Red Curry with Shrimp
Amanda T.

This is a very cute Thai restaurant. Nice decor, very clean and their service was very friendly. We had a group of 9 and all of the food came out in a fashionable time. I ordered the Red Shrimp Curry and a Thai iced tea. The curry had a really nice depth of flavor. I enjoy spicy food, I ordered a 3 out of 5, but I think next time I would order a 4. The Thai Iced tea was a little on the sweet side but tasted great! Looking forward to eating here again!

I'm usually not a fan of Thai food but this place was amazing. We got the pad Thai without peanuts and the red curry with a duck. The taste of the curry was absolutely amazing. Not only can you taste the coconut you could taste all the spices only thing would've liked to have was the deck being a little bit more tender, but absolutely everything else was phenomenal. The pad Thai had a nice sweet and savory taste to it we got a shrimp it definitely elevated the flavor, bringing the dish together. Service was good very fast in the ambience was so quiet and cozy. Definitely a good meal for a cold winter day and last but not least we got dessert which was the mangoes, sticky rice and this was the best mango sticky rice. I've had in a while. It came out piping hot. The mango was fresh The rice was creamy. This is a very good spot for a date night. Portions are good. I would highly recommend this spot

Casual Thai dining. Bring your appetite. We always order lots of food. We first had the papaya salad that was delicious. Thai iced tea as week as passion fruit juice. Then the main dishes (tofu red curry, eggplant stir fry, crab fried rice) And of course the mango sticky rice. Food is always great. Flavors just explode. Do not ask for it to be spicy... it will be too spicy. Family run, slower service so be patient. But worth it.

I love this place for takeout. Eating in is cool too. Small intimate restaurant not too loud. Food is amazing and spicy if you ask for spicy. good size portions. Food was ready when I arrived and packaged well. Woman was friendly.

Another great Thai joint I'm happy to report! The restaurant itself is well decorated and inviting. The food is fantastic! For you spice lovers I warn you, medium is already pretty spicy. I went with a little extra spice on the side. The server was very nice! She even setup a space heater for us for an added touch. Would definitely return

Friday evening driving through Danbury and started craving Thai food, so a quick Yelp search provided me with this highly rated Thai Restaurant. The place is in a small strip mall, next to a Chinese takeout place. I was able ti find parking right in front and the restaurant itself is divided into two halves, one for dining ad the other for takeout. The dining area is very cute, about seven tables for patrons and one that has a bunch of plants sitting on it, which provides a nice effect. We ordered the Drunken noodles, which per my daughter were the best she had ever had. They weren't greasy, nor overwhelming with ingredients. Vegetables were fresh and the chicken very nicely done. I had order the Spicy Thai basil with Chicken and Shrimp which was also pretty flavorful, though not as spicy as I would have expected. The staff is very attentive, always looking to see if you needed more water, though they never asked if we needed any desserts or anything else at the end. Good friendly place, with really good Thai food. Will definitely repeat.

Situated in a shopping plaza, it was easy to find. Plenty of parking and their dining room is pretty. I ordered the beef pad see ew and my husband had the pork fried rice. For appetizer, we got the shrimp egg rolls (5). Was a bit surprised when it arrived because it was literally shrimp wrapped and then fried. Was thinking more around the way of small thin egg rolls. Tasted good though. Both dishes when presented, were big. My dish was excellent! Best pad see ew yet! Good bit of vegetables and the beef was tender. Hubby said his was good but not spicy. Told him he didn't order 'spicy', lol. We'll just have to go back and pick 'spicy'! Place had a nice ambience, despite being in a shopping plaza. The dining area looks new. Plenty of space. Waitress was nice and attentive. Will definitely be back. Definitely recommend to everyone!

We had the Tom Khar Soup, Chicken Satay, Phai Thai Chicken and Shrimp with garlic and peppers. Every thing was wonderful. The kitchen was humming along as they were very busy with sitdown and take out service. We noticed a few regulars on a Friday night who truly enjoy thos restaurant so we were excited to have dinner. Waitress was terrific...she read our minds that we wanted to share the soup. So happy to have found this lovely local favorite on a busy street in Danbury.

Such a unique, creative, vibrant spot right on the water in Carmel! Loved all the unusual dishes…read morethat you can't find elsewhere - delicious tapioca dumplings with cilantro, pad thai chicken wings, some kind of crunchy, coconut chicken noodle dish, fried banana rolls. They even have themed trivia Monday nights and great board games to play (loved playing the relationships card game). Tons of Thai tea and bubble tea options, too. Can't wait to come back. 5 stars!!!

The ambiance is very modern and colorful, with brightly colored walls and murals and really nice family photos and thai decorations up making it authentically thai-american. My favorite dishes here are the guay chai appetizers-- which are fried, deeply savory and chewy-- and their pad see ew which has a umami, wok hei flavor and a silky texture on the rice noodles. My only note is that sometimes the rice noodles come pretty broken up in pieces from the stir fry. Their red curry and pad Thai are also great, very flavorful with a fair portion. I appreciate how now they give you a spice rack to self-customize your spice level instead of relying on the kitchen. I only recently realized how GOOD their drinks are too. By far the best matcha lattes in Putnam county, as a matcha lover I like how you can really taste the matcha rather than just the milk. Their cocktails during golden hour are also amazing, and extremely creative. They also host events like trivia nights and open mics that I would love to attend one day. Thai golden has really set themselves up to be a wonderful hangout spot, and a nice third space to be a part of the community in. Great food, drinks, and vibes all around.

The place had a really nice and chill vibe, really nice decor and a great spot for a somewhat nice lunch. They were serving their lunch menu and I ended up getting the mussels pad Thai, and a chicken curry puff appetizer and a Thai tea. The Thai tea was solid, and the chicken curry puffs were very good. But the stand out was the pad Thai. I've never had a creamy pad Thai and this was amazing. So flavorful. I didn't know what to expect with the mussels but I loved the mussels in the shell and it added a great flavor to the dish! I will definitely be coming back again to order this, and try some of their other items!

This place was huge inside. Very dark…read more Lychee soda: NOT CARBONATED. Disappointing. 2/10 Thai Iced Tea: extremely sweet and too much cream. 2/10 Crab Fried Rice: a dish they are known for. They don't skimp on the crab or egg. The rice is made with butterfly pea tea to color it blue. That was fun. It was a wok-y flavor and overall solid. Something that was concerning, was that the cilantro lime sauce helped the fried rice A TON. and I think that if you can't eat something without a sauce then it's kinda a sign that it's not the best... for $28, I would not get it again. This was the only dish we ate. 7/10 Tom Yum Shrimp: the entree size had peanuts but the appetizer didn't. Weird. This was by far, the WORST tom yum i have ever tasted in my life. It was sweet. No sour from the tamarind. No tomato flavor. No lime. Only sweet. What in the world????? 0/10 Drunk Man Noodles: no flavor except spicy. Missing MSG, wok flavor, soy sauce, sugar, literally anything. Still edible but we barely touched it. 2/10
