Great service and delicious food at Thai Tasty! This restaurant is in a convenient location and has plenty of parking. It is impeccably clean, neat and organized. The service is great and food is promptly prepared and served. We ordered Phō. It was a generous sized serving and absolutely scrumptious! Our server was knowledgeable and professional. Our entire experience at Thai Tasty was excellent and we will be returning again!

The Laotian curry noodle soup, all the larbs and larb adjacent dishes, the tapioca balls etc are fantastic and unique. If you like spicy, they do it for real here. I can eat almost anything and normally order maximum heat level wherever I go, but 4/5 is all I'm willing to go here. It's the real deal. They even sell their own home made chile powders and sauces (cash only for the condiments). They have a full bar, and the service is friendly. Looks like a family run place with the younger people in the front of the house and a kitchen full of grandmotherly women. As it should be.

Restaurant felt like a local neighborhood spot for local families to come in and have dinner. About 9-10 tables. I called ahead and informed them that we had a party of 7-8 coming in. The front desk guy was super cool! Great customer service. He accommodated us and things were set up quick. He said over the phone he would take care of us and he did. Appreciate you! Food 4/5 - it was my first time having Nam Khao at a restaurant. Other previous times have been home made. I'm not sure how I feel about paying $19 for this dish lol it was a good portion but a little hefty. The wings were good but I still prefer Simply Khmer. My wife had pad thai and requested it to be extra spicy. In our experience at other restaurants, when you ask for spicy, it's never spicy. Lanxang does it spicy and we quickly figure that out lol it still packed a good punch of flavor! Overall, I would come back to try their other dishes. I want to try their papaya salad and boat noodle soup. Will definitely come back!

We all gos our drinks and placed our orders in and my daughter and mother in law got their food. Papaya salad and chicken skin. The chicken skin was amazing especially with the sauce. Really enjoyed the sticky rice which looks hard but isn't. I ordered the Pad Kra Pao with pork but Pho came in and I told them we didn't ordered that. Then an order of crab Rangoons came which we didn't order and we list let it sit on our table and about 10 min went by and we decided to eat it since I was getting hungry. I sat there for about an hour waiting for my food then the owner came out to show me what she wrote down and we crossed everything off that came then she said it would be coming out. Another 20 min pass and they deliver my food which was wrong again lol... I laughed it off because I know they're trying but I didn't send it back since I was getting hangry. All the food was great, they just need to get a better system from taking orders and getting those orders to the chef and brining the items to the correct table. To top it off, she gave us our recipe and that was all wrong as well. Like I said the food is amazing just getting what you ordered was the hard part. I hope to give this place a try but not sure yet.

You can tell a lot of heart goes into the cooking here. On top of that, the staff is wonderful -- friendly and genuinely welcoming, which always makes us feel valued as guests. Unfortunately, I have to rate my current experience four out of five stars due to an issue that significantly impacted our meal. While we were eating, there were cockroaches crawling on the wall near us, which was extremely unsettling and completely tainted the experience. It made it very difficult to continue enjoying our food, despite how delicious it was. I say this with sincerity: if the restaurant can fully address the cleanliness concerns, including any cockroach or rodent issues, I truly believe this place can return to being a solid five-star restaurant. The food and the people are already there -- it just needs that final, crucial piece to match the quality of everything else.

Though they advertise they serve both Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, you won't find boat noodle soup or khao soi here for Thai food. I typically get their bun bo hue and it's good every time. Service is pretty quick and staff is always nice.

It was also, apparently, less salty, presumably for the same reason. The amount of kimchi in the "sample" was so plentiful as to almost fill up the mini cup we used for takeout. They have a large selection of vegetarian and vegan food, as well as some gluten free items, though they lack the staff and kitchen size to accommodate celiacs, so it's really more of use for people on elimination diets or with poor digestive capabilities. The owner had prior training in Italian cuisine, which is the reason such food is on the menu, and while neither my father nor I had occasion to try it, it is apparently a passion of the chef's, and the shared discussion of their mutual interest in Italian cooking may be the reason my father was given a free "sample" of kimchi, which was larger than the paid order of kimchi at most other restaurants. The food portions, in general, are massive, with the leftovers of an order of wonton soup not fitting in a to-go canister, with other orders being similarly large. Their jasmine tea is unusual for its slight fruity flavor, and ability to "overbrew" without becoming bitter, instead maintaining its delicate flavor. Each table has condiments, which in addition to including the "normal" chili crisp, and fish sauce often found at Asian restaurants that provide table condiments, have the more western pepper grinder, as well as garlic salt. Curiously, there is no "normal" salt as often found at western restaurants, though bottles of sriracha are found at every table. Perhaps the garlic salt and sriracha are the restaurant's "unique twist"?

Still excellent, still sweet (though now more noticeably spicy too), and still important to remind that the dishes here are not necessarily attempting authentic cuisine of specific regions (even though specific dishes are named), but more of a freestyle approach. The wings have improved in recent visits. More plump, more crisp, more juice, more flavor. Still good value. Still a little weak on the service (more about being young, unfocused and lacking initiative than anything approaching rudeness). Still highly recommended.

Normally, pad Thai is my litmus test at a new restaurant. Safe. Predictable. But not today. Khao Moo Grob was calling my name, and I never say no to crispy crackling pork. Ever. Good choice. This dish absolutely delivered. Deeply comforting, rich, and soulful--the kind of plate that feels like it came from a home kitchen, not a menu. You don't make food like this without some kind of Thai grandma quietly running the show in the back. I was also talked into the curry puff, which they only make in limited quantities daily. The filling? Not my favorite. But the puff pastry itself? Buttery, impossibly flaky, and executed to perfection. Honestly, they could've filled it with sand and I still would've finished it. Inside lighting could be a little brighter. The food was delicious, the cooking was refined. What I mean is that a lot of times, the sliced chicken, beef, or pork were unevenly cut in other Thai restaurants, most of the times they were thick and became a bit chewy. Not at Thai Elephant, I found all the chicken and pork slices were consistently thinly sliced, thus the sauce and spice completely penetrated the protein. Here is what we had: Tom Yum soap with chicken (5 *) - perfectly cooked, the chicken slices were sliced thin and easy to eat (almost melt in your mouth). The sourness was perfect to stir up your palate. Won Ton soup (4 *) - broth was just a bit salty. Love the tiny baby bak choy, the won tons were bouncy and meaty. Thai rolls vegetable filling (5 *) - crispy and not greasy at all. Golden Bags (5 *) - crispy and not grasy, the fillings inside was delightful, not overly spiced, you can taste each individual vegetable inside. This is the best surprise of the night. My wife loved this dish. Drunken Noodles with Chicken (4.5 *) - love the sweet dark soy sauce, again the chicken slices soaked up the sauce and all the veggies were cooked perfectly, broccolis were crunchy, carrots were firm. My wife wanted 0 spice level in this dish, bummer. Panang Curry with Pork (4.5 *) - perfectly cooked, veggies were crunchy and the pork slices were sliced thinly, soaking up the curry. The medium heat could be a little more spicy, that's my only negative comment. Overall, the food and service was excellent. We'll be back, and bring friends.
