Great little spot for Asian food near our hotel. Got into Orlando in the early evening but was pretty late by the time we checked into our hotel and after getting essentials at the local Publix. Ended up picking up food to go which seemed the thing to do because a bunch of people were doing the same. Got the Fried Chicken with Shrimp fried rice combo which was legit. Wife got the pepper steak and chicken fried rice combo which was good, not great. Also got a large egg drop soup which could have used a little bit of seasoning but hit the spot nonetheless. Best move by this business was putting chicken nuggets and fries as appetizers. My kids are picky so they had those and deep fried dumplings. Nuggets are very reminiscent of McD's but not sitting out for forever. Smart move knowing a lot of visitors in hotels around. Even though a lot of people coming in for take out orders they churn out orders pretty efficient and quick. Did DoorDash delivery. Prices seem to be on the higher side for Chinese takeout but it may have to do with it being in the international drive area. Ordered the general tso's combo with chicken fried rice and an egg roll, krab rangoon, and salmon sushi burrito. General tso's combo was a hefty amount of food, could probably feed 1 1/2 people. I think we got an extra order of rangoons which were super crispy! They don't have much filling in them but we're still very good. Salmon sushi burrito was AMAZING. Not bad for fast food chinese, the service was wonderful and the prices are not bad considering it's a tourist town in Orlando. My only complaint is that it's not a traditional sit down restaurant but again it's not bad. The food was fresh and piping hot and it was about average. I liked the fact that it didn't have any or much msg in it. I can usually tell with the first taste but not here. We ordered 5 meals and 5 beverages and it was about $80 which I spent on two meals at the hibachi restaurant the other night and here we received a lot of food, enough for leftovers. Stopped by here for a quick lunch, ended up getting 2 rolls and a sushi burrito. The rolls were good and the fish was fresh. The sushi burrito could have used more fish but the filling overall was tasty and the spicy mayo fit it really well. I really liked that they used solid chunks of tuna in the burrito rather than negitoro (or tuna mince). The place is not too big but big enough to seat about 20 people if you want to eat in. Service was great and the sound of the chef(s) preparing your order behind the curtain was pleasant to hear! It actually had chunks of crab inside which I'm not a huge fan of I'm more of a cream cheese puff fan. While in the area my BFF and I decided to stop in for some quick Asian food to end our very long day of cheer competition. When you walk in you will notice the limited seating but blasting cool air too to cool you down on those muggy Orlando nights. Menu was straight forward and I opted for a veggie dinner bowl over steamed rice and it was delicious! Whatever brown sauce they use to saute the vegetables was fantastic! I also give them props for switching their pork egg roll for a spring roll as we did not eat pork products. However they lost a star for not providing us with any eating utensils or napkins. It may not seem like a big deal if you're ordering delivery to your home where you can easily go to your kitchen and get forks to eat with. But we were staying at a hotel with no eating utensils so this was a huge deal for us. This is too basic of a necessity for a food establishment to miss. read more
