The food was delicious. I had the mango curry and it was perfectly made. My husband had the pad Thai with brown sauce and it was quite tasty as well. I used to come to Thai Thai several times and the service was pretty good. The past few times it has not been good and the curry dishes lacked some what as well and the prices have been pretty high. Today our whole family went there and we got treated pretty mean by this waitress from the get go. We have a one year old and we asked for a high chair. When the high chair was brought in, my wife asked he it could be wiped down. The waitress immediately told us that we should wipe it ourselves or bring out own high chair. WTF! Then we ordered. Everything went ok for a while. The red curry was ok but not that great. Later on, the waitress told our 12 year old to pick up the rice that was spilled on the floor under the table. She was basically treating her like she was her daughter at her home! Overall, we felt uncomfortable and might never go back there. Too bad, we used to like this place. read more

This was my first visit and will be my last. I came in for something to go and decided on soup. I had a beer, which was ice cold, employees were nice. Then I waited...After 30 minutes, I asked about my order. I considered this a reasonable time to wait for a bowl of soup. The man I asked told me the food was made to order and this was not " hot and ready". How incredibly ugly and totally uncalled for. When I complained to another employee, he blew me off. I've worked in restaurants and cook thai food myself. So I know that prep work includes ingredients for your dishes. Even if they had to go pick the damn mushrooms, it shouldn't have taken 30 minutes for a bowl of soup. And it is NEVER acceptable to be that ugly. To top it off, the soup was not worth it. Run. This Thai Thai is not even in the same ballpark as the Thai Thai in Cocoa Village. They were busy when we arrived, but that is no excuse for the poor customer service. Once we were seated, it took over 10 minutes to take our drink and appetizer orders. We ordered two seaweed salads and edamame. The edamame arrived cold and the server gave one of our beers to the 12 year old in our party. My beef pad Thai arrived first and it wasn't bad, but it took another 15 minutes for the first seaweed salad to arrive. By that time, my entree was getting cold so I decided to start eating. We ordered a makin bacon roll and a shrimp tempura roll, but received a mango tango roll and some other roll we couldn't identify. We decided to keep them because no one wanted to wait another 20 minutes for the correct ones and I had already finished my dish. The second seaweed salad never did arrive even after asking multiple times. The couple seated next to us had been there before we arrived and were still waiting for their orders when we were finished. We asked to speak to a manager and she was very apologetic. She offered to comp some of our bill, but I declined and paid for what we received. I did not leave a tip as I didn't feel one had been earned and I indicated so on my receipt when I signed it. When I checked my bank account this morning, the charge was in excess of what I had authorized. I have left a message and I'm waiting for a return call. I plan on returning to rectify this, but I will NEVER eat at this establishment again. read more

**i have only ever had their sushi so my rating is based off that.** since moving to Brevard I have had sushi at many different locations. This is definitely one of the best places I personally have been to. I have never had a fishy roll here, presentation is always nice and I really can't say enough. If you are looking for a presentation that looks like art you're probably not going to find that here but everything we have had was visually appealing. The food from the kitchen never disappoints, the sushi is outstanding, the servers are attentive and always greet my husband by name (he's the one who sometimes places to go orders). We've been going there for years. Super nice experience every time. Large salt water fish tank in center of seating area containing half-booths (booth on one side and chairs on other) and regular tables. For larger parties, there are a couple of slightly more secluded seating areas. Take-out is always well packaged with cardboard dividers for stability and plastic bags to keep things from spilling into your vehicle. Definitely recommend this place. (Have eaten at three of them in the area, but mostly at this location.) Place is clean, but it may be time to start thinking about re-doing the upholstery and whatnot. Does not deter from the experience of the food, though. read more

Waitress came and asked us what we wanted after being there for only a few minutes and when my b/f told her to give us just a few more minutes she blatantly rolled her eyes and walked away. Another waitress came back to take our order (the original short hair girl knew I saw her roll her eyes so she prob figured she wan't going to get a good tip)and she was a little bit nicer. Our food came out pretty quick but not once did our server check on us to see if we needed anything else. My boyfriend was going to order another drink but the server did not check on us for about 30 minutes until she came by with the check.It was not even busy. I dined in at their restaurant 2 weeks ago. Tonight I ordered the same exact thing but as take out. They gave me HALF the food plus it was missing chopped Tuna & Avocado. I called and they had the nerve to say that you get more if you dine in but they charge the same amount of money for both! My husband and I went for my birthday dinner, I ordered Pad Tahi and my husband ordered fried rice and a Dragon roll. My dinner was burnt tasting and the chicken was burned and very dried out. My husbands Dragon roll came out 20 min after our other food. I didn't eat mine and my husbands dragon roll (which we took home in a box) was very fishy and tasted terrible! What happened???? This used to be one of the best restaurants in Melbourne! Our last visit (for lunch with a visiting guest) was just horrible. Although the restaurant was only 1/4 full at most, we waited 30 minutes for service, completely ignored, and had to flag down a server for water, and flag him down (waving arms) again to order. We ordered miso soup, a few pieces of sushi, and 2 pad thai and ginger fish. After 30 minutes we were brought some bland chicken soup we didn't order and couldn't eat. Another half hour and the entrees arrived. Blech! I've never had pad thai that looked or tasted like that! And the fish tasted off. Had to flag down server again to ask where was the sushi, which was supposed to be the appetizer of course. Finally, he brought us a plate full of mushy raw shrimp and a bunch of shrimp heads on rice (neither of which we ordered) and a california roll, which was the only thing that was decent. Then, you guessed it; had to flag down the server AGAIN to get our check; i.e., get up from the table and look for him. We were so ready to get out of there I didn't even worry about all the food we ordered that didn't come, or what did come that we didn't order....just paid the $50.00 tab and will never, ever go back. It might be a while before I can even look at thai food again..... Someone please tell me this only happens at lunch time? Or it was chef's night off?
