Not very good. The food was mediocre, the shrimp tempura was inedible. Won't be back.

Got the grilled chicken & steak, which was solid. The grilled chicken had a great char flavor, while the steak tasted like something you'd eat at a hibachi restaurant. The fried rice wasn't oily or dry, best part was how's the portion was. Got a side of 6 piece gyoza which was meat and vegetable filled; that was also non oily and fried just right. Took about 7-8 minutes for the order to come out which was a fast then around. Plenty of room for dining & facilities were pretty clean. They also have other menu items like bubble teas and ramen. Definitely a diverse menu, will certainly be back.

The atmosphere looks nice, if a tad plain. But some of the tables had to be scooted out to get into the seat and they were heavy on a granite floor so loud screeching accompanied the otherwise silent room. Fast food style service and the annoying receipt signing which fast food shouldn't have was present. Also, the toilet wouldn't flush. All over, I'm not sure it really earned the star I gave it.

I'm vegan so I can't speak about how good the non-vegan food is here. Normally I'm wary about…read moreeating vegan food at non-vegan restaurants, but I noticed that they have written on the menu something that says they can make most dishes vegetarian or vegan.... Because of this I felt reasonably confident that they understood what "vegan" means and would be able to accommodate me. Well things didn't start out great as we asked our server about vegan options and they didn't seem to know what could be made vegan. We asked about the "wok favorites" on the menu (you can choose marinated tofu as an option) and were told after we ordered that the marinated tofu could not be made vegan. So about half the menu we'd been eyeing was not available for us at that point. I ordered a noodle dish with plain tofu (the only vegan protein available). I made it clear that I would like the dish to be vegan and it came out made with eggs. They remade it for me, but it just wasn't good. Wasn't good before they remade it when I took a bite and realized it had egg and wasn't good when it was remade. The noodles were way over cooked and slimy and the flavor wasn't great. Disappointed with this place in every way and would not return. And on top of everything else it's way too expensive for the quality of food.

I always try to give a restaurant at least twice before leaving a less than stellar review. Well…read morenow I've tried them a couple of times and I'm still not impressed. The food is okay, not great. The service a bit of a mess, the ambiance is okay. Our table ordered Drunken Noodle which was good, red curry and green curry. We also had a coconut soup and an order of baby egg rolls. My favorite part of the meal was the baby egg rolls and that's kinda sad. My companions ordered Thai teas and I got sweet tea which my tea was fine. Hubby's drunken noodle was actually pretty good. My green curry (with tofu) was fine but the rice was mushy. We also got a mango sticky rice for dessert but it seemed the rice was leftover from yesterday maybe. I wish I had better remarks but again, this is not my first visit and I had similar complaints the first time. As far as service, the servers were nice enough and I think for the volume of patrons they were doing okay but it still was a bit of a mess. They were doubling the work trying to cover all tables when maybe they should've had separate sections. I think that would've quelled some of the overlap like both servers working to refill my tea and by the time one had, the other was coming with the pitcher. This next part is the fault of the kitchen. I watched table after table get served their dishes scattered, where one person would get theirs while the others at the table were waiting for theirs to come. Some would wait for the others to be served but some would go ahead and start eating ahead of their party. This happened the last time I was there as well. That needs to be tightened up. Personally, I wouldn't go back. The experience was a bit of a drag. We regretted ordering dessert as it took so long to come and we were antsy to get out of there by the time it came. The food was good enough but it could've been so much better and the service stayed afloat but certainly could be better.
