Very calm and soothing ambiance with spa like music. Service was friendly and fast. We enjoyed the tofu pad woon sen, duck noodle soup and glass noodle salad. Everything was so fresh, tasty and homey. Will definitely be coming back and bringing more family so we can try more dishes!

Decided to try something new today, the "Pineapple Fried Rice" since my absolute go-to here is usually the Pad Thai. It was good, but I think the Pad Thai still remains my fave lol. I also really appreciated how fast our group was served and how attentive they were with refilling our drinks. It felt like my cup was always full haha.

Ivory thai is truly a hidden gem in Upland. Their lunch specials are fantastic--great portions, delicious flavors, and an amazing value. The restaurant itself is spotless, and you can tell how much care they put into every detail. The owner is incredibly sweet and welcoming, which makes the dining experience even better. I tried the Massaman curry, and it was absolutely spectacular--rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Definitely a must-try! They also have live music every Friday, which adds such a fun and cozy vibe to the place. If you're looking for great Thai food with warm service and a super clean atmosphere, Ivy Thani should be at the top of your list! Tons of parking!

Summary: Thai ivory has fantastic flavors, decor, and service. But for portions and value, overpriced Thai ivory is a lovely little restaurant with Thai inspired decor. Walking into this place genuinely called back to my experience in Thailand resorts from years before, and the care the owners put into their restaurants ambiance and decor are of a similarly high level. I was immediately impressed with how lovely the interior was, it is a fantastic spot for a dinner date, or friends/family night out. Service was superb. The host takes pride in his restaurant and culture and it shows. He had a neat and professional vest, button down shirt, and was very put together. He greeted us with a smile, answered questions, and made us feel welcome though we had never been here before. Though English isn't his first language, he gladly communicated flavors and cuisine to us, and even pointed out his authentic Thai basil that Americans couldn't handle (lol). Everything was very quick, I don't think we were there longer than 20 minutes in total. Flavor wise, the food is fantastic. Every dish was aromatic and rich in spices and herbal flavors. If you want tasty Thai flavors, this is the spot. HOWEVER. I am dissatisfied in their portion sizes and actual content of their dishes. For 50$, I feel as though the quantity of the whole dish, as well as the amount of proteins (e.g. chicken, beef, pork) that were in each dish are far too low to justify the cost. Our green curry and pad Thai had maybe 3-5 pieces of meat in them at all. Though the flavors were great, I walked away from the meal highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Considering the amount of care displayed in the decor and service, I wrongly assumed the chefs would want the customer to feel like they've eaten a meal as well. And at the end of the day, I go to a restaurant to eat food. I'd rather eat on the side of the street if it meant tasty food of good value. Which means Thai ivory hit only 50% of that requirement. Not worth my money. 3/5. +1 star if they can fix their portion sizes.

Broth, an egg roll, a small salad, and chicken with vegetables and rice.

So happy we tried this little gem. The Thai décor was warm and inviting, the welcome and the service was very friendly. My friend and I both ordered off the lunch menu. We both had an amazing cup of broth, an egg roll and a small salad with peanut dressing to start, delicious. I had pork with Panang curry and a bowl of rice, every spoonful was a flavorful bomb in my mouth. My friend had chicken with vegetables and was equally full of flavor. I can't wait to bring my wife here. This restaurant is not just a one time visit.

I treated my daughter and myself to this wonderful local place. Always such a clean restaurant. We started off with a Thai Iced Tea and 6 Crab Rangoon as an Appetizer. Love the orange dip sauce and small crispy noodles. She ordered the Rama Chicken which has a great peanut sauce. I got the Chicken Pad See Ewe. Both excellent choices! A guy was playing soft live music in background and they have great table service here. A simple, beautiful place to eat! We will be back again soon!

Ordered their Veggie Egg Rolls and Chicken Pad See Ew for lunch. Portions were great. The egg rolls were crispy and flavorful. The pad see ew was pretty good. The noodles weren't mushy and there was a decent amount of chicken. It was a pretty solid meal.

    Pork fried rice.

I ordered a bbq pork fried rice and was excited to have for my late lunch but got disappointed when I got a wrong order. I immediately called the resto to ask about it but instead of saying oh yeah we Made a mistake the owner or manager said thats how the pork bbq fried rice is! Nope its not! The picture on the menu says different vs the one I got. And too much cilantro or whatever it is in there. Totally disappointed.

My Pad Thai looks orange, not edible.Never had pad Thai this bad before. This was my first time trying this place, very disappointed.people were nice tho.

Was craving some good Thai food so I went and tried this place with my mom and it was so so good. Every time I go and get Thai food I always get spring rolls and this place hands down had the BEST spring rolls. I also got the chicken pho and it was huge and super delicious. Also, everything was extremely fresh it was amazing. The service was so amazing too, staff was so nice and welcoming. Also, the place from the inside is so calming and cute! They also offer live music on the weekends, but we didn't get to see that cuz we went on a Wednesday. Anyway yeah I recommend!

My wife has never really had Thai food and they answered all her question no problem. Our first time in, we had the shrimp pad see ew and my wife got the drunken noodles. We also had their tofu egg rolls to start and they were great! Each table had a really cool little service "bowl?" with four types of authentic hot sauce. They also ask you when u order the "level" of spice u want for each dish which is awesome. It's not a one spice fits all place! We both also fell in love with the Thai tea. Not the milky stuff but regular unsweetened Thai tea, so good! We stopped by again to try some soups on a rainy day and they were great. Not just pho but they have some great soups for the curious eaters. We had one with coconut milk and one that had mint and spices. We've ordered take out and stopped by for dinner a dozen times. Always great food, friendly people, and great service. This is our new go-to Thai restaurant in the Upland area.

The dishes are vibrant, fresh, and full of nuanced flavors. Must-try items include the mini puffs/veggie puffs, any or all of the curries, the fried rice (best fried rice I've ever had), pad thai, and the thai iced tea. The complimentary starter salad is always incredibly crisp and again freshness is the name of the game here, with a beautiful housemade sweet-and-savory ginger dressing that I may be slightly obsessed with. There was about a 40-minute wait for the food, so be prepared if you're coming during a busy time. Once it arrived, the pad see ew was a bit on the bland side at first, but adding some chili powder really brought it to life and made a big difference. The highlight of the meal was definitely the pork ribs--they were super tender and practically fell off the bone. The sauce they came with was absolutely amazing and packed with flavor. Overall, great service and some standout dishes--just a little patience (and maybe some extra seasoning) goes a long way here
