    Pad Thai
    Steve N.

Two of us came in for lunch and just felt like Thai so we both ordered a Pad Thai with some Spring Rolls. The food was quite good but not the best Pad Thai I have ever had. That honour goes to the Queen Mother's Cafe in Toronto. Pleasant service and wouleat here again. Ordinary decor.

I have uploaded 7 pages full menu, please take a look before you enter! The price is extremely expensive! A beef pho cost around $25, soft shell crab is $30! We wanted to ordered multiple appetizers but they make everyone in our party order an entrée. Theres no sign that says that! There were only one party during lunch, which is us. We ended up go to Del Taco the fast food store across the street and got 2 burritos for $7 and 2 free tacos for downloading their app haha!! Saved almost $100 bucks lol!

Love how large of a vegan menu they had. The dish was delicious (but it was a bit too greasy). Otherwise, the veggies were fresh and it was very flavorful. A great option if you have vegan friends!

Don't let the strip mall and basic decorating fool you, this place has delicious food. When you first walk in the entrance is blocked with tables but as soon as they hear the chimes someone comes out to move them for you to enter. We stopped for a quick lunch and only ordered 2 items. We couldn't decide which we liked the most and traded back and forth. The noodles were glazed with a soy coating, and the vegetables were bright and fresh. The pineapple fried rice was heavily curry spiced but in a good way. I love curry and my husband hates it but we both enjoyed this dish. Lots of chicken, pork, beef and shrimp. The portions were both large. Covid protocols were very much in place.

This was one of the best Thai foods that I've had in the US. Definitely recommend because of the amazing taste, quick service and friendly server! The Thai iced tea was great as well. Pad Thai was a little sweet and was missing peanuts but the Green curry was literally amazing! They took note of our vegetarian and no-egg restrictions and the food was prepared carefully with no complaints!

Thai Silk knows how to noodle! We got tempura tofu, vegan pad see ew, cashew hot wok, and fire ramen. Each dish was so delicious, and the noodles were cooked perfectly! 100% recommend their vegan menu

Smaller portion for $10 soup and a couple of chicken pieces and 3 mushrooms.

Worst Thai food ever. I ordered via UberEats. When I receive the food, the portion of the soup was tiny for $10 and was the worst Tom Kha. A couple of pieces of chicken with 3 mushrooms half's , and no flavor at all. The pad Thai was cold and no flavor. Go elsewhere, not worth for $46.

    Spring Rolls and Crab Rangoon

The food here was good! My favorite thing off the menu is their spring rolls - they weren't too crunchy and they're freshly fried every time you order. One of the great things is that they have Vegan options!! The server was great! The atmosphere was quiet the time we went. I give it four stars only because I believed some of the dishes were too pricey. However my boyfriend and I with a couple of appetizers only ordered one entree, which we both shared, and we were full by the end of our meal. Would come back again but mostly for their appetizers.

Awful representation of Thai thum yung. Tastes like greasy water doesn't have any lemon grass.

Bad and sad tasting. Supposed to be thum young koong. Fit for garbage! Not fit to be called Thai

    Cute presentation! (Chicken satay)

This Thai restaurant is located in the most unappealing of places -- near Office Depot. Good thing we consulted the yelp reviews or we wouldn't have found this place. Inside the restaurant is very dim, so use your smartphones/cellphones to provide lighting.( Haha!) Kidding aside, we ordered a couple of dishes to share: papaya salad, chicken satay with peanut sauce, pad ka prow and tom yum soup. I was starting to develop a cold and the soup really helped me feel a bit better. It was plenty spicy which I enjoyed (i.e. runny nose and everything!) This place seems pretty authentic and you can specify the spice level whether mild, medium, hot or Thai hot. We ordered everything medium because the bf and I can't hang with spicy food, but the refreshingly cold Thai iced tea helped balance things out. Everything was done well. We also tried their sticky rice served with coconut ice cream. Take me to Bangkok already! ;-) Superb service and always with a smile.

They treat you like a guest in their home and it really makes me happy to feel so welcomed. They always give you little treats at the beginning and end of your meal which is something nowhere else still does! But more importantly the food is top notch!!! This IS the best panang in Orlando, I will not argue with you, it just is. She makes a pineapple tea that I sit around and think about on cold nights, lol. She does not sell it though, it is only an after dinner treat for dine in guests. So I recommend you take an hour, pull up a seat and let auntie take you on a trip to Thailand!

This place hurts my heart because the two people working there seemed so stressed and sad. They should be living it up not serving rotten food. The health dept should get involved here. It's unsanitary and all around just not ok.

Not only did they seamlessly handle our larger group with ease but they offered excellent service paired with amazing food and drinks all delivered in a timely fashion. Be reminded that the tip is already included with large groups. Talay is a Thai cuisine restaurant and the gorgeous interior matches the elevated menu. I was immediately in awe of the gorgeous interior design featuring wooden accents and furniture, neutral color tones and soft lighting. I felt like I was in Thailand at a resort on the beach. For drinks every single person had something visually pleasing and equally delicious. My drink was the Gimme Guava which is Vodka, plum syrup, guava and lime. It's a bit pricier for the quantity but worth it for the quality and presentation. For food they do have a seafood forward Thai menu but I stuck to a classic and got the Keaw Wan Gai which is white meat chicken in green curry, bamboo shoots, bell peppers, Thai basil, coconut milk. It was delicious and the portion was very fair sized in my opinion. Every single dish on our table was beautiful and each person LOVED their dish. I think it's really great that my vegan friend had delicious options as well. He ordered the Por Pia Tod which was spring rolls and they were delicious. He also got some type of grilled tofu and let me just say it was tasty and cooked to perfection. Overall it was a excellent experience and I am so excited to come back and try other dishes. This is the perfect spot for a date night, special celebration or a lovely lunch.

Service was very friendly and attentive. Since it was my first time at this restaurant, I chose to go with the Pad Thai as I use this dish as a baseline test of Thai restaurants. Honestly, the dish was just OK, and was on the blander side of flavor. But I could tell that the ingredients were fresh. The spice did match the "medium" that I ordered. I will come back though, to try other dishes to have a more educated opinion.
