickers were stuffed and crisp. Yum! Unfortunately, the Thai Iced Tea is extremely generic. Its taste is very similar to canned Thai Tea in a grocery store. The service is business-like. The server is curt and professional. I waited nine minutes and 30 seconds for my orders. I arrived on a weekday (1:40PM). In addition, the Thaitwist (Chino Hills) ambiance is okay. I noticed bits of trash unswept underneath a nearby table; the furniture looked cracked and worn-down; and the location was very quiet. The location was also somewhat clean. [Honorable Mention: Since this review, I had also tasted their Southern Sea Fried Rice ($15.95). It was DELICIOUS. Very fresh and flavorful.] Overall, Thaitwist (Chino Hills) is an okay experience. The food is good-value and filling. If I ever return, I would only order the Southern Sea Fried Rice. 3.5/5

It's located super conveniently in Chino Hills Crossings near Costco and we were seated right away for a party of two. Really fast service and our waitress was very attentive to how we liked our pad thai with the peanuts and bean sprouts. The portions were also really big and we had leftovers.

Some of their dishes seem more unique, but I have yet to try them. So far I've been sticking with my staple - pad kee mao (drunken noodles). They do a great job with this dish and I've gotten it a few times already. They offer it with ground chicken, which is a plus for me since not all places have it. For what it's worth, others in my party ordered the pad see ew and shrimp fried rice, which they also enjoyed. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. Looking forward to many more visits. Maybe one day I'll venture out and try some of their other dishes - which all look amazing.

We ordered $200 of food including tip, which we thought was not bad for everything that we got to try. We ordered pork jerky, fried fish with apple salad, shrimp pad thai, papaya salad, seafood tom yum, 2 servings of rice, 2 desserts, and 4 drinks. The confusing and rather disappointing thing is they brought out seafood 7 seas soup even though we ordered seafood tom yum. Instead of remaking it, the kitchen seasoned it and brought it back out and I have to say it didn't taste like the good tom yum soup I had the previous time I was there. They definitely took a shortcut in remaking that dish and it didn't come out right. We paid nearly $30 for that soup. After we informed them about the mistake with the soup, service wasn't as good anymore. For instance, one of my guests noticed that when we asked for napkins and utensils, the worker handing it to us would move her hand extremely close across my face while dropping off the utensils. I was busy talking so I didn't notice but I was told it happened at least two times. When we paid and left, the workers that night didn't bother to say goodbye or give thanks. That's unfortunate because I've had better experience here and I actually think their food is overall good.
